Did you apply for a loan?

Or did they just shove money into your account and claim you had a loan?

If you apply with the company and give your online signature, then even if you don't want the money in the end, your still held liable for the contract. They save your IP address as a point of reference and the email you used for the account.  Plus, you also gave your SSN.  Remember your going on line and barrowing money using your banking, they do this so that you can get the money, but there are legal actions they can take because your using this banking info, online.  I hope this helps you guys out some.

A contract requires an offer, disclosing all terms, before there can be any acceptance binding the parties.
Applying to some site that claims they will send your application to lenders doesn't create a contract.
You don't know what the terms are, you don't know who the other party is, and for all you know, several lenders receive your application.  What are you saying?  Your "applications" means you "agree" to borrow from 1, 2, 3, how many lenders?  All of them?

Nor can any contract be formed if terms are not fully disclosed, or are changed from what was disclosed at the time of this "application".

A lot of these lenders aren't licensed to lend in many, if not most, states.  Some states simply prohibit payday lending, and some lenders hide behind overseas locations and don't bother getting licensed in the states they lend to.  Doesn't give them much access to the courts to recover their highly inflated "interest".

IP address, SSN, email, bank accounts, none of them make this a "contract" if there isn't a contract.  Hackers and swindlers steal that stuff all day long, and try to spin it into various cons.

I think I have a loan with you, but can't get in touch with you.  The BANK we were at has no funds going into it, but you keep going into it, trying to get $90.00 and we have been charged 10 or more $39.00 fees, that WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY.  Someone like you, went into this account and did some unauthorized transactions and we had to go to another BANK.  We can not give out our new information, but we do want to pay you back.  Do you havean address where we can pay you back the $390.00 we owe?  Thank you.

I just received a collection call saying they were collecting for a loan from this company SGQ processing.  Of which I have absolutely no recolllection of.  I admittedly did have a loan or two that I defaulted on, but it's been soo long ago, that I absolutely do not remember this name.  Can someone remind what website I would have found them on?  I know that I have paid off one and I have absolutely no idea if this could have been it.

this company has been taking money from my account, and I would like to put a stop to it. I've been trying to call the number I have 18668286351 but all I'm getting is a answer machine. Is thier any other number I can call because I would like them to stop taking money on my account, and I need a explanation why they have been doing that.

My Wife just got a call from Georgia, a Lady named M. Porter, saying she worked for SGQ Processing and was taking me to Court for a $300 loan.  She wants my Wife to put payments on a pre-paid card to pay them.  Should we do this? How do we know she is whom she say she is?

I just received a phone call from a lady eho claimed that she was hired by you to collect 500.00 from me for a payday loan that had received from your company and i do not believe that I ever received anything from you.   She is threatening to take me to court to try to receive FIVE THOUSSND FIVE HUNDRED dollars for your company.  I have just contacted my family attorney and I am sure that this matter will be resolved.  People should be ashamed of themselves to try to scam people as bad as the economy already is. Don't yau'll think that it is hard enough for us already.  My attorney will be contacting the company on the next business day.

Furthermore, I love these foreigners that call all hours of the day and night!  Half of the time I can barely understand what they are trying to say, and the background noise is such, that I honestly start thinking about the commercial with that character named "Benny", where he keeps picking up various phones and keeps putting the caller on hold!  The callers continuously say my name wrong, and half of the time the caller is the same guy who decides to change his name per call!
