I ended up getting a loan from SGQ right before Feb. And they have been taking $60 every two weeks and when we got the loan they did not tell us that it was just to pay the refinance fee. My wife tried to call and find out how much we still owed on the loan because it is causing our bank to be over drawn. We cannot afford to pay $60 every two weeks. I borrowed $200 and I have paid that and then some. I do not know what to do so I went to the bank and had them stop payments because my wife cannot get a hold of them. What should we do.

Im sure they are either gonna send it to a collections agency if they havent alrdy because allot of time the files sit dormant until it charges off then they summit them to the agency. It may bounce around from one agency to another then they sell your account to a clearing  house whom either work the file, resell it, or prep you to sue because they  have the legal rights to your debt.. Try finding out whom has access to your file and see if you can work out a small payment arra.. One of the tings i've learned about these loans is that i get so happy when they say you are approved that i forget to read the contract and a few times it came back to bite me...

so can you have money from them sent to a card? i thought you had to give them a routing number and acct number. Once they put the money on the card, can i withdraw the money from the mango card?

Yes.. Cards are attached to a bank account so you will have a routing number and account number assigned to them.. Lets just say you have a prepaid card, all you have to do is call the card issuer and ask them for the account and routing number..

I would call the bank and put a permanent stop payment on that particular company so that they don't continue to withdraw that money!

if they were taking you to court you will recieve papers. tell them to mail you court papers. if they dont then dont worry about it. if and when they do then get a lawyer to look thru them to make sure they are legit.

Telling people not to worry about it is not the answer.. Each state has different guidelines for having people processed for court.. You tell these people not to worry about it and they end up locked up for returned items from their banks.. I've done allot of research on these guys due to me haven been picked up from college for multiple returned checks that had been reported.. The correct answer is not to teach people how to still money or get away with taking money.. Teach them to pay back what they owe because they are making it hard for people who actually really need these loan.. We have the people that are always looking for a way to steal money to thank for the high interest we have to pay on these loans.. Personally i wouldn't recommend one of these loans to even my worst enemies but if you took out one then do the right ting and pay it back because their are people that have situations and need a loan....

This "lender" is a scammer.. replies to Irve Gotti
The "correct answer" is to recognize scams, report them to all legal authorities, including FTC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, your state AG, and the FBI, and tell them to take a hike.

Lending scams don't sue anyone.  They've violated federal TILA and state lender licensing statutes, committing fraud, theft and other crimes, and they really don't want anyone looking into them, so they try to hide their locations, even operating from out of the country.

Don't worry about it, they are a ripoff!! If it was a legal company they would provide you with a contact number or address, they provide neither, place a stop payment, then change banks, they can not take you to court or threaten you f-- them move on!!!

Actually you are incorrect.. They have the option to take you to court but choose not to.. Take it from someone who was arrested for a bad check and thanks to my parents for taking care of all the other loans i had taken out.. Most people don't see court unless they sell the debt to a clearing house and the clearing house sells it to a 3rd party agencies.. Now the reason for you being in court may vary by state but they do have the option to take you to court.. One of the biggest excuses i've seen on the net is people using address from a legal state and get the funds then swear they either didn't do it or the loans are not legal in the state they are in... You forgot one big piece to the pie.. The ip address from your computer tells them exactly where you where at the time the loan was taken out and your routing number tells exactly what state your bank is listed in at the time you open the account..

If it's a scam.. replies to Irve Gotti
All of this means NOTHING.  These "collection" scams claim all sorts of stuff, never prove any of it, and have numerous complaints from people who checked with their bank and found no money was deposited when they said.

It's just too easy to lie on the phone, make up sh*t and make threats of a "lawsuit" or "prosecution for bank fraud", and call a bunch of people until you find a sucker, and if you hide behind anonymous VoIP or a burner phone, no one is going to find you when you get caught in a lie.

These scam lenders belong in prison.
