Ordered this 3 months ago still have not recived it have called several Times waited on hold fo ann hour at a time cancelled order was charged twice never got my money back or rings I wish I would have read these befor I purchased product.

I ordered one of these rings randomly at 5 in the morning after seeing the infomercial, I ordered three day shipping and it took a week and I ONLY ordered the ring and band which was supposed to be an additional 9.99 I actually paid 19 something for the band... On top of this I did not order...

We ordered the Diamond z4 on Jan. 18, 2013. Sale price for the set was advertised for $ 20 + S/H. Once the transaction was completed we checked our bank statement and $ 119.95 was withdrawned from our account. Made several calls later and was never able to speak with a rep. GOT A RING THAT LOOKED IT WAS FROM THE 99 CENT STORE!! it was so bad and looked so fake that it wasn't even round shaped!! I was sooo dissappointed when I saw it .. I couldn't believe that they had basically stolen those $36 from my account.
