Was charged $64.71 for what I don't know. I notified my credit card company about unauthorized charge and they are investigating. ZERO liability to me! Don't even TRY to contact the scam company. Go directly to the credit card company!

I was not given prior notice that this payment was due. Also it seems to be an excessive amount. Other complainants were only charged $49.99 whereas I was charged $69.99

I recently fell for this today. and they cleared out the junk out of my laptop and got rid of all the viruses. I watched them do it. I'm not sure if this is a scam or not. if it is how do I get out of this situation? please help

This company dings my credit card several times a year. I got a new credit card with a different number and expiry date and Trend Micro are able to grab money from that one also. Clearly, absolutely a fraud because they must know I do not subsribe to anything from that company.
