Unauthorized charge of 35.95. I do not use your product

I was told to download update for my Trend Micro and was told there would be no fee. My credit card billing just showed up for $62.95. I see if I ordered this new it would cost $14.95, so what is with the $62.95 charge?

i was charged to my credit card 39.95. Calling the bank think it is a shame i have to change my account number.

I do not have the software for the automatic charge of $35.95 on my cc by DRI TREND MICRO. This is quite frustrating. I just called 952-646-5980 and the customer rep promised a refund within the next 5-7 business days. Just cross my fingers this will actually happen. This is a rip off seriously....

My cousin has a charge on his credit card for software renewal that was not authorized or requested. He hasn't had a computer for almost a year since he is in a nursing home!
