I went on line to renew , and when the charge went through I was told that it didn't go through, to wait a few menutes and try again, when I tried again I got the same message, then I got an email saying I have a renewed twice.

I got double charged for this product on 3-6-2012. It shows the orderfind com for that date, then takes another from my debit/ATM on 3-9-2012. That would be $49.95 twice! I have seen many complaints on your site about this happening, so what is up with that? I expect a refund of one of these....
