    Got Wen kit online from Wen by Chaz Dean for Xmas gift. Now every 12 weeks they send out another kit and charge your card for it. RIP OFF DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

    Will Continue to Charge After Cancellation
    I have tried canceling my account countless times and they keep sending me more product with a charge to my credit card. After calling to cancel for the fourth time I canceled my credit card. I now have a letter saying that if I don't pay again they will send my account to collections.

    Hello, I need this company to stop charging me. I keep sending these boxes with vitamines back and I still see charges on my credit card each month. I have been sending them back for 1 year now and calling them. There is no costumer service personel to talk to about this.
