this is a last call about lowering interest rates on credit cards. I am on the do not call list and have used the 9 to get off the list as they say rto do, but it does no good, at least one aweek has contined since 1/1/2012. Any help you can give will be good.

I realize that wal-mart is not the company sending out these text messages stating that you have won a 1000 gift card, so I do not expect them to honor them, but I beleive as big as wal-mart is that they could do something to shut this text mail down.
