We keep getting a call with them wanting my husband to verify his address and where he works for a "Drafting Civil Suit".    I have no idea what that is or why we are getting this call.  They claim that we didn't respond to a call from 45 days ago but we have had no calls.  Claim they are going to go to court without us.  The court they mention doesn't even exist! lol WTH?

    Sounds like a scam..

The typical fraudulent "debt collection" shakedown scam goes through a bunch of pompous legal sounding BS attempting to create the perception that "you are being sued".  Clues that it's a scam are that the alleged "debt" doesn't match any real account or loan, they only contact you by phone, they refuse to provide any documentation or information that might pin down what the "debt" is (or that might show you don't owe it), errors in identifying the "court" where you're supposedly being "sued", providing a "docket number" that doesn't match the format used by your local county court, claiming you were contacted months ago, maybe even that a letter was sent to you (which you never got), and implying that this is your last chance to "settle".

They want you to panic and pay them off replies to Sounds like a scam..
without an ounce of proof you even owe them.  The most likely reasons are that they can't prove you owe anything, can't actually sue you, and are probably making up the whole thing.

    From me
Legal outsourcing called every number associated with my son's associates including my house ( new tax value) all cell phones related to me.. He didn't care it wasn't mine nor my husbands bill he wanted money from us. He said as of 2 o'clock this afternoon he was filing a claim in court for the amount due. I told him go ahead not yet bill what do I care. He told me I should care it's my son and pay it for him then teach him about responsibility since I obviously didn't do such a great job in the first place. He has repeatedly called swore, harrassed, belittled me even after I told him I was handicapped and my son was 27 years old. In my state I can record conversations and will have you local police deal with him.  I guess he couldn't get a hold of my son.  His client should have done a better background check on him and he wouldn't have gotten the loan. I know how much he owes and to whom. I also know how much they'll settle for and I am not on any of the paperwork. They just pulled his phone number and found me to harass.  His parents did a good job raising him without respect or morals

The first step is to simply have a conversation with me regarding the matter.
    - In no way am i phishing for information
    - Your lack of response is completely acceptable, if you so choose to do so.
    - I am simply trying to notify individuals of matters that require their attention

Once you are aware of the specific issue, you have every right to contact the party in question to verify that the company I work for is authorized to handle the matter at hand.
If you would like a document outlining the matter, I have no problem making sure you receive notification.

    Matters such as these boil down to a few factors;
    - Is it personally concerning you, and do you acknowledge your involvement
    - Am I authorized to speak with you regarding the issue
    - Where do all parties involved currently stand
    - How can I help you resolve this issue

Oddly enough I take pride in what I do. I am easy going and look forward to helping anyone who needs assistance.
In closing, scams want one or two things from unsuspecting individuals.
Personal Information such as you SSN or your money.
I do not need any ones SSN due to it being provided on the matter at hand for verification purposes.
I DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY. It is up to you to make a decision on what's best for you in your current situation. I act simply as an intermediary.

Also please understand I am a professional and claims made as to how I handle various situations are fabricated and COMPLETELY inaccurate.
I normally do not respond to 800 notes but at this point in my professional life my integrity means a lot to me. Many individuals expressed to me there apprehension based on the above claims made. So I deemed it necessary to express my concern.

    Sincerely
    Larry Walker

You are so up and up that you call from spoofed numbers. What you are doing is illegal, and a complaint has been filed with the state attorney general and the FTC. Be proud, Mr. Walker....if that is even your name.

Kharissah Burney, aka Vanessa Wells, called my boyfriend, myself, his mother and grandmother, threatening a warrant for a debt. Yeah. Not how it works. You see, when she called me, she started screaming when I called fraud. I got her so riled up by knowing the law, that she called from her personal cell. Why have my social for his debt????? Called the federal trade commission. They now have everything. Here's her number if you'd like to call her. 973-704-5700. Her personal cell since she is hacking ours. Download a text free number first.

Larry Walker, you are nothing but a POS who is running an illegal scam!  Now that I have all your company info, including all your saved, threatening voicemails, I have contacted my attorney and working to file suit against you for harassment. I highly suggest you look up the solicitation laws because I will take you for every God damn cent! If you continue to call me, as you have been 3 times a day, this will also be costing you & your illegal company $500 for each call you make to me and up to $1,000 for every call to my family or acquaintances you've attempted to call to hunt me down.

Sorry "Larry"  But your Full of [***].  If you were for real and there was a real debt, you'd be mailing the individual the information BEFORE making calls.  I've received the same calls from other people, same BS line.  Crawl back under the rock you oozed out from and get a real job.  I hope everyone here understands this is a SCAM and "Larry" here is trying to add a bit of realism to his story.
