We keep getting a call with them wanting my husband to verify his address and where he works for a "Drafting Civil Suit".    I have no idea what that is or why we are getting this call.  They claim that we didn't respond to a call from 45 days ago but we have had no calls.  Claim they are going to go to court without us.  The court they mention doesn't even exist! lol WTH?

    I think this is either a scam or all the people associated with this number is a "Larry Walker" and sounds like a collection agency.   Otherwise I would have not come across the SAME EXACT verbiage on this post from "Larry Walker" as I have on other posts and websites.  And to top it all off, if one was being sued, you have to be served with papers and not some random phone call from some guy.  So it sounds like a typical collection agency, because if this was a real law firm and there was case against you, 1 they would have stated the name of the firm, 2 the grammar and verbiage used by "Larry" on this page would have been at a college level vs what is there and 3 law firms do not need to troll websites like this to claim they are real.  So again, either a scam or 100% debt collector.

      I do not state anyone is being sued or anyone is getting served with paper work for court !!
      I NEVER SAY I am a law firm !! Please explain how i am "Trolling", when i am being accused of things I simply DO NOT partake in.
      Many consumers take websites like these as the holy grail of what is occurring and fail to respond, due to the assumptions of consumers who never have had a conversation with me.

        You told me I would be sued and have court and that I was sent papers in the mail. Which I never received lol. Also you had told me my debt was from something in 2009. That's a ways past the statue of limitations to sue or collect a debt. So I say he is a scammer. You keep calling my number and you will be the one paying.

          I just received a call from a Corey Husvar from RMS legal outsourcing the number is 716-261-4694 sayi g basically the same things to me and said he would make a decission by 4 today if I didn't respond so I called around to the court house and asked if I had any or ding charges and they told me no out of the county i live in both county clerk and sheriffs office said they had nothing for me nor do they know or even heard from this guy he called my work and my boss just gave me the information this is crazy it has to stop

        Larry, if you work for a professional corporation, you have company procedures (especially if you are a debt collection company) in place and one of them is to not engage in online bickering with customers. You and your company are a fraud. You sound pretty stressed and feel the need to defend yourself online to people that you "have never spoken with". You may want to consider a career change. You know, maybe like something honest. Just sayin'.

    I just got a voice mail from Larry walker, too. From RMS. From number 716-276-3944. When you call him back his voice mail asks for you to fax him 'power of attorney document' I just made a complaint with FTC and with my local attorney general. This has to stop!

    I just received a call from a Ryan O'Connor (1-716-276-3861) same business , RMS stating I was sent paperwork days ago and now I have 30 days to respond or legal -action would be taken...He also said he did not want me to be caught offgauard with this issue... Hmmm sounds fishy to me

    Larry, you just called me as well..   you claim you are a legal representative and it I haven't responded for over 45 days and that most people respond within 30 after receiving a letter I do not know why you called me and I do not care what I do know is that you are nothing but a debt collector do not claim to be a legal representative as if you were a lawyer or something.  Also do not call my number again do not bother me and do not harass me you do not have any right to call me.  You're the second debt collection agency that has called me trying to act like you are lawyers or paralegals you are nothing of the sort .  I own nothing to anyone.     I keep getting calls from a Mr.Jeff Perkins. Saying that his client is going to sue if I don't pay right away to a home security system that I never had. He calls up to 6 times a day. Now he is getting my father involved stating I forged my dad's signature and can get it for identy theft. And possibly go to prison. I know it's all a bunch of crap. The only paperwork I received was some phony looking paper that didn't look ligit.

    716-210-1469 from New York calls so far 2 to me and my sister 1!  The lady says her name is Ruth and implies she is an attorney.  I have not called back nor answered because I was scammed once and now I seem to be on their hot list!  This is very aggravating and I really do not have the patience or time for it!  How do you stop this crap once and for all???

      I just received a message from a Ruth. She was stumble over words and talking about she is an attorney. Guess so flunk public speaking. Its ludacris!

    I just received a call from a Brian Web from 716 312 1265 saying he is from RMS from the legal outsourcing department and they mailed me something that I failed to respond to that was mailed over 45 days  ago that most people respond within 30 days, hes assuming I never received it. He is saying to contact him so im not surprised by the next course of actions, however I called twice and left 2 msgs only to get his voicemail. If just like to know if this is a scam or what?? I never received any paperwork and have no clue what this is for

      From RMS prelegal regarding civil complaint looking for my daughter .  Said they had semt out a notification....so tired of scammers!!!

      I also recieved multiple calls from Brian Webb from "RMS prelegal department" on my cell and at work. The one time I spoke to him he had mentioned that I was going to get sued for the remaining balance that I owed on my car that I voluntarily told the bank to come get, I too never received and mail or paperwork saying that I need to pay RMS or any collection agency, he also made that same spill with me that he "didnt want me to be surprised by the next course of action"...Sad thing is, I was thinking about giving him some money cause I got scared and dont want to be sued! Thank gosh I didnt!! Doing research and reading everyone elses post on this makes me feel more confident that he is a scammer! The number he called me from was 716-507-8012..please reply to this if anyone else has heard from him.. I would like to know how he got my info on my repoed car and he knew the car store name I bought it from.

        I got the same call from this guy last week and threaten legal action and garnishment of my wages if I didn't start payng for the car I let go back.  Let me know what you did.

      Hello i am receiving the same calls 2-3 times a day from a brian webb and he is also calling my mom's house looking for me.I feel like it is a scam!!!

    I was just notified from my Dad's fiance' that she received a call today from Larry Walker with RMS as well.  He stated that she is a lawyer from the firm of RMS by the name of Larry Walker.  He stated that I need to call him ASAP as the case is being set for court.  The plaintiff name is Thomas J. Shype.  He told her that he knew my parents, sisters, ex-sister-in-law and my mother-in-law and also he knew that I owed a house~!
