We keep getting a call with them wanting my husband to verify his address and where he works for a "Drafting Civil Suit".    I have no idea what that is or why we are getting this call.  They claim that we didn't respond to a call from 45 days ago but we have had no calls.  Claim they are going to go to court without us.  The court they mention doesn't even exist! lol WTH?

    I just got 5 calls in the last half hour 🤬🤬 this is rediculous 7 calls yesterday talk about scams smh

    this number keep calling my job, first that's and no, no the number is 888-834-7461 when I call back it keep hanging up so whoever it is I know for a fact it's a scam I doo this report to the attorney general of Florida and let them handle I have rights as well.

    We keep getting a call from outsource saying they have s complaint against my husband if they do not here back from or our attorney they will be forced to take us to court.

    Same story - Tina Grandio from the legal outsource deptartmemt of Stafford she said. That they’ve sent numerous legal notifications I’ve yet to respond too (never received any) that I need to call her back right away at 866-247-4925 but they call from an unknown number. They also called my brother leaving voicemail stating similar... umm scam!!!

    My husband, daughter and my self keep getting called by some guy name tony he keeps saying my husband has to sign legal papers. He can’t or won’t tell me or my daughter what for. He even threatened my daughter that he would have her arrested if she didn’t give her his number. She work in a judges office so when she told him to go ahead and have her arrested she would let him talk to a cop he hung up. But it is every day he calls all of us

    Got a call from RMS but they didn’t leave VM however they called my relative and left VC stating they wanted to discuss about me.

    Repeated calls daily and weekly from a Tamika stating she set me notice and since I have not answered the notice she was taking this a direct refusal. I don't know what I am refusing as I have never received any notice from RMS nor do I know who they are. I have have block their number numerous time, only to have them call from another. Which I have also blocked. they are now calling from a fake incoming number of 234-425-4464 which show up in my voice mail as 716-462-6493 so they are obviously going to great lengths to hide who they are.
    Appears to be something unethical going on here or illegal

    I got a suspicious call from the same number. They asked my name and told me that they are looking for a person who should relative  to me. They explained that they preaperw a legal case fir their client. BS!!! The question: why they called me but not this person? They eefinatelky want to get some info or con you for sure. I have checked their phone number in Google. There is only your messages about this number. This is SCAM!

    Continued calls ...from all different local area numbers that aren’t associated with any actual company. They continue to do the same thing-contacting other family members with same last name they fine online stating they need to discuss a important legal matter etc trying to get any info they can. Everyone has been advised to not answer & block (even though they find new numbers to keep calling from) & delete. They randomly state they have a case number you need to call back with but don’t state a company or reference to what it’s about. Ironically, I also received a first class package with a letter & checkin it for close to $3k with letter instructing to deposit & then keep $350 but go buy over $2k worth of gift cards & scratch the codes to send them photos via email...I’m assuming these are associated scam artist who just keep rotating names/numbers they’ve collected via hacks off black market or something & continue to harass them anyway possible & try to extort them or any of the family/relatives who receive these calls & talk to them. Stay away delete & ignore...it’s only thing you can do!!! I’ve reported & then they ramp up their cause...it’s crazy.

    When they call tell them to send what they want you to understand in writing and you will respond in kind.  Tell them that "this is not a refusal to pay but a demand that they validate the debt in writing."  Follow up with the demand to contact you in writing only.  These are the steps to take to setup for Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations.  If you refuse to pay without asking for validation, they will use that as an admission that the debt is valid and it can make getting a judgement against you easier.  If you tell them to never contact you this opens them up to being able to file suit as they have no other recourse.  Never agree to pay a collection agent as they are a third party intervener and you are never contractually obligated to pay a party who is not specifically named on the contract that you sign.  Lastly look up a Request For Validation Form on the internet and send it by Certified Mail to the Collection Agent and demand it be filled out in full before dialog continues.  This works almost 100 percent of the time and they go away.

    I looked up this so called outsourcing department and it doesnt exist. Anywhere. It would pop up if you look it up with an adress, phone number etc. Has to be listed with all the info. Or they are not considered a buisness.

    I have received numerous calls from Outsource Dept, phone no: (888)554-5156, name: Tylor Richards.. regarding file number PLC25255.  Anyone receiving calls from this guy?

      I called the number back, a Joseph from Consumer Advisers & Associates answered. I asked him how do they have 2 names and "Joseph" stated the "Outsource Dept" is a Dept in the "Consumer Advisers Associates" office. I gave him that file #PLC25155 and he stated my name and the last 4 of my SSN. I didn't verify.  I went ahead and followed Don's advice above, by stating I'm not refusing to pay, however I am demanding they send me the information in writing.  "Joseph" said he was going to have "manager" "Tyler Richards" call me back because he was on another line.  I told "Joseph" to have this "Tyler Richards" I'm requesting the information to be sent in writing, if he calls me and I don't answer (I have a phone that automatically has a harrassment folder, sending non contact numbers to that folder) he can leave me a detailed message that they will send it.  Let's see if I get that call back with that message... Meanwhile, please reply if you've received this call from the same people, with the same message. Thank you in advance.

    These people are scammers! All of a sudden getting calls from them.  Guess need to block number!

    In the past week, I have received FOUR voicemail messages from "Tyler Richards". I also received one from a female. Thet were all "robocall" messages. This is my WORK number, where I have repeatedly asked that they not leave messages. If they are TRUE debt collectors, then they have my address, as I have not moved for over 10 years. Send me proof of any debt and I will contact you. Otherwise, please leave me alone.

    Idiots like this go to voicemail and get blocked. If they need to contact me, do so on OFFICIAL letterhead paperwork and mail it to me. Don't call me whining about stuff and basically cussing me out and threatening me.

    The number called me 7164626493 saying I can settle but she only has 24 hours to except my payment option is it a scam because I did have a installment loan that I didn’t pay off
