We keep getting a call with them wanting my husband to verify his address and where he works for a "Drafting Civil Suit".    I have no idea what that is or why we are getting this call.  They claim that we didn't respond to a call from 45 days ago but we have had no calls.  Claim they are going to go to court without us.  The court they mention doesn't even exist! lol WTH?

    I have been getting this call also.
    First of all. They don’t even know my whole name.
    Second. I have been a victim of a scam, harassing calls, calls to my elderly parents, etc. for over 8 years now
    These people aren’t even human. They have some sort of self entitlement that they can “scare” you out of money you don’t owe, and never will.
    “Larry”. You should be ashamed of yourself.
    Things like this have a way of coming back to you. I love the post where one of these guys is suing you. I hope he gets a ridiculous amount of money. Mostly to get you stopped. Sadly. There will be another just like you who crawls out of the next rock.
    I’m would say I feel sorry for you. But, I don’t.
    Maybe you should take a nap.  Usually people are less grumpy afterwards.

    Received a call from a Brian Webb from RMS. Phone number 716-271-7824 and to call him back because I don't want to be surprised by the next move. Did not say what the call was about.

    Received several calls from this number with no details. Today I answered. Women immediately started to speak harshly to me about a debt that I owed. The debt was real but discharged in bankruptcy 7 years ago. She then started yelling at me that I needed to send her proof--but didn't tell me where to send it. She stated that the debt was charged off and that I was lying about the bankruptcy because there was a payment of $600ish dollars made in 2014. Well, that money would have been what the Ch13 paid. She was yelling and talking over me and I couldn't even say anything to her as she was threatening all of this legal action against me. I am super confused. I don't understand her screaming at me. She hung up on me. It was bizarre and quite upsetting.

    I keep getting messages from nancy walker. She said she rec'd documents on her desk regarding me and needs to be taken care of. Never says what it is about. Called from RMS 716-210-1469. Also said she has sent paperwork several times to my address. I never rec'd. These calls need to stop.

    I got a call from Brian. This isn’t me and I have no idea where my info came from. This company and people are running a scam. Unbelievable!! I have great credit and none of my bills are overdue. Get your info straight and loose my number. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE!!
