We keep getting a call with them wanting my husband to verify his address and where he works for a "Drafting Civil Suit".    I have no idea what that is or why we are getting this call.  They claim that we didn't respond to a call from 45 days ago but we have had no calls.  Claim they are going to go to court without us.  The court they mention doesn't even exist! lol WTH?

    Myself and my family received a phone call from a Robert Payjack for a friend of mine.  He stated he was from the pre-legal Dept of RMS.  That a matter was forwarded to his office.  I called the number he left 716-512-7186 and he said that I was an alternate contact point for my friend.  He stated he sent a letter to his (correct) home address and that there was no correspondence back in 30 day time frame.  My brother asked if this was a collection agency and he stated "it is beyond that point."  Sounds like a big scam and they are contacting everyone associated.

      This same man has been ringing my elderly dads phone off the hook every freaking day! He basically said the same to me...it is beyond that point. There are no debts owed here. I am going to report this to the FCC and Attorney General Office. I think everyone should.

    I just received a call from Dan today probably 6 times stated saying that he from the same company RMS. 716-512-7189 saying that he is a lawyer that I have 45 days to respond and now it's 30 days for me to respond that he send me a letter that I never had gotten called me one to many times a day. I don't owe no one any money and do wish for him to leave me alone.  No matter if I block this number this Dan man find another way to call me from another number. This got to stop and if it don't I will fill papers on this man or this company for harass me about something that I don't know anything about.

    I keep getting contacted by a woman stating I am the secondary contact for my husband and that he needs to call back befor further action is taken.. husband and I both think it's a scam since neither I nor my stepson are secondary contacts on anything.. husband will be contacting number telling whoever it is to quit calling.. or we will look for not our wn legal action... we know if there was anything even potentially legal going on from this "leagal outsourcing department" we would have gotten some form of legal, certified document or even served documentation.. which has not happened... so whoever this RMS is needs to cease and desist...

    He got mad because I wouldn't verify my social security number. I just told him that my name is Lynda, and you have my number so tell me what you want. He got pissed off and said for me to hire an attorney. Dude, [***] OFF. I don't have time for bottom feeders.

    Today, I got a VM from a Mr. Rolland from the pre-legal department at RMS 716-261-1396.  He says he was looking for an individual by the name of C*** ***.  He says he is calling about the notice that RMS sent out giving him 30 days to respond but yet did not say what it was about.  We have not received any type of notice from RMS in regards to any type of debt.  I can't find anything on this phone number as well or can't confirm if this RMS is a legit business or whatnot.  Probably is a scammer as they claim they sent a notice but my fiance never received anything from RMS about his debt (if there is any).  So tired of these scammers.  Get a life!

    This man called us about 2 months ago from the "pre-legal" department.  The first time he called, he said we owed the IRS and would be taken to court if we did not respond in the next 3 days.  He called and left messages on all 3 of those days.  We did not respond and so far no court.....yeah right....i contacted the IRS who said it was a scam.  He just called again today....same [***], different date and time.  Definitely a scam...he also tried to contact my mom and brother about the same thing.  I told them it was a scam.

    Straight up shady debt collector. What youre doing is illegal. And going through my information to call everyone on my service provider account should be a chargable offence. I suggest quitting your [***] ass job where you scare individuals into spending money. With your half [***] acting. This is why you have had absolute 0 response. "Umm umm sorry to be a bother, this is blah blah with rms legal [***]"

    Some woman named Tamika calling from 716-462-6493 left a message looking for someone else. Normally I just block, but I think I’ll fill a complaint this time and see where it leads. Being they’re a collection agency they have no contract and no validity.

      I just got a call from the very same Tamika, for someone that was not me! I returned the call, and got voicemail, so I left a message informing her she had not reached the intended party and to not call me back. Hopefully it stops there, but this appears to be something unethical going on here.

    I get a kick out of the idiots who ask me for my address. One guy told me to get a notarized letter saying I accepted the debt of $789 and when I said no he told me to go to my County courthouse and wait for the paperwork to serve me. Then he asked what state and county I was in! I just got a robocall from a Kevin someone who said I'd be served with a cop "for everyone's safely" or I'd be served unannounced at work and my supervisor would be a witness. Great! I don't work so lots of luck!

    Just received yet another call from pre-legal RMS, I get numerous calls a day now by an automated voice telling me to press 0 for a person to discuss this very serious matter that I’ve ignored. I have no clue whatsoever they are talking about!! It bounces from various phone numbers to sometimes no caller id as well!!! This insanity has to stop!!

    My boyfriends niece received a call from a lady from RMS looking for him just today.  716-986-9608  I call & get a Voicemail about faxing Power of Attorney papers????  HUH

    I just received a call from a Chris Truehill from RMS, 7162209692, stating they reached out to me 45 days ago on a matter that I failed to respond to in time.....The voicemail is so bogus....

    Getting a phone call from Tina legal outsourcing company phone number 1-866-247-4925 keeps saying they sent letters and the are going to take me to court never received any documents from this firm physically. Getting annoyed because they’ve called my mothers number as well well.

    I got a call from them I called them back from a pay phone and they said I could speak to one of their lawyers for a great discount. Hum okay. Is this a scam? They keep calling me.

    Oh I got a VM from a lady with last name Thompson 1-843-885-1565. Saying I should call 1-833-493-3949 to settle this matter. Telling me I needed to call this number to settle this before it is taken to court, Bah. Go ahead sue me, I dare you. And LARRY YOU ARE A WORTHLESS PIECE OF [***]! Get out and get a real job loser!

    My name is Brian Webb I'm giving you a call from RMS I'm trying to follow up with you regarding the matter that's been forwarded to my department here concerning Richard (husband) it's very important I hear back from you right away. I don't want you caught off guard by the next course of action.
    My husband and I have excellent credit and there is no reason for any legal business to contact us. I will not answer to out of state phone calls or in state that I don't recognize. If they need to contact me send it in the mail!!

    I keep getting calls as well although they do call January rather than Jan.  It's a total scam.  Just block their number and go on.  One time, just for fun, I let the call go through.  They literally told me they were pulling my file and then hung up on me.  LOL!
