They keep calling my phone to tell me that I need to act now on my credit card.  They gave me the option to "press 1 to speak to an operator" and when I did, I asked her why they are calling my phone.  (Prepaid, btw, so it is costing me $$$$$$$).  Yikes! She just hung up on me.  Now I'm upset.

I dialed the number back and it cannot be reached.

So.... I looked up the number in 411.com, found out they are going through Hawaiin Telecom.  (Those are the next people I am calling, along with the BBB.)

    seal team six for telemarketers
    http://spokane.bbb.org/article/at-ftcs-reques ... reduction-19738

The FTC beat them before but we must push.  PLease please file a complaint. the do not call list is ineffective. Congress could easily help you by forcing you to get TRIPLE damages and going after the credit card companies who benefit here.

Let's get 1000 complaints in one week

Today, Card Services called again, and so I hit 1 and as soon as I said that why they keep on calling me when I do not have any cards as I have filed 2 bankruptcies he just hang up...I cannot call back as I do not have caller ID. ID ID this many times but they won't stop calling.

They updated their services, they now leave a message on your answering machine hahahahaha.

I already called the police, they cannot do anything they told me to complaint at the Attorney General Office. They just told me to opt out my telephone number so they cannot call, I did but still they are calling...hehehe.

Well it seems there is really no help in getting this Card Services except keep on calling them back on their 1-800 services number..so if you got a caller ID and saw their numbers just called them 5 times in a day and not talk but remember place *67 first so they won't see your number. One thing they keep on changing numbers so...keep on giving the taste of what they are doing to us...

I filed a complaint with the do not call and the one you have listed FTC.  These guys have been calling me for a year now.  Different numbers on caller id, now they keep calling as a wireless caller with my area code. WTF.  Every person I talk to after hitting 1 to lower my rate or debt they have been very rude, either hang up on me when I ask for them to remove me from their list!  This time I was asked if I knew how much debt I had, I replied $15,000,000 - then the girl replied "do you know how STUPID you sound?" and I replied "do you know how stupid you are for calling me after I ask you not to?" She said "you are the stupid one for pressing 1" She then hung up on me!  So now I know how to push their buttons.  Make up some off the wall figures!  I hope someone can stop these people.  it seems like it was quiet here for awhile, but now they are back at it again!   uggggg!!  hopefully they will get caught!!!!

Go for it ! I get these calls at all hours and each from a different state, so no way to block the numbers.
I'd help if I knew what might work.

Same problem with same scammers - (626) 216-0703. They say they are Calling Card Services and are rude. I told the woman I was on the National No Call list and she said, "How's that working out for you?" B*&^%tch!!

I always file a complaint but nothing seems to happen.

I have the same experience as everyone else on this thread. I think the best thing to do is file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry

    https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint

They call me once a week and I just keep filing complaints. Today it was (407)702-0538

My son agreed to a company.  They took $500 from him.  I got involved when I found out about it.  They finally agreed that they couldn't help him and would return the $500 which they never did.  I had also explained to them that my son was mentally impaired.  They said that didn't mean a thing because they had no way of knowing.

201-267-5646. Mumber goes to VM with no ability to leave message. Get these daily for months, today Natalia told me the only way I could put my name on the do not call list was to pay her 24.99.

She told me to call 1-800-YOU-ASZ!

Believe that must translate to 800 YOU [***]. Is there any way to stop these crooks.

I am so sick of these calls.  As everyone else has stated, several throughout the day, from different numbers, for years now.  I can't believe these people haven't been busted.  Now they are calling my cell phone and my non-for profit business.  Has anyone seen this featured on any of the networks?

Card Services will not stop calling.  I have pressed their "remove from the call" button but every day I get a call.  Sometimes more.  I have tried on numerous occasions to speak with a representative and as soon as I start to say to remove my number, they hang up on me!  I'm on the do not call list with the gov and find that's not working either.  Any suggestions on where to complain to that will actually do something about it?

I have been getting these calls for over a year and a half, from a few different #'s. The last time (two days ago) I decided to press the #1 to tell them that I am on the Do Not Call registry.......wellll. The guy got downright verbally abusive and so vulgar, I handed the phone to my husband and the guy kept on going. I dialed the number (909 374 9789) back the following day and it was a voice mail for a Mike Emerson. I'm not sure if this scam artist was stupid enough to use his own phone or a hijacked number. I would guess the latter since the number was traced back to an affluent are in California, and this guy was obviously a low rent type.

I am so sick of this and can not get a resolution to this problem, repeated complaints to the Do Not Call Registry have not helped, I hope something is done soon.

I have been receiving these calls for months on my cell phone and home number, I have ask nicely not to call us, have ask them not nice, they have used fowl and abusive language.  My spouse called "Dave" back on from the caller id number only to find "Dave's" voice mail box was full.  These criminals are now using their personal cell numbers so that the numbers cannot be traced.  I have filed a complaint with Attorney General and hope that some greif can come to those who have been abusing all of us!

This is driving me crazy - I tried *67and the 800 like Larry recommended - I got a recording that stated I could be taken off their call list.  It has been 2-1/2 years and they call each day - every day.  Make it stop..... please
