Mr. David Banks called yesterday from 876-506-6012 (a Jamaica landline according to the reverse phone lookup) stating that I had won $2.5 million and a bonus prize of a new Mercedes Benz auto.  My prizes were scheduled to be delivered at 9am on 5/18/12 to my residence and he couldn't wait to see my happy expression when they get here. Mr Banks kept calling all day and into the evening with "last minute arrangements" for the delivery team and at about 4:30.. he explained that all I had to do was to go to WalMart, Walgreens or CVS and acquire a $499 MoneyPack Reload, give him the 14 digit number on the back of the card.  I told them that I would go get the card, but that I didn't get off work until 7:00pm and please could they call back at about 8:00pm for the numbers. He said of course (in his best Jamaican accent) and that he would call back then.  Within the time from 4:30-7:00pm, Mr Banks called another 4 or 5 times to ask what color car I wanted - choice between White, Red and Blue.... did I think I could get off work earlier since I was going to be wealthy tomorrow... what color interior in the car... just wanted to touch base & make sure I was going to be able to make it to get the card because he was "trusting" me etc...  He called back at 8:00pm and I told him that I was unable to get the card because they were out, but that I would be able to do so early in the morning and be back home before 9:00am to receive my prizes.  He started calling early this morning but of course I didn't answer because I was "on the road" getting the card... I finally answered about 9:00am  - "my car didn't start so I had to send a friend to get it for me and she didn't have a cell phone so I didn't know what time she would be back"  which bought me more time to think up more to tell him.  I finally got "angry" with him early afternoon and told him I wasn't going to give him any numbers until they were sitting in my driveway with my new car and my $2.5 million because they were really late and I said that it was probably a scam anyway.  So he had a "Mr Shawn" call me from Las Vegas and assure me that everything was up and up and Mr. Shawn sent me a bunch of paperwork that made everything look really legitimate and asked me to give him part of the numbers and give the rest of them to the delivery team when they got here with my prizes. He called 5 times within 10 minutes after he sent the paperwork and so I told him that my dog had gotten hit and would he please call me back in 30 minutes.  I read over all the paperwork and didn't answer the about 20 times he called in between the 30 minutes time slot and then about 10 minutes ago I gave him a line of random numbers and he said thank you and I haven't heard anything from him since. AND of course there is no Mercedes in my driveway or truck with flowers and balloons and a huge check for $2.5 million to hold while they take my picture!!   LOL  At least I got a little fun out of it myself!!

My husband received a very simular phone call from a Mr. Bob Wilson @(876) 895-0487 yesterday June 28,2012. They told him he had won 3.5 million and a new pearl white Mercedes Benz and asked if he would be at home for the delivery at 3:30.   He was at work and thinking that I had entered us for the drawing gave them my number and told them they would have to talk to me.  Mr. Wilson contacts me (after my husband called me to inform me of the call) he asked if I would be home for the delivery at 3:30 and during the conversation told me that all I had to do was send the IRS a payment for taxes in the amount of $2500.00. I told him there was no way I was sending any money and got very irate with him(partly because I could not understand him for his accent) mean while I asked to speak to with some one who could speak better english. MR. Micheal Smith (the general manager) came on the line. He assured me that the whole thing was legit and that we were about to become millioners.  That we just needed to purchas a money order for $500 and send  them a copy of the receipt and that we could give the money order to the IRS agent with them at the delivery which is scheduled for July 5th. I received sevral calls from Micheal regarding the delivery giving me information such as the tag # on the car the check # and the bank for where the check would come. I was told there would be 3 Mega Million Associates including Bob & Micheal, 3 UPS agents and 4 IRS agents and a lawyer with them at the time of delivery and that we would sign all neccessarry paper work at our home and that they would accompany us to the bank to validate the check. Bob calls back around 7 p.m to tell me that I would need to over night the money order to Reginald Blakeney an IRS agent at 5634 Rocky Courts, Stone Mountain, GA, 30087. Well I dont know about you but thats alot of money, I got excited did as they suggested and dreamed of what to spend the money on then I started diggin cause it all sounded a little to good to be true.  There were things that made me wonder. They asked us to please not talk to anyone about our winnings before we received our check only for our protection, they were very common names, the $500 to be paid to them, the phone numbers are from Jamaica.  Well after research and a few calls I called the IRS cause if that is who I am sending the money to the should know right!  They had no idea they were about to recieve money cause they dont take their money before you get yours and told me do not send any money and referred me to the IGTA (International General for tax administration) where they took my information I had and are investigating. Meanwhile Micheal calls back just to touch bass and tell me that State Farm had their payment for 4 years of Insurance and that my paper work would be in my package along with my title and registration. I then told him that I had spoke with the IRS and they said they were a fraud not to send any money and that I reported them for fraud. After, 10 min of trying to conveince me that everything was legit he finally said that he would forfit our prize so not to waist any more of their time and we ended the call. Jerry Goldneck and IRS agent was on the phone to talk to me. I got on the phone and asked for his ID # which he wold not give me,  telling me that this was a legit company and we were the winners to please reconsider. I told him I was not sending any money and hung up the phone. Then 5 min later my phone rings, MR. BOB is trying his luke and telling me to please not pass up the oppertunity of a lifetime and that he would have to be the associate to forfit our winnings. He then asked for me to go to Walgreens and purchase a green dot card and to call him with the 14 digit number on the card that I could refund after the deleviry had taken place. I told him that there was no way I was sending them any money if I had won the prize to make the delivery at which time I would give the IRS agent a money order for my 1% due for taxes. He said ok he would talk to his IRS agent and call me back.  He calls me back to tell me that everything was set to go and that they would accept a photo copy of the receipt of the money order and my delivery was set for July 5th at 3:30 as planned and that he would be in touch with me with any more details I need.  Well so far its been a quite afternoon but I WILL NOT send them any money. If they show up with a car and a large check then I will beleive them.

Ok guys there has to be something done to stop these scams!  60 min sounds pretty good to me!!! I am thankful that I researched and didnt send any money but their are many every day that do!

I have been harassed by this lady calling 5 times today. Telling me I had won $2.5 million dollars. I know a scam when I see it and, this is surely a scam to get your money. The FBI needs to be brought in to stop these scammers from harassing calls. I am going to report these fools.

I have received numerous text from John Coltman, Floyd Mayweather, and Meg Millioon oMayweather stated I won 19 million but I had to pay $200.00 for shipping and John Coltman wanted $200.00 for money that I suppose to have one. then there was $5.0000 a week for like and $3.million dollars but I have to pay them first. I told them to take the money off the top and give me the rest. Of course they NEVER replied back

Being horribly desperate for money and an extremely trusting (gullible) person I was scammed out of about     $10,000.  I thought it a small price to pay for $4.5 million.  Knew Mega Millions was a real company and now there is no Christmas or a lot of other stuff for the children.  The loss cannot compare to how incredibly ignorant I think I am.  They contacted me by phone. I pray something is done to about these criminals.

Well, this saga continues.  I was called Monday, July 16th with the exact same call from some foreign gentlemen telling me exactly the same thing.  They spent all day trying to convince me to go to Walmart or or Walgreens to the the Green Dot Money Pak card for $499.  You'd think they would be smart enough to at least change the 2.5 million to some other number or change the car from a Mercedes to something else.  The phone number that was showing up on my caller ID was 876-463-3145.   The email address they are using is megamillions_s@yahoo.com.

I think the most ridiculous thing i was told was that my government generously entered me in this lottery because i pay my bills on time!!!  Please do not fall for this ridiculous scam!

I got the same story down to the 2014 Mercedes. I needed to go to Walgreen's and purchase a Green Dot Money Card for $399.00. I hung up on them and they called me back. You do not have to spend money when you win something. I told them I was going to call law enforcement and give them their telephone number.
