Mr. David Banks called yesterday from 876-506-6012 (a Jamaica landline according to the reverse phone lookup) stating that I had won $2.5 million and a bonus prize of a new Mercedes Benz auto.  My prizes were scheduled to be delivered at 9am on 5/18/12 to my residence and he couldn't wait to see my happy expression when they get here. Mr Banks kept calling all day and into the evening with "last minute arrangements" for the delivery team and at about 4:30.. he explained that all I had to do was to go to WalMart, Walgreens or CVS and acquire a $499 MoneyPack Reload, give him the 14 digit number on the back of the card.  I told them that I would go get the card, but that I didn't get off work until 7:00pm and please could they call back at about 8:00pm for the numbers. He said of course (in his best Jamaican accent) and that he would call back then.  Within the time from 4:30-7:00pm, Mr Banks called another 4 or 5 times to ask what color car I wanted - choice between White, Red and Blue.... did I think I could get off work earlier since I was going to be wealthy tomorrow... what color interior in the car... just wanted to touch base & make sure I was going to be able to make it to get the card because he was "trusting" me etc...  He called back at 8:00pm and I told him that I was unable to get the card because they were out, but that I would be able to do so early in the morning and be back home before 9:00am to receive my prizes.  He started calling early this morning but of course I didn't answer because I was "on the road" getting the card... I finally answered about 9:00am  - "my car didn't start so I had to send a friend to get it for me and she didn't have a cell phone so I didn't know what time she would be back"  which bought me more time to think up more to tell him.  I finally got "angry" with him early afternoon and told him I wasn't going to give him any numbers until they were sitting in my driveway with my new car and my $2.5 million because they were really late and I said that it was probably a scam anyway.  So he had a "Mr Shawn" call me from Las Vegas and assure me that everything was up and up and Mr. Shawn sent me a bunch of paperwork that made everything look really legitimate and asked me to give him part of the numbers and give the rest of them to the delivery team when they got here with my prizes. He called 5 times within 10 minutes after he sent the paperwork and so I told him that my dog had gotten hit and would he please call me back in 30 minutes.  I read over all the paperwork and didn't answer the about 20 times he called in between the 30 minutes time slot and then about 10 minutes ago I gave him a line of random numbers and he said thank you and I haven't heard anything from him since. AND of course there is no Mercedes in my driveway or truck with flowers and balloons and a huge check for $2.5 million to hold while they take my picture!!   LOL  At least I got a little fun out of it myself!!

    HOLY SPIRIT GUIDES ME
I received these same calls today, Mr. Tony was his name I played his games, then I played him. I should receive an Academy Award along with the 564,000 he was willing to hand deliver with all the bells and whistles. This guy was begging me to get my supposed winnings, that was the first clue, and then the internet. I informed him that his company was reported as a scam, of course he had no idea what I was talking about. So game on, have your guy meet me at Western Union where I was suppose to purchase a gov. release form for my winngs, God forbid they be in violation for money laundrying. Wow then he ask me do I beleive in God? "I BELEIVE IN GOD AND THE HOLY SPIRIT", as a matter of fact "MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOU FOR PULLING THESE SCAM". You should of heard the things that came out of his mouth while I bellowed out numerous laughs as I hung up. Thank You Lord. Please continue to post so no one will become a victim Thank You

These people are so bored, broke, and mentally deranged they are about one or two sandwiches short of a picnic. They call me about 15 times per day, including Sat & Sun. I once asked the guy why he wanted to lie and rip people off. He then proceeded to tell me a squad car would be by at least by 5PM that day to pick me up. For what I have no idea. Then he said "f**k you" which clearly gives them away as thieves.

Once they claimed to be Federal Trade Commission representatives. Another time someone else.

Search YOUTUBE for "Jamaican scams" and be ready to get shocked. These thieves actually con people out of BILLIONS per year. One old man, whose wife was sick in the hospital, gave them $400K, four hundred thousand dollars.

I just received the same call from David Goodman of Mega Millions Allstate Lottery Company, but the prize has increased to $18.5 Million and a Denali.  Brimming with confidence and self-assurance, he provided me with the name of his company and a direct phone number to contact him following my research of his company and discussions with the Better Business Bureau.  Of course there will be no further contact made with Mr. Goodman, unless he attempts to contact me again, at which time I will follow some of the implied recommendation of prior posts and either give him fake numbers or inform him of his eternal misfortune.

I received a call this morning from a John David Washington; I could see from the call from number it was from Jamaica. Prize is 2.5 mil (no car) and to be delivered tomorrow. Very very sweet fellow (though bit challenging to understand accent) who wanted me to go do what was planned for the day thinking about no further worries and call him back later this afternoon. . As another poster said, the  financial need currently is so great that one wants to trust, and I was  surprised at how excited I felt at this 'news' that I didn't want to jinx it by thinking scam (as I of course automatically did). I'm to call him back shortly; we'll see how it plays out.  .. Wouldn't it be great if these things WERE real/true? Dreaming on LOL

Same Jamaican caller from 876-862-7355 named jay cupp brown called me this morning at 10:30. A time i should have been at church but was on call for work and got called out to a job this morning. He told me i had won 5.5 million $ and a pearl white Mercedes. Gave me a confirmation# 112242 and prize# 00141. Then asked me to give him a security code # of my liking for verification purposes for if they need to call me back and under no circumstances speak with anyone else on this matter. I started to give him a random # and he suggested I use my birth date. This i did not. He also wanted to get my drivers license# but i told him i didn't have one. But they could certainly i.d. me with my military i.d. upon prize delivery. There was slight hesitation on his part. He also wanted to know if i was single/ married/ or divorced. I told him all of the above. He also tried to play on my religious side by telling me he is trustworthy because he believes in god and what you do to others will come back tenfold to you and your family. During this half hour conversation he kept referring to me as buddy and saying " you understand" alot. He did tell me i would have to have $250 on me at time of delivery for bank processing fees... sounds more like a mugging to me. Fortunately for me i had this sniffed out from the jump without even knowing of this thread. Unfortunately there are others out there who will not know its a scam. Although it would be great if this mega millions all state lottery company would show up tomorrow at the police department (the address i gave him) to bring me my car and loot so i could go live in his country for the rest of my life.

I have been getting these calls for weeks, and told them that I don't have the money. There is a Mary, Gary McDonald then it changed to George McDonald, these two are working together, then David Brooks who gave me this web site and told me that it was an honest company. They want me to send them $5,500 for the $5.5 million that I would be receiving. At one time they also said a Mercedes, other names are: Sanjay Stewart, then a Gary Williams kept telling me that he wanted to date and marry me. He kept saying the same things over and over. When he would call from his work, he was very pushy and at times yelling at me to just go and get some money, but when he was home he talked sweet and told me that his mom and preacher was happy that he found a girl to marry. It really made me feel scared. He has changed his name and now is one of the IRS agents that call me now and is very aggressive on the phone when he calls and yells at me to just get the money. He also told me to go to get some money from my 401k. How did he know that I had just opened one a couple of months ago? I don't know.

Through out all of this, the winnings to be received have changed many times, the money that they want have changed many times and the IRS men that have talked with me change often as do the manager. One group has called me and stated that she was Mary, but I recognized the voice and it wasn't the Mary that I had talked before and told her, she hung up. None of them can say my name correctly as Carl, Carlos, and a variety of similar name they use on me, as does the company that they work for. Guess that my phone will continue to be busy as they don't accept the 'not interested, quit calling me' that is spoken. My nephew has answered the phone and told them that I have died and to stop calling me. Didn't work.

I have a business that requires me to accept calls from other people, mainly people that I Don't know. I have put names to the numbers that call me, so when they call, I just don't answer the phone.   I do my best to not answer the phone when those names come up. they use each other's phone and I told Mary that McDonald called last time using her phone, and Mary denied it and stated that she has had her phone on her at all times, and that I was mistaken. REALLY?

I guess they are still at it.  I got a call from Andy Goldberg saying I had won 2.5 mil. And a 2017 Mercedes  gave me a claim # and check #. When he asked how I felt about my winnings. I told him right now I think your full of s#!= . And for some odd reason he hung up on me...go figure.  This was a few days ago.  This morning I got a call from a Mr white I think was the name, not sure, wasn't paying a whole lot of attention , he asked if I was home. I told him I might be home by friday, he gave me his phone # and asked me to call him then. I'm fairly certain I won't.  Depends on how bored I get or what kind of mood I'm in😈.
