Rude Customer Service

I received a phone call from a women named Anita at my work place. She is telling me that I owe a debt to WaMu. I told her no I don't. She goes on about this account and tells me I'm going to pay these fees. Again I told her that is not my account. She proceeds to start yelling and screaming at me. Tells me that they will take legal action against me. I hang up on her, she calls back. I was trying to get to the bottom of this, and she would listen or answer my concerns or questions.

I'm very upset at this point, I go home and speak to my husband. I decide to call again, Anita starts to scream and yell again. I asked her to please let me ask my questions. She tells me that I need a time out and that she is going to put me on hold. I hung up on her again. My husband tries to speak to her, and she tell him she doesn't want to speak to him to put me back on the phone. He then asked to speak to her supervisor and someone in charge, she said no and she doesn't have too.

One hour later, I tried again. I supposedly got to speak to manger. I explained to him how rude Anita was to me. I told him I was trying to get to the bottom of this because this is not my debt. He gave me the information I needed so that I could proceed to get this fixed. I explained that this is a mistake. He said that he will take care of my complaints about Anita. I just couldn't believe how rude this company was being.

I keep getting daily phone calls from ER Solutions 425-562-3215. When I answer the phone there is no one there and the phone disconnects. I don't owe any one any outstanding money. So I don't know why they call my phone every day. What I really don't understand is why no one is on the other end of the line when my phone is answered. I want them to stop call my number.

I get that too, and I have even called them back and I either get hung up on, or get an answering machine.  I googled them, and the first thing I found was a law office that will represent a consumer for free if they are being harrassed by ER Solutions

Some other complaints against them, including other reports of rudeness and harassment.  One consumer complains they left obscene messages for her child.  A number of complaints are that they are harassing the wrong person.  BBB kicked them out earlier this year.

People from ER Solution keep calling and asking for me..im only 16! what would i possibly owe? LIke really people, get it together. Then as i told them i didnt think they had the right number, because they used my middle and last name, and not my first so i wasnt sure, the women replied "i'll guess this is the right number then" in a very rude tone, then added "buh-bye" and hung up. STOP CALLING ME!

They are even calling others with the same last name in the phone book. Even have called neighbors in the neighborhood to try to get info from  them . Guess I do not have to tell you the reply they gave back to ER. That is going a bit to far calling your next door neighbor???  Wher do you go to complain about this place to get them out of my hair.

its funny i work for ER Solutions, the complaints are all one sided. I call people leave required messages and talk to many people and they are happy too resolve issues, if we have wrong numbers just be honest and answer the call and say i dont know the person your asking for. if u owe the bill and arent gonna pay it just say so and hang up. its when we get snobbish people answering calls we hit them leagally best way we can, and all phone calls re recorded if someone said something get a manager and they will reveive the call and i've seen them fire people for saying things that shouldnt have been said, fact reamains,  bill wont go away even if someone is fired. just freindly advise answer your phone calls and be honest you will sleep better at night

So if this is a collections company, I'm assuming they'd like to get some money from me, why don't they respond when I answer the phone so I can figure out what it's all about??? It's getting extremely annoying to have calls from this number several times a week but every time I answer the phone, there's no response. I don't even have any bad debts, anyway.

    upset again
ER Solutions has called my house daily; sometimes 6 times for the last 2 weeks. Like you, when I call back a computer answers and tells ME that someone will be with me shortly. Who are these people?? When I called back to get some kind of company information, I got this call cannot be completed as dialed, or it just rings. Then they called me back again with the same computer "representavtive". This is very annoying. ER Solutions out of WA state is what I have. (425) 562-3215.

New Do Not Call rules went into effect as of December 1, 2008.

If you are receiving harassing autodialed calls, either to your cell phone, or with no one on the line or no way to get them to stop, file a complaint with FTC.

    Recession
I can't understand someone who has a job that doesn't pay a debt.  Why are you complaining.  If you owe the money, make arrangements, pay it and be done with it. After all, you owe the money, or are you a deadbeat? But if you're like the millions of Americans today that don't have a job, have drained their savings during unemployment and can't find a job...what do you expect us to do?

Here's the low down on ER Solutions: A snake in the grass.

First they get a benevolent woman to call you and sympathize with your plight. Then after they win you over, they pull the con, extracting valuable information from you under the guise of "sympathy" when all along they extract just enough info to pull your strings at a later date. Don't be a victim. Take a proactive stance and write a cease and desist letter to stop the calls, then make a payment arrangement you can live with until the debt is retired.  Any collection notices you receive in the mail go in the circular file.  It's really that simple.  Yeah, I fell prey to their tactics, but learned real fast.  You should do the same, and hey, if you don't have money, you simply don't have it.  Period. End of report.  Let 'em sue you.  What's the worst that could happen?

I get a letter last week about a bounced check for a payday loan in June/1999.  I am sure I paid it or it would be on my credit report or the bank would have notified me.  Now they are threatening to sue me.  I am disabled and on low income.  Can they take me to court?  I have thrown away receipts that are 10 years old.  I have tried calling, but no one answers.  I have 10 days to respond.  I believe they are a scam - what do you think?
