Rude Customer Service
Complaint
Alexsandria
Country: United States
I received a phone call from a women named Anita at my work place. She is telling me that I owe a debt to WaMu. I told her no I don't. She goes on about this account and tells me I'm going to pay these fees. Again I told her that is not my account. She proceeds to start yelling and screaming at me. Tells me that they will take legal action against me. I hang up on her, she calls back. I was trying to get to the bottom of this, and she would listen or answer my concerns or questions.
I'm very upset at this point, I go home and speak to my husband. I decide to call again, Anita starts to scream and yell again. I asked her to please let me ask my questions. She tells me that I need a time out and that she is going to put me on hold. I hung up on her again. My husband tries to speak to her, and she tell him she doesn't want to speak to him to put me back on the phone. He then asked to speak to her supervisor and someone in charge, she said no and she doesn't have too.
One hour later, I tried again. I supposedly got to speak to manger. I explained to him how rude Anita was to me. I told him I was trying to get to the bottom of this because this is not my debt. He gave me the information I needed so that I could proceed to get this fixed. I explained that this is a mistake. He said that he will take care of my complaints about Anita. I just couldn't believe how rude this company was being.

But it's annoying when they call. What to do I don't know.
If you are receiving harassing autodialed calls, either to your cell phone, or with no one on the line or no way to get them to stop, file a complaint with FTC.
Here's the low down on ER Solutions: A snake in the grass.
First they get a benevolent woman to call you and sympathize with your plight. Then after they win you over, they pull the con, extracting valuable information from you under the guise of "sympathy" when all along they extract just enough info to pull your strings at a later date. Don't be a victim. Take a proactive stance and write a cease and desist letter to stop the calls, then make a payment arrangement you can live with until the debt is retired. Any collection notices you receive in the mail go in the circular file. It's really that simple. Yeah, I fell prey to their tactics, but learned real fast. You should do the same, and hey, if you don't have money, you simply don't have it. Period. End of report. Let 'em sue you. What's the worst that could happen?
This is a guy pranking a collector from, I think the same company out of Washington State.
LOL.
screw them like they screw everyone else.
