I got a call on my cell phone regarding credit card debt relief. . I was transferred to nakisha, asked if I wanted to continue, they asked for $600 or $60.00 to send me the paperwork and for the consultation. When I asked them what it was for she said they would deduct from my first payment but would not tell me what the money was for FINALLY SHE said yes.
THE FIRST TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD APPLY TO MY CREDITORS BUT WHEN THEY CONVINCED ME TO RECORD MY VOICE THAN THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY A FEE FOR THE CONSULTATION!!!
. No fees should be sent to anyone for additional information requested on a company or program
she has been harrasing me telling that i have to pay this amount or else! and that they can take me to court becaues they have my voice accepting!! ! unfortunally i gave many personal information!!
what happends now??
i never signed anything!!!!

These people take advantage of people in bad situations and have no regard for the law or moral decency. How do people like this sleep at night?a I hope they are brought to justice for screwing over so many people.
they only employ 5 real attorneys for all their business's total. that is their legal group of two that you get sent to when you complain or ask too many questions.
everyone else, is a either 1 of 3 positions - 1 a phone rep- monkey. you get generated calls all day long, and your job is to lie, say your an attorney and can fix your debt. 2- you work in accounting ept or financial which consists of setting banking fees and drafts for the next 2 yrs before you have even become a folder in our system, we set up a bank account to steal your money. or 3. a supervisor charged with a whip with which to bully everyone into doing things they KNOW they shouldnt- all so you can get paid the 8/hr, with 30 min lunch, and 2 15 min pee breaks.
the owners were just sued by entire states and lost the settlements both tmes, and are still going at it. RAN DAVID BARNEA. his company makes 1m to 4.8 m annually. if you google him, realeastatefl.com says he just purchased another 2 mill home in boca raton and parkland.
waiting for the cops to go raid this place and close it down for good for all the criminal activity that takes place daily, on the hush.
