I asked to recieved a sample of Somnapure and agreed to pay the postage. I received the samples and a week later received a 60 tablet order which I did not ask for and will not use since it didn't work. I will call them on Tuesday, Sept. 6 to complain. It is a rip=off.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.

    Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute promptly.

        I am very upset that I just, this morning, received an order of Somnapure and charged to my
        account 74.98.
        I never ordered them.  I had got the sample and did not like it at all.  I layed awake all night.
        And was very sick in my stomach.
        I am very disappointed that you would take on yourselves to send them and charge me without
        my agreeing to that.

        I,  like others, got a sample of somnapure, and agreed to pay postage. Now i get 60 count in mail and you are asking for $74.98 ( 69.99 +4.99 shipping). I do not want them or be charged. I will return and I need a refund!. I cannot believe you charging that much period. As someone said "a rip off". I wish to hear something soon!, Nancy

          Call your bank immediately and put a stop payment on further charges and have your bank file a fraud claim against the company. On 3/28 when I called customer service for Peak Life I was told they would cancel the order and return my funds. Today is 4/8 and they

        I DID CALL THE COMPLAINT LINE, AFTER LISTENING TO A VERY LONG IFNOMERCIAL (WHICH THERE IS NO WAY TO BYPASS)  ABOUT ALL OF THE PEAK LIFE PRODUCTS I WAS TOLD TO HOLD FOR A REPRESENTATIVE THEN DISCONNECTED, FOUR TIMES........

        THIS SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE, THERE IS NO E-MAIL ADDRESS GIVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE. I SMELL A SCAM, I'M GOING TO TRY THIS NUMBER ONE MORE TIME, THEN I WILL CALL MY BANK AND THE BBB.

        I am unable to reach your company through any phone numbers your web site provides.  I am currently in Mexico and can not complete a call to you.  In March I stupidly requested a 14 day free trial of Peak Life Prostrate.  I used my credit card to pay the  $5.95 fee and shipping.  I then discovered refill charges to same credit card for April and May of 2015.  I insist that these refill orders be cancelled and absolutely no further charges from Peak Life to my credit card.  I have, by the way, not received any of your product.  Again, the is a formal request for Peak Life not to attempt to charge my account for any additional refills that I have never agreed to or requested.  If your pretense is to provide satisfactory Customer  service then please, please; I insist you not attempt to charge me with any additional refill orders.  They are formally cancelled by me.  You an only contact me via e-mail at gaultjon1@hotmail.com.  Please respond by e mail that you will stop any and all future charges to my credit card.  (last 4 # of VISA card..0633)

      I ordered the free samples and they caused heartburn and I also received a bottle of 60 but I was only charged $34.98 with shipping. I will send them back for refund.

    "Free Sample" supposed to be cancelled within 18 days is what I was told when pissed and called customer service number 1877-869-3304 to cancel! Just wanted to give anyone looking a number to call.

    No wonder they wont accept prepaid visa card because after they sent you the sample the will charge your card and send you an order that you did not order.I believe this is scam.Be careful in dealing your credit card with this company,Just beware.They did this to my freind.
