I asked to recieved a sample of Somnapure and agreed to pay the postage. I received the samples and a week later received a 60 tablet order which I did not ask for and will not use since it didn't work. I will call them on Tuesday, Sept. 6 to complain. It is a rip=off.

    I asked to receive a sample of Somnupure and agreed to pay the postage I received the samples and a couple of weeks later I received a package of somnupure which I did not ask for and will not use this product since it does not work!!! Please take this charge off my credit card since I sent back the unaurthrized order of somnupure> Thanks

    they charged me twice now and will not return any money

      I just call this number, and Nathan told me that he 'll stop tacking money from my account and i will have my money back in 3 days.

    i also got caught I paid the charge for free asample and they sent another bottle and charge me $74.98   what a scam .....i want my money back i am returning the bottle since it does not work........help

    Here I sit almost midnight EST, can't sleep, ordered the stupid Somnpure free sample for just $2.99 shipping
    and then found these 3 pages of nightmare stories from everyone before me - what CREEPS.  Well, live
    and learn.  Guess I'll be getting a huge bottle in the mail that I don't want either with a huge charge on my
    credit card that I don't want either and will be calling my credit card company like everyone else to fight
    the charges.   By the way, when I say what CREEPS I mean the company.  I only sleep 3-4 hrs. per night
    due to extreme pain due to intractable migraines 24/7.  This company should be ashamed of itself.  Well,
    I'll fight them to the death not to be charged for anything I did not order at $75.00.  I've had to do it in the
    past and I will do it again.  Sweet dreams to all.

    Ordered  a sample product from drug store, not happy with product, and did not order more but received new order charged to my Credit Card, had to cancel my card and have learned a leason.

    once in a life time I think I did the right thing regarding the free sample of Somnapure ; I stopped and decided to cancel all requested entries when I was asked to provide my credit card number.  Nevertheless, I am still not too sure this company would cancel everything as I requested.  Well, keep my fingers crossed.

    I too ordered the free sample. When I asked my doctor about taking Somnapure he recommended that I NOT try them because of my age (82) and the fact that I am on dialysis and involved with a lot of medications. I called customer service because I received another bottle with a letter about my monthly shipment (surprise) - I waited on the line for 15 minutes and Karl answered. I explained my circumstances he immediately suspended my account and assured me that I will not be charged for this new order. I was willing to return the bottles but he said not necessary and to keep them.

    I was just about to order the sample of Somnapure. Thank goodness I was able to read everyone's reviews. As an insomniac, it's depressing knowing persons/people involved in the process of ordering "Sample" and are able to sleep at night without difficulty, especially knowing they're involved with a SCAM!YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!! You persons/people claiming that not only does Somapure works but to offer a sample that you have to charge shipping/handling. You state S&H is only a couple dollars or so, but you have the nerve to send a 60 day supply at a whopping $74.98 price to these wonderful people who only wish to sleep well. I myself am an insomniac, so I know what these people's comments are very very legit.
    Just for my own knowledge, has anyone contacted BBB (Better Business Bureau) regading this SCAM? Five years ago I purchased online for negligee's, they never sent my items paid for and did not want to reimburse me. So I had BBB involved. Not only did I receive ALL my money back but that site was completely shut down.

    You people are scammer's. I paid for the sample and two weeks later you stole my money from my credit card. You sent me 60 day supply, which I did not request. The product does not work. But you are going to be sorry you stole from this 74 year old woman. I am going to make your life miserable. You can't continue to steal from people. You would not answer the phone number you provided. I wish you well in hell.

    D0 not not order free samples, like the previous comments I ordered free samples $2.99 shipping,  product did not work
    due to other meds that I take, needless to say, arriving today in my mailbox was another order (which I did not order)
    proceeded to call them and customer service said to return it but not RETURN TO SENDER they're is no tracking
    number when you do it that way, in turn, your credit will take longer they can always declare that they never received
    it without the tracking number, long story short, went to Post Office had to pay an additional $5.25 to return this
    also calling my credit card department to make sure they're crediting my account!!

    I got a bottle for $1.....they took out $31.29 from my account without my authorization.  I better get my money back.  I was told to repackage the next delivery and send it back for a refund.

    I only viewed their, did not order their free sample, did not enter my social security debit card information.  When they asked for my card # for $2.99 shipping I immediately left their site.  They sent me a sample and then a bottle of 60 pills and debited by social security account card for $34.98. THEY ARE HACKING TO OBTAIN CARD NUMBERS FROM WHO I DONT KNOW YET BUY I AM GOING TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT!  They told  me I forgot I ordered their "auto ship plan" and that I didn't remember giving them my card number.  I have called three times and they refuse to refund my money.  Yesterday their Customer Service Rep asked me for my Email address and I said "NO".  Today I spoke to another Customer Service Rep who sent an "Return Merchandise Form" to my Email address (that I refused to give them)  Where did this HACKER get that ?  AND, still no mention of returning my money!  Sounds like the product is fraud also.  I had open heart surgery 6 months ago.  Would not even consider confusing my current meds with some unknow companys sleep aid!

    PLEASE, PLEASE stop sending me peak life.  It does not work.  I did not order all the tablets you keep sending me.  If I receive another bottle, I will contact my bank and reverse ALL the charges you have made and also contact my better business bureau. STOP!!!

    I will send back the unopened package because the product did not perform as you said.Please remove the charge . I think this is a scam.
