I asked to recieved a sample of Somnapure and agreed to pay the postage. I received the samples and a week later received a 60 tablet order which I did not ask for and will not use since it didn't work. I will call them on Tuesday, Sept. 6 to complain. It is a rip=off.

I wish I would have investigated and knew of your site sooner as I tooI got scammed... I ordered the 'Free' sample for a $2.99 shipping fee... (and  I never even used the product)... just yesterday I received an 'unordered'  bottle of Somnapure of an undisclosed amount since I have not opened the package - so i do not know what size or number of capsules that was sent- but it's larger than the sample bottle - so I'll assume it is a count of 60- but I wrote Refused - Return to Sender- Did Not Order & Cancel on the package ( I know if you do not open a Pkg- it can be sent back to  the sender at no cost to the recipient) and will put it into the mail today!  Plus, when I checked my bank account this morning,  I discovered that I had been charged  a fee of $74.98!!! I will go to the bank this morning and put a block on this company!
Also, I never received an e-mail or other confirmation of ordering and payment from Peak Life... but the address on the Pkg is:
    PeaK Life
    4309 Distribution Dr.
    Chattenooga, TN.  37416

Moreover, I will send a letter of complaint to this address- and I'm going to make a report to the Better Business Bureau

i, too, fell into the web of Somnapure but since my husband doesn't' like to give our credit card number over the internet I sent a check.  I will be calling our credit union to make them aware of the situation and block any further attempts by this company to take furure withdrawals from our account. I will also speak to a representative from Peak Life to remove my name after they receive the returned pills that I never requested.

I think Peak Life should pay the return shipping.  I will contact them tomorrow regarding return and refund.

I purchase the sample bottle - pd. the postage and now have received another 30 day supply.  I have called to challenge the charges - but after being on hold for about 10 minutes, I was told their system is down and to call back in 15 minutes.  Hopefully I will get full credit.  I am going to contact my credit card company and file a fraud claim.
Good Luck to the rest of you.

same deal as the people above,   even after i complained and told'em to stop sending the stuff they are still sending it.  has anyone filed a postal fraud complaint.    they are using the U.S.Mail.   and the postal inspectors don't have much to do.

i ordered the free sample and  noticed today there was charge of $74.98 on my card. i called bank and they filled a desput for me. i also called  Peak Life and told them i didnt make a purchase. the girl was more interested in  giving me good deals on products than explaining about the charge made to my card. she said  i could not get full refund, that i had to pay shipping charges, for something i didnt order,
First of all, why would i order from them and have to pay shipping when i could just stop at CVS and pick it up if i wanted to buy the junk.   There needs to be something done about this Peak Life.

I recieved an a charge on my Credit Card of $74.98 for pills that I did not order. At 5:30 AM I checked my credit card account on line and saw the charges, I picked up the phone and before 6:00 AM I was on hold with Peak Life. I requested that the $ 74.98 charge be taken off my account before the shipment leaves their building and to cancel the shipment. I said that we both know that the US Postal Service does not pick-up before 6 AM in the morning.
I will go to my bank this morning and put in a fraudulent charge to my credit card.

Everyone should email their complete email list to save all your friends from getting SCAMMED by this company. The Peak Life Company.  Their product is a sleeping aid called  Somnapure... It don't work and can interfere with medications that your doctor prescribed for you.

I ordered the "free Sample" for $2.99 and put it on my Visa card.  I paid for that.  Today I see that I have been charged another $74.98 for another supply which I did not order.  Called the company and was told that I signed an authorization for a MONTHLY order of $74.98 which I certainly did not.  They told me another bottle is on its way and that I must not accept it and send it back, at which time I will be credited with the amount.  Before the phone call was even ended, there was an email with a return label on it - they are obviously READY for these calls and have had hundreds.  Also contacted my credit card company who will keep an eye on the charge and look for the credit from Peak Life.  This is  a scam...BEWARE!  If you read these complaints, you'll see that they've been doing this for a long time.

they got me too!!! i did not see anything about 18 day cancellation.  the lady i spoke to was very nice tho and gave me a ram # to return the merchandise and said it would be credited to my acct.  we'll see.  but i'm hopeful that this learning experience is not too costly.  $74.88 is a lot on my limited income.  if i had that much $$$ i would've went to see the dr.   not ordered some cheesy sample over the internet.  lesson learned.

WARNING: SOMNAPURE SCAM! We are all being duped. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY. I ordered my FREE sample and within the month a bottle arrives which I did not order, and my card charged $74.98. This happened to me with an ACAI product once. I am a slow learner. If it's too good to be true, it isn't! I will never order "free" product again. This company should be shut down immediately. FIle complaint with your Better Business Bureau. I don't remember my bank being helpful with this before, but you can try. You can also send back the package if you have not opened it, and mark it "REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER"...but it's disconcerting since they still have your card #...so you may have to cancel your credit card. A total hassle for just trying a product. PEAK LIFE, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Your customer service is a joke, $40.00 refund for hundreds spent on a product that has been cancelled multiple times? The entire product is a scam...it does not on me, my husband or my elderly mom... what are those odds. you should be a shamed of yourself for representing such a blatant scam!!!
