I asked to recieved a sample of Somnapure and agreed to pay the postage. I received the samples and a week later received a 60 tablet order which I did not ask for and will not use since it didn't work. I will call them on Tuesday, Sept. 6 to complain. It is a rip=off.

    be careful in dealing your credit card with this company.They will charge it without your knowledge and they will send you product that you did not order.

    have the sample pkg of Somnapure its not working showed it to my doctor he says it could mess up 3of my meds  .i take 9meds a dayam 87yrs old
    &want to cancel this next order which I just found out about.

    I have been advised not to take this Somnapure becuase of the medications I am taking. Therefore I am cancelling the order I received without notification and any further orders.

    This is a common fraudulent "health product" charge cramming scam.

    There is no reliable way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.

    File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    FTC recently shut down a similar group of scams run by Jesse Willms.

    Well  I got caught like the rest of you with maybe a new twist.  Sample arrives, and before I can cancel, a 30-day supply for 74.98 is posted to my credit card.  I called 1-877-869-3304 the number on the bottle to cancel.  The call was answered automatically and a woman's voice said that the number has been changed and that callers should call a  900 number for which there is charge of 1.99 per minute and that you have to be over 18 to call.  ALERT - do not call the 900 number since they can answer then put you on hold.

    I also ordered the sample and then recieved another orderand was charged 74.98 i had to call and then return this and then call the credit card to cancel the fees. what a hassle

    I ordered the sample, which did not work, then was sent a 30 day supply which costs $74.98. I am sending this junk back and disputing the credit card charges. We are not alone!

    I ordered the sample for my insomniac husband. I was in the US (we live in Mexico) when I did this. I didn't notice the 18 day business when I input my credit card info. The first bottle arrived. I took it home. He tried it a couple of nights, and it didn't help him. I had to return to the US in August. I found a second bottle had arrived - no packing slip whatsoever in the box. My sister receives my card statements, but she just gives me a total to deposit, not an accounting of the charges. Now I just arrived in the US again, and found a third bottle with a $74.98 statement in the box. I'm outraged. I was able to talk the manager out of a $40 refund, but $40 of $150 spent is a joke. Yes, I'm out of their 30-day return policy, but how about customer service???

      JUST DO AS I DID.  CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND HAVE THEM BLOCKED FROM ANY FUTURE CHARGES..  IF IT'S TOO LATE, SIMPLY GO TO YOUR LOCAL COURTHOUSE AND FILL OUT A SMALL CLAIM LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.  ONCE THEY ARE SERVED YOU WILL HEAR FROM THEM AND NOT ONLY WILL YOU GET A FULL REFUND BUT YOU'LL BE REIMBURSED FIR THE COURT FILING FEES.   GNC IN AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY.  THEY WILL ONLY RESPOND TO A LAWSUIT.   I SUED VERIZON FOR $600 AND GOT IT IMMEDIATELY WITH COURT COSTS.  I ALSO SUED SPRINT WHEN AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS THE BILLED ME AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE.  I SUED FOR THE $750 AND WITHIN ONE WEEK I GOT PAID AND DEMANDED THEY REMOVE THE BLEMISH FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.  GOOD LUCK

    I ordered the sample and paid the shipping charge through credit card, then started to receive shipments and charges to my account.
     
    A lesson to learn not to order things from the Internet but how do you know that you are dealing with a FRAUD.

    I ordered a "free" sample, just pay shipping. Once I recieved the product, noticed a strong odor. I took two as the directions indicated and became ill. A few days later a 60 day supply is in my mailbox along with a charge for $74.98!!! Customer service rep and supervisor Brian said they would refund the full amount but I need to pay for shipping back. Do not buy this product!!!

    This is one of he biggest scams I have ever seen. I wish I had researched this before ordering the trial order to see how many complaints have been filed against this company.  It's been a mess a claim with my bank and then a 3 way conversation with this fraudulent company and my bank to be told if I ship it back which includes more shipping and handling charges they can reverse this from my card.  If this happens to you call your bank immediately.  Furthermore, their product does not work.

      I did exactly what you recommended Rhonda.  I called my bank immediately.  They were no help in spite of the fact that I had called them about the same thing last month.  My bank is/was THE BANK OF BARTLETT in Bartlett Tennessee.  All they seem to be concerned with is the $35 per transaction charge on overdrafts which happened last month and could happen again this month  if I  don't catch my normal monthly transactions from going into the bank.

    I ordered the free sample and just received a bottle that I did not order.  I am furious.  Obviously, this happens to everyone.  The product does not even work for me.  What a scam.
