I asked to recieved a sample of Somnapure and agreed to pay the postage. I received the samples and a week later received a 60 tablet order which I did not ask for and will not use since it didn't work. I will call them on Tuesday, Sept. 6 to complain. It is a rip=off.

If they have intentionally failed to notify consumers clearly that they will use credit card information to cram charges for additional orders, then those charges are unauthorized.
File a fraud dispute through your bank, and have them block your card number at the same time. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
In addition, it is illegal to bill for unordered merchandise, and if you and thousands of other victims were not clearly notified you were supposedly "ordering" this unwanted bottle, then it is unordered. It is a violation of US Postal Regulations to use the US Mail or a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) in a fraudulent scheme. It is mail fraud. File a complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
File additional fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
