5-1-12   We have received numerous calls from JM Kingston.  He wants us to wire him money.  He says we have won a Mercedes and a lot of money.  He will not take no for an answer, just keeps calling back.

JM KIngston (876-508-3622) has been calling my residence for several days in a row saying I had won millions of dollars and wanted to deliver it to me. When I told them to stop calling my residence they got hostile and started interupting me. Today 05/06/2012 they have called back 4 times 1 time this moring and then 2 times one right after the other and they ask for me by name. How did they get my name I googled my phone number and it does not have my name listed just my address. My number is also on the do not call list.

First of all his name is not JM Kingston. The call(s) are coming from Kingston, Jamaca.
Second, they use a list of 876 numbers. Most likely cell phones.
Unfortunately, the police, FBI or nobody will do anything about it, mainly because the calls originate from outside the US.
I have thought about going to Kingston Jamaca and walking around calling the four numbers I have recently and see if anyones phone rings :)
The only thing I think we can do is to keep calling these numbers and taking (wasting) as much of their time as possible, However, it will not stop him. I know someone who was convince in to sending $5000 ($4900 acually because Western Union questions everything over $5000) fortunately  Western Union had concerns about an 88 year old lady sending $5000 and put a hold on it, we got wind of it and got the money back.
ANOTHER thing we could all do is to start complaing to you local and state and US representatives and get them to do something.
I will continue to bug these creeps all I can.

Getting calls from JM Kingston today.  We are googling every phone number we get that is unknown.   Area code today is 876.   Not answering as we have had dozens of calls in the last few weeks saying we are sweepstakes winners.  If so, then we would be millionaires by now!!!!!......for as many different so-called sweepstakes we have supposedly won.   Yesterday they wanted us to buy a Green Dot Money Pak from CVS Pharmacy for $750.   I played along today and said I bought it....they immediately wanted me to scrape off the numbers on the back and give it to them.   When I wouldn't, they asked for the receipt number.  Again I said no!   He got pretty indignant.   I told him that when they brought my Mercedes Benz and my million dollar check to my door, I would give them the money card!  Then I hung up.....they wanted the pin numbers on the back of the money card so they could deposit the money into their own account.   So now....they are just going after money......and not bank accounts or credit cards.  But still they are targeting ELDERLY people who can't say no.

I dont know if my message went through, but here goes again.  I did a little research and the info was telling me the 876 numbers originate from Jamaica. Even if you pick up the phone and slam it down, you can be charged! We complained to Century Link and they set us up with a call block system, ie. *78. They even credited us back the bucks they charged us. Nice of them I suppose.  Anyhow,   I deleted four numbers that originated from Jamaica. Then the 702 numbers started. Did the same. I also received numbers out of Miami, FL. Same stupid scum bags. Well good luck keeping these vermin out of your life.

Just received a call on my cell phone from 876-843-6959. The caller ID on my iPhone said the call originated from Jamaica. I didn't answer and it looks like I should be glad that I didn't. They didn't leave a message either, but does anyone know where they get our numbers from? And for people who have had trouble with them calling repeatably, how long does it take before they stop calling?

These people are calling from Kingston Jamaica, hence the name J.M. Kingston and the area code. Also, they are a well known scam company who try to prey on the elderly and more time than not they succeed. The only advice I can give all of you is to call the FBI and your local police department to file a report. Write down everything they say to you and all of the phone numbers they are calling from and if you can, try to record the conversations that you have with them. They called my gramma over 30 times in one freakin day and have not stopped calling her. I am livid pissed and will find a way to get them held accountable for their malicious and evil scam tactics. I'll even fly to Jamaica to find this damn company and their affiliates of they don't leave us alone. Thanks for reading.

    INFURIATED GRANDDAUGHTER
Just found out these [***] scammed my grandmother out of 10 grand, 10 GRAND! And her winnings were going to be 200,000. I am so upset. Called the cops, the federal consumers bureau and now attorney generals tomorrow morning.  She believed their lies and when I made her get a cell they started calling the neighbors to have her call them. Saying they were family. My grandfather just passed and they took advantage of her. I have a Jamaica number and a number from WI, and AZ. I will not rest until someone does something. I have 19 green dot cards that she put money on and called them and gave them the numbers. NINETEEN CARDS. This has happened over 3 months. And the thank the neighbors for contacting me and letting me know so I can stop this.
