Received a call - jm Kingston. Disguising his voice and claiming I had to go to Walgreens, wal mart or 9-11 to get a claim card for 299.00 so I can receive money delivery from USPS at a specific time. So how would they know I won if I do not have a winning claim card already?  SCAM. I hung up on him and he immediately called back.  He also told me I wasn't listening  -I really was... SCAM.

I am not even 50 yet and am getting calls from this JM Kingston which started last week.  This persons name is Ben Shepard that keeps calling me.  He speaks perfect english with no accents sounds to be about the age I am.  Not sure what is up with that.  I cannot afford the 2.5 mill and the 2011 mercedes that I supposably one.  For one he wants too much money for the shipping of the car.  WTH if I won a mercedes then why are you having it shipped bozo?  at any rate the latest number is 876-442-1261.

    LOL.  Old tricks new scammers!
I keep getting the same call from 1-815-503-1243 (caller ID).  But the messages says to call 1-876-503-1243 or 702-560-0741.  Either way I don't answer the phone.  These idiots think that they are new at this and that's why they get frustrated when people challenge them over the phone.

The Indian-accent dude says my wife just won $250K, and that she needs to "come to Detriot MI" with her SSN and Bank of America account.  We don't have BOFA....lol.  Anyways, it is just too funny.

Hey folks!  Whatever happened to the "rich uncle from Nigeria" with the millions need to be transfered?

I have been receiving calls from this JM Kingston and am getting a little afraid. I live alone   and he has been calling for a few months. Today he called 4 times, I have only answered twice by mistake and told him he was nothing but a scam artist. Is there any reason to be afraid. I called our local police but they weren't any help. Thanks for listening.

Yes - set up the visit and call local law enforcement and they should be willing to met with you and arrest them. We just spoke to our local law enforecemt and they have agreed to do this for us.

Has anyone tried calling and lodging  a complaint with the FTC (877-382-4357)?  Don't know that they can do anything but they sounded serious.  They also recommended that we call out local AGs office and lodge same complaint.  Please, at least let's try to do something, before these jerks drive  us all insane with their calls.  Thanks!  And God bless us all.

This place keeps calling my mother, who is not elderly, and claims that she has won all of these different prizes.  They say that they will send it to her, but do not get far enough into the conversation to tell her the details.
They normally call at least twice a day at 8am and around 630pm or so.  Today my mom answered the phone and said that they have been calling her and she is only 16.  She doesn't sound like a 16 year old, but she does sound much younger than she is.  They proceeded to call her a liar and then began cursing at her.  The man then said something about a dick in her [***] and I yelled that that was inappropriate and that he should not be speaking to a 16 year old that way.  So my mom gave me the phone and I tried to sound mature (not laugh because it was starting to get hilarious) and told them that what they are doing is illegal and that I am going to report them for speaking to a 16 year old that way and for phone harassment.  The man told me to report him, "I don't give a [***]," were his exact words, and that I had no proof.  I told him that I had started recording the phone calls and that I would be contacting the police with the number (which is either from Tennessee or Washington) and his name and that I would call the better business bureau.  He told me that he would change his number and report us...for what I don't know...when I asked him how he was going to change his number, he hung up.
At&t is our carrier and the only solution they have for this problem is to change our home phone number...Why can't anyone do anything about this?  I really hope that in time someone can find a solution.

well i would like to say  that these guys have called us for week now and just today they have called this house at least 45 times they have said the same thing at first you have won a prize but have to send 200 dollars to recieve your prize. the prize was a new car 25,000 cash and a certified casheirs check for 51/2 million. told them we were not intrested and they just do not take no for an answer.the numbers they have called from are 1-876-881-3161, 1-876-893-6544, 1-876-871-2148. they were very vulgar when they kept calling and i told them not to call back or i was calling the police he then told me he had my address (which they do have every ones address they call so they have to have hacked into something to get this information) and was gonna bomb my house and kill my family and fu** me while my husband watched. i did call the police and they said they would deal with it if they made any more threats.
but i was looking into this more and this has been going on for at least 3 years they also give an address to send money to a juanita lucas in hawaii. i searched the name and the address they give does go to juanita lucas in hawaii and she is 81 years old.

I just receive a phone call from 876-410-9063. The caller ID showed Kingston, JM.  The man stated I had won a large amount of money and a  2012 mercedes.  All taxes had been paid and that UPS was ready to deliver my prize to my address.  I told him this was a scam and hung up.  He called back, I answered and said nothing................he hung up.  I called back and when he answered I told him to take my number off his call list. He asked me my name, I told him he had called me and knew my name.  I told him to not call my number again.  So far, no more calls.  But it is very scary when someone calls and knows your name and address.  I hope to have no further calls.

They call with different numbers all the time Kingston JM, jamaica, private, etc. they call my elderly grandparents all the time saying they won all this $ always a few million...they even call at like 10pm when by law they can't call past 9pm I've reported them to the police for harassment but the police say they can't really do anything. We put our number on the dnc list and they still call. I've said they r not home, they r away, they dnt/cnt talk, wrong #, etc all excuses as they still call multiple times a day. I've gotten on the phone and yelled they then talk vulgar words every other word is the f word and say they r part of the FBI...all a scam please dnt fall for it my mom works for a business and unfortunately sees this all the time poor old people losing their hard earned $ and ssi/pension $ being stolen. Don't give ur acct info to anyone and remember if u truly won something u would never have to pay for it not even a penny.

Just received a call from this number at work asking for someone who doesn't work here. I could barely understand him, he asked several times if this was a business, when I said yes, he wanted to know what business. Guess he doesn't know as much as he thinks he does if he didn't know. LOL he still doesn't know because I didn't tell him.
