    Called this individual and noticed he was using a voice synthisiser. Told him to stop calling my mother or legal action would follow. The calls have stopped.

    Was called and informed I had won $5 Million Dollars. Number is 876-843-6959 from Jamaica. This is the 2nd time they have called. I simply hang up.

    These people have been calling me all month. It started as a "you won publishers clearing house" scam attempt.  Tonight they called at 11:30pm while I was taking care of my child who had woken up. My elderly mother, who lives with me answered, when I heard her yellin into the phone for them not to call anymore I picked up the extension to hear him yelling FU you B---h to my mother. That's when I got involved. I said who is this and he starts telling me he knows where we live and is coming to KILL ME AND MY FAMILY in the middle of the night!! I was petrified at first, as i have a small child, until he said I know your name and spelled out a first and last name that was so far from that of anyone in my home I had to just laugh at him say I was calling the police and hang up.

    My sister has been getting calls like these. All of them are from Jamaica. She was polite and asked them not to call again but they haven't stopped. She contacted the phone company, too. Yesterday he called again admitted he's trying to scam her and when she told him it wasn't happening he became very abusive. She told him she was calling the police he threatened to kill her and her entire family. She flipped. Called the police. They gave her a name and a number to call as there's an ongoing investigation into this. These people are using many different numbers, usually disposable phones, so if you get a call please do not listen to them. Hang up and call authorities.

    I was told by a loud mouth lady that I had won $750,000 dollars & a BMW & I needed to get a $300.00 pay pak card. I told them it was a scam & the lady told me she'd been in the business 4 35 years & that she was Catholic; so I stupidly foolishly got a $300.00 pay pak & gave her the activating #. & I thought again that it was a scam & uploaded the money to a Green Dot card b4 they could; only to later give her the # to another pay pak card.     We are going through the same as above. These idiots can't be insulted, we've tried. I thought about blowing a whistle into the receiver, but that would scare the cats ! I've called the FBI, they recommended FTC and gave them all the Kingston telephone numbers I logged. No results as of today. Might be too soon.

    This JM Kingston had called me stating I was proved for a loan for Ten Thousand dollar  and they got all my personal  information and took 210.00 from me then wanting more.

      There is a steady stream of scam complaints pointing toward Kingston Jamaica.

      Usually these are fake "lottery" scams, but there is little difference between "advance fee" loan scams and fake "lottery" scams.  Only the scripts change.

      I guess you are now $210 wiser.

    my grandparents have gotten 12 phone call from this man in the past four days. He told them they won a car and $6 million and all they had to do was buy a card with $450 on it to claim the prize. any ideas how to stop the phone calls?

    It is January 2013 and we got the same calls telling us we had won 1.3 million and a new mercedes. What is really upsetting is that they got our cell number. The guy keeps calling and calling and calling. I reported him to the Publisher Clearinghouse Sweepstakes customer Service, because that is who he said he was from. The weird thing is that in 10 calls, he never asked for money. We are afraid he was trying to clone our phone or something else weird, so I am gonna go today to the phone company and report it to them as well.

    I received a call from 876-899-7442 Kingston JM stated he called from US Treasurer Dept and has uncliamed check. This idiot called on weekend and we knew no one in US gov will call during weekend for unclaimed check.

    This guy calls us every other day asking for my mother in law who does not live with us anymore. I tell him she does not live here anymore and to call her cell which I gladly give him her cell.  I yell at him to stop calling here and they still call us every other day.

    We still get these dreadful calls, have for months. Astonishing that they can't be stopped. Phone companies can block eight of the fourteen telephone numbers, and now the calls are even coming from New York - same con artists.

    Just got a call today on my cellphone from 876-390-6651 Jamaica. Could barely understand the man because of his strong accent. I supposedly won $55,000. I was to write certain information down. I needed to look out for a Mr. David Washington and a Mrs. Davis. When I heard that, I was getting loud saying that I did not want anybody coming to my house and yelled several times to take my number off their list. He must have hung up. After reading all these comments I am wondering if I will become one of the many people that will be harrassed on a daily basis.
