I had purchased AC in june this year . The AC just stopped working on its own. When customer care was contacted to provide service i was told that stablizer wouldn't be working so get the stablizer repaired . The person named Deepak said check the output of stablizer and then let us know.I contacted the dealer who suppled the AC also didn't take any action so being in warranty period I had to get  repaired on payment.The most pathetic and disappointing behaviour by the customer care and the dealer ACE Technology NOIDA.

    I have purchased 1.5 ton samsung split ac during May 2007. It worked for a month in 2007, 15 days in June 2008. Then no cooling.After complaint mechanic came and changed gas pipe line and filled gas on payment of Rs.2000/ without giving any receipt.It worked only for 10 days. Again same  problem  of gas leakage. Even after a month after my complait they have not yet attended.Repeatedly i am reminding. they are not all answering properly.I am fed up. The service is very poor. My complaint No.21151 dt March 2010.
    It is advisable not to purchase Samsung AC.

    I own a SAMSUNG window AC which was bought 4 yrs back, most of the time we dont use AC , but when it is used for 4 days, it gives problem, then i had to contact customer care and they inturn divert the calls to local dealer who sends a service engineer who doesnt know anything about the AC mechanic, for the past month alone, i have had 4 problems with in 7 days each, poor service and poor technicians.moreover samsung customer care executive assures the technician will come today,but the local dealer tells that techinican will come tomorrow only. they are playing around with the customer.

    I have purchased a split ac thru one of your dealer Viveks on Apr 23 2010.The AC has been not working after the day it was installed (installed at Apr 27).I complined about the fault on 29 Apr and the service engineer came to home after 5 days (after made so many calls) and checked.He told me that there is some problem with compressor (gas leakage) and wanted to carry the ac to their service center and repair.The AC was removed next day and kept in my home. Now the date is May 11, still the AC is not carried to the service center by viveks for repair.I have called viveks customer care so many time, but no use.

    I had purchased AC in November 2009. The AC was stopped past 7 days. whwn we contacted Samsung service center,Chennai Redhills Tel:32513232 & cell 3412454769 complaint reg.no. BP 8412454769 on 08/May/2010 they have sent the services engineer to my home on 10/May/2010 thay checked and told that stablizer problem (it is very new stablizer) then we changed one more new stablizer again its not working then the service engineer said "May be A/C sensaar problem" we will replance tomorrow (11/05/2010) till now we called several time to the service center and service eng & the Samsung dealar Amsa Vision Redhills Ch-52 Mr.Mohan Tel 26322699 & 65417030 who supplied the A/c & Samsung service center Mr.Abdul Kaffor & Kumar & Jay Kumar and some more person but till date they didn't take any action and my AC was in warranty period.

    Hence, please send your serv.engineer to rectify the A/c problam at the
    earliest

    my ac last free is pending, i have being reporting to the coustmer since last 20 days every day they say that the service personal will come today at certain time but he fails to turn up  .the coustmer care do not provide with a proper answer for this.this shows the company's poor after sales service and looks like the company is just inrested in selling the product.irequest the senior officer's to look into the matter and resolve it

    My complaint number is 8407086093 for samsung split A/c registered on April 21st in chennai (india). Call center executive promptly say that they will send some one to inspect. but no one will turn around, despite after several calls to call center, the technician will visit and for replacement of faulty compressor it takes more than a week. at last the compressor has been replaced and with in 15 days again the compressor is not working and called the call center and registered the same complaint on May 18 around 10.40AM. The complaint number exists the same and no one turned up or called us. Samsung call center say, that the service center has been privatized we will only direct the calls and the service person or the from the center will call us. unfortunately my complaint is landed in Alpha refrigeration, Guindy, Chennai. The manager of this concern is Mr.Shivakumar whose mobile number is 9884416944, responds us that no more their service center will be dealing our area.T! his is the service center who replaced the compressor now they wash off their hands,just by saying no more their service center will be covering our area. The name of the call center executive who is unable to handle the call and given proper response, as said by the trainer she repeatedly saying i am sorry for the inconvenience and i will forward it to my team. The name of the executive is Jayanthi and her employee id is 7067. I request you to do the needful in getting my AC working.

The AC has some problem " No cooling" the same was intimated to the samsung customer care centre and the complaint registered on 30-5-2010 and the complaint No. is 8407053392 but till 10-6-2010 no response from the customer care centre. I continuously made a call to the cutomer care centre no response and this type of cusomer centre will reduce the rate of selling samsung products in public.If the Samsung company want to sell the products they first keep the customer care service properly. Kindly take necessary action against the improper answer made by the customer care centre in chennai, and do the service to me immediately or otherwise I made proper complaint against the samsung products in the appropriate forum for my grivances againt the product.

    as for i was using samsung window air conditioner .
    it has got some faults and was not properly working now.
    i called the customer services and complainted about the faults.
    two persons were came for service and they did service and i spent
    huge money for service. but within a week it was not working.
    too bad performance.again i called customer services and complainted
    about the service. but those peoples were not responding me properly.
    and saying our persons will come for service.. but til no one has came.
    i was calling often eventhough no response from customer service. wat shal i do.
    kindly help me out.past one week i was calling but no responce.
    if this situation exceeds i would surely take a severe action on customer service on samsung.do u think we are a fool to call u often.try to give a solution
    for this problem. very terrible and irresponsible service from samsung.

    Serious Complaint in Samsung make 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC



    We have purchased SAMSUNG make two no. 1.5 ton 3 star Split Air conditioner. We wants to bring in your notice that none of your AC working efficiently and being followed by very bad unhygienic smell (Like Cow Dung)  



    Please note that we have parallely installed other make split AC of same capacity since last 05 years we never faced any such problem , Therefore you are requested to attend on top priority to avoid free replacement.



    Even after several reminders no body is taking care and from last many days our ac is stopped and still problem is unsolved

    We have purchased an AC of your brand from a dealer of yours. The dealer is Balaji Agencies,Kanchipuram(tamil nadu). We have encountered a problem in my AC. so we asked balaji agencies for assistance, they said me to compressor problem will clear it soon, But again we attend same problem  same respire they was done 4 times now they have taken full set to shop still they are not replaced  when we contacted them said will provide new AC. but still the date am not recd now 6 month gone ac works only 15 days??? So kindly check with them immediately enable us we will give compliant to consumer court..we will wait only for 10 days from today.

    I have purchased Samsung 1.5 ton A/c (3 star) from Vijay sales Mahim Mumbai on 3rd June 2010. about one and half months in later Aug 2010 we noticed the low cooling effect and made a complaint through help line no. The technician attended and informed us that the gas is leaked out through fittings and accordingly the gas is recharged. After that with contineous observations we are noticing the very low cooling effect. Hence we ragistered the complaints once thru this online mesaging system and 3 to 4 times at the Vijay Sales Mumbai.The technician is attending but there is no improvement in cooling effect.
      At the time of new installation we were running the A/c on 24 to 25 degree C in summer till the gas had been leaked out. Now after so many complaints and after attending the same we have to run  the A/c consistantly at 22 to 23 degree C. because of low colling effect.
     In this regards I opin that either the refilling of gas is of inadequate to the required amount of charging or the refilled R-22 gas is not of standared quality. Pl look into the matter immediately other wise the leagal procedure will be initiated.

    The rat has entered through the gap left unfilled during installation of split AC by samsung installation engineer. Whether the correction is in the domain of samsung or the purchaser? The split ac was purchased in the month of march 2010 with an impression that Samsung is big multinational company and will provide good customer care. I am really disappointed when it comes to providing services.

    I think, I shall never purchase any product being manufecured and/or marketed by SAMSUNG.

    Samsung Customer Care is THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER CARE I've ever seen in life. They are absolutely hopeless and pathetic. I would even suggest they close off the center and do some better business. My refrigerator is under repair for the last 3 weeks and I've complained and called up so many times but they just don't get back to u. HORRIBLE.

    PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ESPECIALLY REFRIGERATORS AND A/Cs!! THEY ARE HOPELESSLY HORRIBLE.
