I had purchased AC in june this year . The AC just stopped working on its own. When customer care was contacted to provide service i was told that stablizer wouldn't be working so get the stablizer repaired . The person named Deepak said check the output of stablizer and then let us know.I contacted the dealer who suppled the AC also didn't take any action so being in warranty period I had to get  repaired on payment.The most pathetic and disappointing behaviour by the customer care and the dealer ACE Technology NOIDA.

         I have purchased an AC of your brand from a dealer of yours. The dealer is VIVEKS, chennai. I have encountered a problem in my AC. so i asked SAMSUNG for assistance, they said me to contact the dealer as my AC was in warranty period. But when i contacted my dealer they are not responding properly for my complaint and now my warranty period got over...
    I have not provided any free service from my dealer from the date of my purchase to till date....

    So, please send your engineer to sort out matter

    I had purchased a Samsung window AC unit with stabilizer on 19.12.08 from Chellamani & Co., 440/1, M.T.H,Road, Pattabiram, Chennai – 94, your authorized dealer. The dealer had taken one week’s time even for installing the unit. On installation, it was noticed the unit is malfunctioning. After repeated requesting the unit was replaced with a new one after a lapse of six months. To my surprise this unit was also developed technical snags. Therefore, I had lodged a complaint with your dealer. Again, your technician checked the unit and found some problems in compressor and the same was rectified after three months.



    Since this problem is occurring time and again. I again registered a written complaint on 26.08.09 vide B.P.No. 8407278490. As usual this time also it has taken tws months to attend the complaint.  To my dismay, your service center viz.SRI MEENAKSHI ELECTRONICS, THIRUVALLUR has given me an estimate for gas filling charges of Rs.1000/- & service charge of Rs.200/- + service – tax, though it is under warranty period.



    From the above, it is amply clear that the unit sold to me is either a duplicate one or a second hand unit as otherwise why a brand new unit is giving me sleepless night for its bad service. Thought the unit is roughly one year old, it has hardly given me any comfort for the money I paid for it. It is also pertinent to mention here that your service after sale is very poor which would affect your brand image.



    I hope you could understand the mental agony I had undergone for all these months. Though I am not at fault, the service center wants me to pay the aforesaid charges.



    Under these circumstances, I hereby appeal to you to kindly look into the matter personally and do the needful. Please take this as a notice and attend to my request within 15 days from the date of receipt of this letter. As otherwise, I will be forced to approach Consumer Forum for justice for which your company will be responsible for all consequences.

    Sir/Madam,

         we have purchased 4 nos split a/c on 22.08.2009. At the time of inistallation one of the unit the hole id not closed in white cement. so same small animal come inside the hole and cut the rubber tube water come inside the room. Complint dt 01.03.2010 no: 8413007148 still now also our Engineers also speak by phone only. But not come directly.Hole not close is our installation team persons mistake.  Please take immidate action and slove our problem.

    Iam surprised to see all complaints by the samsung consumers.I have purchased 2 nos 1.5 ton AC at MGM COIMBATORE.On the first day my out door unit failed then they demanded to bring the unit in my own transport .Again last month another Ac met with some major problem they rectified.Now the 2nd ac also met with same problem.The way of dealing after service found very ,,,,,,,,,no word to express .In my office people also telling to throw the Ac on main road that kind of image is out side .
    I am totaly fedup with coimbatore servive .I request any good hearted person to understand the consumer feelings or  working to save the samsung brand image may contact to my mobile 9842237761.

    Can you beat the most non competent service reponse of Samsung. I had logged a call on 3rd April'10 with reference number BP8414318768.
    No body has turned up till this date(9th day of logging the complaint).
    On contacting customer service call centre (sic) a routine apology and exceuse is given with assurance of promt support and a call back in 2 hrs.This wait is endless and enough to regret having decided to buy a SAMSUNG AC. Is somebody in SAMSUNG really serious to have a look at customer issues

    Hi, I have purchased a Samsung 1 ton split AC in 21-06-2009 on faith that I would get a worldclass service as they generally promise. But I found it totally wrong. Within 1 year the compressor got damaged and after 3 days the engineer visited and told us that it would be taken the next day and would be replaced within 1/2 days. But the next day they didn't came and when we tried to call them,they simply denied that they can't come today and can't tell us the exact date when they are going to take the damaged compressor.

    Now God knows when we are going to get the AC running in too much hot climate out here. Hence it is suggested please think twice before purchasing Samsung AC's or may be the other equipments also, because ultimately the Service would be from the "Samsung" altogether.

    I bought samsung window A/C in chennai Was totally screwd with this product, so many noice, called customer care, but scwred one more with the chennai customer care executivies,no response, false commitment, finally engineer came 10 days after with long process. he told that problem with product back side grill, he removed the grill and left, but still im getting the same sound.
