I had purchased AC in june this year . The AC just stopped working on its own. When customer care was contacted to provide service i was told that stablizer wouldn't be working so get the stablizer repaired . The person named Deepak said check the output of stablizer and then let us know.I contacted the dealer who suppled the AC also didn't take any action so being in warranty period I had to get  repaired on payment.The most pathetic and disappointing behaviour by the customer care and the dealer ACE Technology NOIDA.

        I have purchased an AC of your brand from a dealer of yours. The dealer is KESHAV MARKETING, Surat. I have encountered a problem in my AC. so i asked SAMSUNG (Surat) for assistance, they said me to contact the dealer as my AC was in warranty period.  I got to know that my AC's compressor is not working.So will request you Changes My AC's Air Compressor, So kindly send your people to rectify my problem or take necessary action. Do the  Need Ful.

    Hi,

    I Bought Samsung 1.5ton split AC on 23.4.2008 from Vijayasubbham Enterprises,No.3,thamouswamy road,Near Motcham theatre Cilpauk Chennai. I shifted home recently and seeked their help to reinstall AC. They gave the contact details of a  representative called Senthil (9841336288). He charged us both for dismantling and reinstalling AC and we paid the same. After installation in our new place its not working. From day one its useless. Again we contacted him for complaint. But he dint respond to me.

    I tried calling the enterprise showroom they asked me to contact Samsung customer showroom. The customer complain number is 8409808128. They said the product is in warranty period so we will do the customer service. A representative called Umamageswaran attended the service and told it would cost some 3 or 4 thousand and so. I wonder when the product is in warranty how would a company service person demand money. When I asked the details he didnt attend the complaint. The work order number assigned to him is 4013154938. Till date I didnt get any response both from the enterprise or from the company.

    I chosed to buy this product because I have heard of the customer service reputation they had. But now I am very much irritated and tired of calling these guys for complaint and resolution. If a company like Samsung is not able to control and maintain its dealers and their services then how do customers like me believe and go for the products of your company.

    Is there really dealership available for samsung products or we should not go for dealers to buy your products. How can you avoid to do after sales service for your product which is in warranty period. If this is what you can do for your customers then no body will turn for your products.

    I have all the bill proofs, customer service request proof etc with me. If this mail of me is not addressed and I am not going to get a solution for my problem I am sure I will go to the consumer court.

    Expecting a resolution atleast now.

    i have purchased split AC and within 5 months coper tube cover evoprated more over its water outlet tube is broken in to number of pices.Iam surprised how can a company like Samsung supply such sub-standerd product to the people who trust samsung.

    Its being more than 20 days I have purchased Samsung split AS 18 UA. From the day 1 it is not working at all so many times I have complaint to your service department as my complaint no. 8409943711. I m sorry to say they are not bothered at all .

    i have lodged the complaing ragarding the Noice in A.C and you engineer has visited and some part needs to be replaced which is still not available in your stock which is really no acceptable at all with such a brand ........i am also working for an MNC bank and the main core of our existance in Indian Markets are only the Services only and solely because of the services what we can only give to the customer till their satisfaction level..........

    and you call centres & Service centres are just for nothing they were just their to forward the calls here and their since last 20 days but no body has the solution for that......

    I was buying Hitachi Air-conditioner but your dealer ensure me about the quality and service backup of your product and Company but I m sorry to say I have never experienced such a bad service backup ever in my life. And if this is your service I never recommend any of my colleagues or relatives to buy any of Samsung products.

    and just to add one thing here by giving this kind of services you are spoiling such a brand name in the market as well as you are spoiling the dealer's or distributors business also ....and i dont think so he will be able to carry out the good sales because of your such poor servie level

    You are requested to kindly take your air conditioner back or replace the indoor unit or refund my money i will go for some other co's AC at least i get get the better services than you
    Otherwise I will not hesitate to take legal action on your company

    I have Parched Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 1.50 Ton from Vivek Vadapalani Shop @ 26500 /-on 25/04/09.

    Vivek Service Center people Mr. Balaji (Under Mr. Siva Kumar) came and   installed on Mon-day 27/04/09 and I have paid for Installing Rs 2400/- + 100 for water tube (Rs 2500/-) for that my job no is 220447 @ Vivek Service.

    After Cleaning my room I have switch on @ 7.00 pm on 27/04/09 and fixed the temperature @ 16*c but unto till morning 7.30 am Therese is no cooling in my room.

    Kindly pls send your people to rectify my problem or take necessary action.

    How can we believe Vivek's Shop in Chennai and we go for Samsung product in INDIA

    Dear Sir,

    (Then how can we believe Vivek's Shop and we go for Samsung product in INDIA?)

    So I request you to replace new LG Split AC instead of my new Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton and pls take necessary action. Pls do the need full.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have bought the Samsung Silver Nano 1.5 ton AC two years back from the Delear Air Shankti, Egmore chennai.

    From the date of purchase i had continues problem on the same, i have not utilized/enjoyed even for one month properly. now the problem is frequent trip off and no power cooling even through i have 3phase power system.

    My neighbors are not facing any problem with thier AC, I am realy frustrated, Kindly arrange some enggineers to attend and fix this problem once for all, it would be very greatful to you.

    Unfortunate Samsung customer
    It is a pity that such a company (SAMSUNG) still exists.  Probably that is why they only exist in the developing countries, as the others know their cheap standards and quality.  These low quality ASIAN companies need to close down for such complaints to stop.  Hope the CEO or some #@#$%^@%^ senior person from this SAMSUNG sees this message.  

    I bought one window AC from Rathna Fan House (yet another horrible outlet in Chennai, where sales is only their target and post sales service is pure #$%#).  Within 2 months the AC stopped cooling.  Then I contact the customer care (044-24714916) and they sent their engineer (technician) after 4 days.  They said that the AC gas has leaked and need to be fixed.  How could a 2 month old AC leak gas was my question, for which there was no amicable answer.  They also dont know how long they will take to repair and replace my AC.  Until then I asked them to provide an alternate AC, which is also not possible by them.  Not sure when this country (INDIA) will come to that level of service.  I pity this country.

    Worst Customer Care


    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have Parched Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton from Vivek Vadapalani Shop @ 26500 /-on 25/04/09. Serial No: A291PZES101806A.This AC has Installed by Vivek Service Technician on 29 /04/09 and I had paid Rs 2500/-.

    When I switch on the AC still bad smell coming from the indoor unit. From the date of purchase I had continues problem on the same, I have not utilized/enjoyed.

    i have reported to Vivek costumer care services at several time and also Samsung customer care too.

    But Vivek Technician came and checked but they dint solve/Retrieve the problem. But the job statues are ignored/unsolved the problem.

    On 06/04/2009 when I called to the Samsung and Vivek costumer care services to know the progress of my compliant/ job statues but they ignored my phone call and cut the phone line several time. This is unreliable.


    So I request you to please replace the new Split AC instead of my new Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 3S 1.50 Ton and please take necessary action and do the need full.

    I have bought AC-1.5 tone on 2nd May'09.Twice in a month swing stop working when I called up customer care executive,I found inspite of serveral reminder nobody is listening to my complaint.To buy Samsung is now becoming suffering for me,My complaint no.BPNO.8410646612 is not being entertained though it crossed 5-days.If the same same response continue then I will be going in consumer forum,as no alternative left for me now.

    Gas leakage problem with after installation of new Samsung Split 1.5 Ton AC.

    I bought SAMSUNG 1.5 Ton SPLIT - 18ULA  Sr.No. 8902130507985 - IN & Sr.No. 8902130502992 - OUT unit. From M/s. RAVI CORPORATION, GODHRA on 28-4-2009 vide Bill No.3/278 Dt. 28-4-2009. The Installation of AC was done by non-technical person, so that it was Improper  &  Loose  installation of out door unit & indoor unit. The AC had problem of cooling after the very first day of improper installation. I have complained about my AC not cooling and water leaking from indoor unit to deler for 3 to 4 times but the problem is not solved. Two days back the deler said the out door unit has problem of leakage of gas. Because of Improper  &  Loose  installation the gas was leaked from out door unit.

    So kindly send your people to rectify our problem or take necessary action.

    So, please send your engineer to sort out matter as early as.

    It makes me feel very harsh and hard about you that people carrying such a brand name of Samsung are doing things which are putting question marks and deteriorating the brand image of 'Samsung'

    To narrate the incident I created an SR no/BP No: 8410419130 on may 25, 2009 at Bhilwara location and the same BpP no was closed with comments as per the SMS from your side' Repair cost has not been approved by You' but for your further information the executive which attended the undermentioned call collected Rs 200/- from my Wife without providing any Receipt and also he not made any sort of service for which my wife has asked for . Request you to please intervene in the captioned matter.

    i have heard a Quote that ' Loyalty always Pays' so in line with the mentioned quote i also expect that my loyalty for Samsung will also pay and the whole incident will be sorted out at the earliest.
