I had purchased AC in june this year . The AC just stopped working on its own. When customer care was contacted to provide service i was told that stablizer wouldn't be working so get the stablizer repaired . The person named Deepak said check the output of stablizer and then let us know.I contacted the dealer who suppled the AC also didn't take any action so being in warranty period I had to get  repaired on payment.The most pathetic and disappointing behaviour by the customer care and the dealer ACE Technology NOIDA.

    Samsung Customer Care is THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER CARE I've ever seen in life. They are absolutely hopeless and pathetic. I would even suggest they close off the center and do some better business. My refrigerator is under repair for the last 3 weeks and I've complained and called up so many times but they just don't get back to u. HORRIBLE.

    PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ESPECIALLY REFRIGERATORS AND A/Cs!! THEY ARE HOPELESSLY HORRIBLE.

    I bought SAMSUNG 1.5 T ac in Mach 2009 and I complained about its ineffective coolness .  They have replaced outdoor unit before the warranty period.   AFter 2 years all of a sudden the AC stopped working and when I complained that compresor has gone and I paid Rs 2000/- towards compressor, labour cost etc.,   Despite that it is not working .  Customer Service service keep giving one reason or the other without rectifying it.

    I have had this samsung air conditioner for about 4 years and now we have noticed that there is a smell of cow manure on the outside of the air conditioner, that is slowly seeping inside.  I have read enough complaints to know enough to just buy another air conditioner that is not a samsung.

    crappy samsung airconditioner,
    i purchased samsung aircon this year 2012 the thing broke down the day after i had it installed, my aircon technision came out and said the units pc boards needed replacing, so i called samsung support who sent sydney air to come out, sydney air said i had to wait 1 week for them to come out, they fially arrived 1 week later and told me the  pc boards were faulty (i knew that aready) and i had to wait another week to get the parts in and then book in another service call, unbalievable i rang samsung support and spoke to ben and he said waiting that long is normal i told him my aircon tech came out the following day how is that normall im making a complaint then ben told me to do what i have to do i cant believe samsung support would say that, so i did.if the aircon can break down the following day how crappy is samsung building these aircon units and samsung service really sux!\

    i bought an airconditioner in march 2010.in starting of summer2011 gass leaked&complain toyou.youfill them.but our problem does not shortout,gassfully discharg twice inthis season.

    I have bought 2 air conditioners from Rathna Fan House and got it fixed on the 18th of May 2012.  On the 12 of  June 2012 the PCB in the one and half ton A/c burnt out.   Today 14th of June, two young boys came and said the part has to come from the head office, it may take 2 days or when ever it arrives they would come and fix it.  I had bought the Air conditioner for my sister who nearing 70 and very sick.  She has a breathing problem and not able take the heat of the summer.
    I cant understand how such an expensive air conditioner can pack within a month or is this a common thing in Samsung air conditioners. And if so is it so difficult to get a replacement for the burnt out part.
    I now feel sorry for the effort I had taken as it does not serve the purpose.

         I HAVE PURCHASED SPLIT AC B4 6-7 MONTHS PC BOARD IS NOT WORKING TECHNICIAN TOLD  BUT THEY HAVE NOT REPAIR FROM LAST 10 DAYS AGAIN N AGAIN I AM CALLING AND I THINK TAT SANSUNG PEOPLE ARE MAKING FOOL .

    I have purchased Samsung Split AC 2 years back 1.5 ton, just it worked 2 months after that continuous problem and till now its not solved. Most of the days it will be in work shop

    After purchased AC it was sleepless nights since most of the days it was not working and very pathetic. in terms of repairing charges i have nearly spent about 10 K for which i would have purchase a new AC. After this major hicups i throwed the ac to kabadi wala....it went for 2 thousand bux...

    And more over the Samsung Office or the samsung centre is not cooperative. To the readers please do not purchase Samsung electronic items in future, please ban the samsung goods....

    Regular leakage of Gas-AS183UGAN - Mycomplaint number 8431412831
    I purchasecthis Ac from Sharp elecronics,Chennai-45 in 2010.Eversince 2012,the problem of Gas leakage occurs regularly and i ahve spendt 6k already on this.Only last year they welded the coil at a cost of 3k but agin the pbm recurs.I have complained upto CEO level,but Samsung keeps insisting i should pay 4K for new coil.I am really amazed at the level of their callousness.They keep their service franchises changing every year and most of their technicians are illiterates.
    I am really fed up with this company.They are cheats.
    Dear Sir,
    Everyday one exe. calls me and tells that this coil cant be replaced at free of cost.I have already spent 6000Rs in two years and again you want me to replace the leaky coil for 4000Rs.Thus i am expected to spend 1000Rs in 2 years for a single defect of recurrent gas leakage.Your exe are absolutely uncourteous and hace no heart.Just tell me as the CEO is it really fair on your part to impose such high maintenance costs on annual basis?If the Unit is defective you should have recalled the units!

    I have already suffered lot of Agony and mental Anguish and should certainly make people aware that you are treating the Buyers with such a disdain.
    I know that you are into business to make profits but must remind you that this cant be at somebody elses alter.
    I am not ready to pay for your defective components anymore.I have already been penalised enough.
    I wil certainly take this to an appropriate forum.

    Dear Sir/madam ,
      I have Purchased an Air Conditioner(Samsung) 1.5 ton in Ajantha Showroom at Virudhachalam (Cuddalore district) on 26th march 2014 . AC was installed by Samsung showroom tech person the very next date. Since then i am having many problems in the functioning of AC . AC Emits Very Bad Odour , Water shedding down inside room. Have complained many times Compliant no(8461801264), 6 times AC Technical persons came my home and checked , confirmed the problem , No one solved it , Very worst response given by Mr Namachivayam(Samsung customer care Manager ,Cuddalore district)
      Even though I am a Govt Doctor , he misbehaved me , Very worst person ever seen , I can't sleep in my room wit this AC .
    I am typing this at 1.30 AM(Mid night) , I am very much mentally upset with these worst Samsung customer care service ,
         Pls Kindly do the needful ,

    I own a samsung AW12P2A window aircon unit. My unit worked with minor hickups fine. I;m using sayd unit since 5 years and of course during this time dripwater was often on the base plate which in turn got rusty. When several days aga my aircon fan stop working i deceided to have my unit refurbished at the samsung service station. to my surprise i foundout that sayd service station will sale me the parts for an inflated price but their technical service cant or is not willing to install them. Samsung usedto be a qualety product, however seing what i see now, i never buy samsung and never again will recomend the brand to anybody.
