I am very angry about the OTL Scoresense and there rude cutomerservice reps and refusal to refund my money.  I never signed up for OTL Scoresense but they accessed my bank information and debited my account.  I contacted them but kept getting the same run around each time, with the customer service rep stating the business office will contact you by email by the end of the day it never happened.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this company.

    They took monies out of my account without my authorization. This seems like a very shady business, they need to be stopped and reimburse everyone they scammed.

        Funny.  They did the same to me... minutes after Experian.  I read in another complaint this happened to them.  They stole $29.95 for three months and returned one dollar. I fought two of these today... yes all im ome day.  I have received full refunds from two and now OTL Scoresense.

        Here is my suggestion to all.  The Attorney General Office in your state because it is state run and tax payer paid.  You are a tax payer.  That is where I am going with a disc holding all complaints and comments.  I have taken this kind of crap before and it can and should be done... immediately.

           I worked for attorneys and in law enforcement... they will go after them so stand up for yourself.  Hopefully every state will go after them and put them away for fraud.  That is what this is and it will stop because I never quit and neither should you.

            I'm in the same position. Called and sent numerous emails and threatened to take both legal action and action with the BBB. Can you tell me a little more about how you got the refund? It's not even about the $29, it's the principle. I also do not want them to have any of my information on file anymore. I'm also in the legal field.

        I did not sign up for OTL.   I was stupid for clicking that Free Credit Report which I thougt was only one time deal and free.  Please stop taking from account effective 7/8/13.

        I received my back statement and there was a charge on it for $1 that was ok on yh

        The other side I see a charge of 29.95 I didn't authorize the deduction. Can someone call me @6122258043 or email me @roywade49@gmail.com

        I did not sign up for subscription to OTLScoresense.  Please make sure you don't take anymore money from my acct.  I have talked with customer service and told them I only wanted the one time score which I did not receive and I see that OTL has charged my acct with a one time $1.oo fee and a monthly fee of $29.95.  I cancelled this acct today.

        This is CRAP.  You do not care that you are stealing from people.  I am fed up with your company and your fraudulent practices.  I just dare someone to call me back, because you still have not credited my account with the money that you had NO AUTHORIZATION to debit.  Your company is a scam and you have one more day left to actually contact me and rectify this because I am not stopping.  I have sent you emails, spoke to your so called, customer service, and you are nothing but a SCAM all the way around.

      yes, I was scam by these people from  otl scores  they took 90 dollars  out of my bank acct in 3 monthsmy wife just got our bank ststement  showing that they took it out . I got intouch with our bank to give up my bank card  to get a new one done . there ought to be a way to catch these darn people doing this to us and yall . thank you
