Am I angry
Country: United States
I am very angry about the OTL Scoresense and there rude cutomerservice reps and refusal to refund my money.  I never signed up for OTL Scoresense but they accessed my bank information and debited my account.  I contacted them but kept getting the same run around each time, with the customer service rep stating the business office will contact you by email by the end of the day it never happened.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this company.

Funny, but every time ScoreSense responds the answer is "exactly" the same.  They're obviously typing from a script - just like the script they read on the phone.  I've been calling them for over a week, because I haven't been able to access my report and I continue to get the same verbiage.  If one more person says, I apologize!  Don't apologize - fix the freaking problem!!!!!   I've spent hours on the phone with them - time I'll never get back.  One rep submitted for a refund of my last payment, because of the problems.  I then got an email saying it was "not approved".  Today I cancelled my account and contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

The whole site is a scam and there is NO notification that you are entering into a monthy obligation. I will file suit against this shady company. There are to many companys like yours thinking that thievery is acceptable. Wrong person to steal from !

Yes score sense I read your replays back to the customers and no action is done.and the reason I'm writing cause I'm in same boat as the folk. So I called y'all gave name of customer care rep and everything showed he made no remarks in my account. So I had yesterday's call to y'all recorded were the rep for score sense stated that I would get my refund and that y'all would be sending me my credit charge back. And notifying me by email. I have a list of over 645 names and same problem with yall. Morale of story I gave you a chance to make this right. You basically spit in my face and said [***]. So here's my solution either fix it now or see you in court. Money is money and right is righ. Well y'all have money but your not right. Hope to hear from y'all soon

Here's a new one!  I signed up for scoresence at $29.95.  I decided to cancel, so I called them.  I was offered the same package at $9.95.  so i decided to take it.  It worked fine for 5 months.  Then I started receiving an error message, and had no access.  I contacted them in October, and was told it would be fixed right away.  It wasn't.  I was also told the account would be closed.  It wasn't .  Yesterday, I saw the charges on my statement, and contacted scoresense.  Again, I was told it would be fixed, and I was switched to tech assist.  I was told by thec asst. that the best way to resolve the issue was to delete the account, and reopen it.  I asked if it would be at the agreed upon pricew, and was told I couldn't have that price.  It was "computer generated".  Now I'd have to pay $12.95.  I questioned as to why a problem that was created on their end, and could only be repaired by deleting my account and reinstalling would mean I needed to pay more.  The answer was the same.  We cn't help it, your offer was "computer generated"  I asked to speak to their customer service manager and the tech rep told me that they didn't have one.
So simple terms.  Scoresense didn't like that I had a lower rate, so they blocked my account, forcing me to reopen it, but at a rate they were happier with!  WTF scoresense.

They keep charging me of this scam that I did not signed up. Is there any law against this scam. I keep calling them but I get answer that they are closed. What is ScoreSense anyway. How do I report them to the Office of Attorney general. They have to be stopped.

Fernando -you can probably go online in your state and fill out a form and back it up with phone calls.  I got my money back... in full.  Everybody please go to the attorney in your state ASAP.  They will more than likely change their name to something else and continue with this scam but get your money back now.  File report now. You are a tax payer and the AG's offices have fraud attorneys for people like this.  I actually had three of these on my credit card in one day.  Got all my money back all in one day too.  If credit cards are involved call the company and get them involved.  Good luck.

I also have been taken advantage of with this company OTL ScoreSense I was applying for jobs and got contacted back saying they needed a credit report then that website linked me to ScoreSense I was aware of the $1 charge on 6.18.12, but did not give them permission to debit my account for $29.95 each month and they have taken two months out. I called them only first to be hung up on, then I got in touch with a live person tonight (Friday) and she said that I would be receiving an email on Wednedsay from them stating whether they would refund my money. I have called my bank and had them stop any more charges to my account and filed a despuit with them for taking out my money. I will let you know how it turned out I have since posted to every social network DO NOT TRUST SCORESENSE THEY ARE A SCAM! I suggest you do the same. Thanks and good luck!

I think the issue is not reading the fine print....I too was directed there (felt I was tricked by the company that transferred me actually) but it did say I had 7 days to cancel or get charged $29.95 a month...and that I would get a welcome email, which i did. I then callled them and they helped me out after I explained the situation. Not a scam - maybe not clear - but the details were all there.
