Am I angry
Country: United States
I am very angry about the OTL Scoresense and there rude cutomerservice reps and refusal to refund my money.  I never signed up for OTL Scoresense but they accessed my bank information and debited my account.  I contacted them but kept getting the same run around each time, with the customer service rep stating the business office will contact you by email by the end of the day it never happened.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this company.

Your computer screen said FREE no obligation.   I Only looked at the sight.  Did not order or get any service.  You started billing my credit company.  I DID MAKE THE FIRST BECAUSE OF THE TIME ELAPSED.I called and asked that be cancelled.  Was told it would be.  YOU ARE STILL BILLING MY CREDIT CARD CO,  STOP IT NOW.  I DID NOT ORDER THE SERVICE NOR DO I WANT IT.  I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THEM AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING IT

i paid the 1.00 requested by scoresense and about a week later they took 29.95 out of my checking account. cannot anyone stop a company like this whose main thing is to get money from innocent. it amazes me how a company can scam so many people and they can continue to do it over and over.  now i have to go to all the trouble of getting a new account number and this takes awhile to get it all finished. I AM DAMM MAD!!!!

We had the same thing. 2x $29.95 and 2x $1.00 I checked my email.  I thought it was Spam.   I called the Credit Bank Costumer Service .  They told me they can not block them but will try to dispute the charge.  However we called ScoreSence company and we cancelled the membership that we NEVER signed up with.  They told me that when you agree to the terms you do.  So ALWAYS read the terms before you click OK!!!  They will look into to see if they will reimburse my money back.  I am VERY angry how they trick you but the most that they use you credit information that they got because of checking you credit score!! This is not a model for a good business. I will let you know the results.  This behavior needs to be stopped.  I will never do anything on-line now. Money wise!! Don't trust it anymore. If I buy something on-line I give them permission by putting your CC information and summit.  Then it is obvious and you will get an confirmation as prove.   I feel trapped by them!!

I went on line to obtain what was advertised as a "free credit score" report.  I was told that the company would charge my account $1, which would be refunded immediately as well.  When I checked my credit card I found that not only had the $1 not been refunded, but I had been charged an additional $29.95, without any authorization from me.  I have contacted the credit card company which has blocked the payments.

When I tried to contact the company by phone, I was put on indefinite "hold".

I contacted before my free trial was up and customer service said there was no account and that there would be no charge. Now I find charges from the company on my credit bill. I will be calling yet again to try and resolve this issue.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CREDIT SCORE I TOO AM A VICTIM. This company is a rip off they took monies out of my account that was not authorized I just called them for my refund which I already had done they refunded my account for only one dollar but still charged my credit card 29.95.So here I am again talking to them for my refund and the lady actually told me the score they gave. Me was not a true score and that I had to actually register which I hadn't done yet to get my true score.Sounds like false information to me she too was very rude on the phone...again Please donot contact this company....

On Sept. 11, 2013 I sat down to write checks for my credit card bills and found a charge of $29.95 on my Visa from SCORESENSE. Since I have never heard of this company I called the number that was listed on my statement to find out what this charge was for. I could not get an answer so I called my credit card provider and was told this charge had been billed every month since June 2012. Maybe I should have noticed this sooner, but the fact is with my hectic, busy life I didn't. That doesn't erase the fact that this charge is fraudulent. I was infuriated and was transferred to my credit card's fraud department, who in turn, contacted SCORESENSE with me still on the line and was told that I had signed up for their service in June 2012 via the internet. I remember going online that month at the GA. Dept. of Labor to apply for a job and was asked for information concerning my personal and financial status. This was a job application not a request for my credit score. Since that time I have been billed for services I did not order and do not want. The representative for SCORESENSE that I spoke with (Antonio 124) told me that they had sent my credit score. I have never received a credit score nor have ever requested one. He also stated E-mails had been sent confirming this. Not true! None were sent. When I confronted him and ask that SCORESENSE discontinue taking money from my credit card he said he would take care of it. I also told him this company had been taking money from me illegally and they should pay my money back. Antonio said I would receive an E-mail within 24 hours with a cancellation confirmation number (433047). I never received one! It has been almost a week and I haven't received anything. I will call my credit card provider and have any further payment to this fraudulent company blocked and am going to contact the Attorney General's Office, the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Consumer Affairs, and anyone else that can help stop these thieves.
