I am very angry about the OTL Scoresense and there rude cutomerservice reps and refusal to refund my money.  I never signed up for OTL Scoresense but they accessed my bank information and debited my account.  I contacted them but kept getting the same run around each time, with the customer service rep stating the business office will contact you by email by the end of the day it never happened.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this company.

    fine print..... that is the problem, it is hidden that after 7 days you will be
    charged a monthly fee of 29.95. no-one in their right mind would pay 29.95 per
    month to look at credit reports.  i was scammed.  I will be reporting to the BBB and the
    AG's office.  very mis-leading

    They have done the same to me. as I look through all these complaints, i'm no longer mad for just myself, but for all of you. We are hardworking citizens, and all know to well the value of a dollar. To really hit them where it hurts, don't just stop at the BBB, they think they are smarter than us, when the only difference is they wear suits. We need to truly discredit their business, and we have the numbers to do it. Social media facebook, twitter, and any other site you can think off. we have to fight back people, we work to hard for what we have to let people behind a desk who are all too willing to take every dime they can. They undermine our intelligence and our voices, so lets do this and get one of many shady businesses off the market.. WHO WILL JOIN ME????

      They are liars.They began billing my credit card since June of 20 14th, I didn't notice the scam until June of 2014, billed for a total of 3 80 dollars. I never heard of these people, and did not give authorization. My credit card account was opened on June 17th, they began debit ingredients June 19th. They knew all of my personal information. My credit card company did not remove the charges. I have been robbed from scoresense.com.

    SCORESENSE IS NONSENSE!!! A BIG SCAM. GO and get jobs like normal persons.God will punish all employees of this company for your wickedness! Wait and see.

    Preparing a big lawsuit soon have hundreds of customers signed petitions and documented bank card statements and copies of their site.  See you in court...also as far as the employees, they are involved in fraud and can face imprisonment.  See you in court scoresence :)

    I did not sign up for OTL there was nothing on the credit page about 29.95 .  It was supposed to be for a dollar. I called OTL and I got the run around. It has to go to their corporate office for them to decide if they will give me my money back. It will talk
    Back it will take 2 to 3 business days. I had to call the Attorney General to cancel my child support card. They are thiefs.

    This is a total mis-representation. The site says $1.00 refundable charge for your score. Then you discover it is a membership for $29.00 a month that was never mentioned! When you call the customer service tries for 5-6 minutes to talk you into their scheme, then drops the price twice. When pushed to cancel you are told you must wait 7 days and call back. After pushing some more, and more sales pitch, if you insist the "account" you never asked for be cancelled now she tells you o.k. that she will send you an email confirming. After another long argument she agrees to give you a cancellation number (who knows if it is good).... I would report this phony outfit if I knew who to report it to.

    once again scoresense  has scammed another  customer I have  agreed to the $1.00 charge and not to the $29.95 a month . Called Scoresense  and was told I had used the service 3 times since signing up which i had not . Talked to supervisor Charity  she said  she will email the corporate office . Asked for her supervisor  she  said no one is available and she is the floor supervisor . asked for her supervisor  name she is not able to provide . then I ask for corporate office phone number was told she didn't have one also could not provide the call center location or employee number . i work for a call center and I know this was all lies . THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND RIP OFF going to contact BBB ABOUT HIS

    Unbelievable.  They have been charging me for 6 months and there was no indication on the site.  They lied and continue to try to charge me for nothing.  This is unbelievable.  I've called and they keep trying to rip me off.  My bank had to witness it and help keep them from ripping me off further.  No idea how this will end but Capital One has really earned my respect so far.

    I am not happy. Its a free credit score I have called to have money returned to my card no one has emailed me. I have called since a week ago today. Now you can put the $29.95 back on my card or I will go to the BBB and I will file on my SCSI card. I'm not playing any more. Tired of being nice. Now I'm getting mad and pissed off. U have until Monday to get the money on my card. I mean businesse. (Friday the 16 of Jan /2015 it is now Jan 23/ 2015) . This is a scam and free credit score be. I'm done...........
