Am I angry

I am very angry about the OTL Scoresense and there rude cutomerservice reps and refusal to refund my money.  I never signed up for OTL Scoresense but they accessed my bank information and debited my account.  I contacted them but kept getting the same run around each time, with the customer service rep stating the business office will contact you by email by the end of the day it never happened.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB regarding this company.

    I never sign up for scoresense. I  am being charge 19.95 for nothing. I appreciate you put my money back in my credit card.

    They also took advantage of my mother in this scam. I notice they reply to everyone with the same customer care BS. This goes to show you they are not legit or they would stand up for there shady practices. I wish there was a way to get a class action suit against them, maybe even put them out of business. I am disappointed that experian is involved with these scammers. Needless to say I won't be using experian for myself or all my friends I tell for any reports. I am a business owner myself and do not scam anyone, and if I got a ton of complaints like they do I would have to stand back and look at what I am doing wrong before going on. BBB should definately know about this at least. I will continue to complain on as many boards I can before my fingers go numb. Down with experian!!

    It was back in Feb 2012 that I was trying to apply online job.I filled up all my informations.And was abt to submit the application.But suddenly too many offerings came like free education,free credit check bla-bla....I had to chose atleast one of them to complete the submission of my application.I thought if it's for one time only,let me give a try.So,I tried to check my credit.So,I did it.But couldn't complete my application submission still.So,l just didn't submit it.Later when I logged in to check my credit,I found I was charged $ 29.95 from OTL Scoresense.So,I tried to call them.After a long time of hold,I was connected to someone.I asked her to why am I charged?She replied that Im being enrolled to OTL Scoresense.For which Im,& will be charged every month.I told her that Im not interested,and so on.After a long discussion she reduced my fee to $ 9.95 per month,and Im still charged every month.So,is there anyone who could help me with this sort of trouble,please?

    I was looking for a low cost housing on Aug. 18,2012. Score sense company offer a free credit report. All of my personal and credit information is being asked. I got the result of my credit report and charge me $1.00. After 1 week, this company charge me $29.95 without my authority. On September 25, again $25.00 was taken from my credit card. I just asked once for my credit report and they keep on charging me. They should inform me to my E mail or call me first before they charge me. I called them already to cancel my membership.

    Funny that I have had the exact same experience with ScoreSense.  I did get an email from them that did not say one word about a monthly fee.  They are crooks.  Please do not use this worthless service!  Find another service that doesn't try to "trick" consumers.  If you have a worthwhile service people will actually purchase it out of their own free will.  My guess is that ScoreSense does not get many people purchasing their service knowingly.  Everyone in this position should dispute the charge via their credit card companies.  Most companies will charge ScoreSense at least $10 for the dispute.  At least we will all get something out of them!  I know it is a bit childish, but I am quite upset.

    Im super pissed i want my money back on my card im gonna sew im contacting the business board assap monday morning and you tomorrow to let you know of my actions, this is crazy im a single with bills to pay and diapers to buy my husband died at war for this country and you take money from me. i dont have much all my money was counted for im upset. please my money back on my  card, you people took it off today!

      I'm a single mother who collects my husband's Social Security for my two young daughters..and they found a way to hit this SSI card 7 times...I called the BBB in Dallas Texas ...the Attorney General in TX, and the SSI Department in charge of my funds,hopefully being that they are "government" it will be resolved they said they would do a full investigation. .Hopefully everyone's money gets returned to them. I also let them know when I contacted them I was calling from my attorney's office, which I was, and they were informed he would take legal action within 48 hours..They got me for 300.00.

    I did not sign up for OTCScoresence.con but have been charged $l.00 for Sept., then 29.95 since then. i want my money back. You are opertating a scam and I am upset. Louise S.

    I seen your ad to get one score for a $1.oo so I did it.  Then I looked a few day later and seen that you had charged me $29.95 for it.  I called about it and was tool that it would be corrected but you dennitit.  I have been without a computor for 3 weeks and had to us other peoples because we had a flood in our house and had to leave our home and that is why I couldn't get back sooner.  We are over 70 years of age and have had a ruff time and can't afford that kind of money  being on SS and all our bills already.  I need our money back so we can pay our bills

    Money was taken out of my account without my consent in the amount of $29.25. This seems to be a scam. Any of you, that are protesting, live in California and who did you contact?

    Go figure, I m only being refunded the $1 that they never charged me but oh no, not the $29.95 that they stole from me.  I hope there is a class action lawsuit to shut down this scam company.

    I'm glad I came to this site! I just noticed my account had $29.95 taken out of it for something I've never even heard of! I was just about to make my car payment and then this!!! I'm beyond mad. I'm glad I checked because I was about to over draw my account if I had paid my car. I had just enough in there and now I don't because of this shady business. I'm definitely calling my Attorney General this morning to get this resolved because I need the money TODAY! Thanks everyone for all the feedback on here!

    I just checked my charge account and they have taken 29.95 out of my account without my permission.  It was suppose to be a free credit report.  What a scam.....
