My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition.
I recommand, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

And, I had found a problem with my Aqua NOVA gold -- which was installed just today. I dont know if this is a problem with my piece or therez a problem with the model.
This is how you create this problem.
1. Press the 6 beeps button to record a vustom time for a vessle..Water flows out now. Fill your vessel and press the button again.. Water stops... So far so good....
2. Nopw, press the 6 beeps button again to record a new time.... Water flows... Once vessel is filled -- press the button again.... Water DOES NOT STOP!!! You habe to power-off the machine to stop water flow....
I am using the same purifier. The system is programmed like that.
1) Once you configure the volume of a specific container, just by one click you can fill the same container(or same kind of container) any no. of times.
2) To reprogram a new container volume - you have to power-off the unit and power-on this will erase previous setting.

I have AquaGuard i-Nova water filter, which just not even an year old. since last 2 months we are facing the problem, wherein the aqua-guard (machine) keeps beeping once the power switch is "ON".
I have complained on serveral occasions, but the engineer just couldnt fix the problem.
On 1st time, I also gave the technician the manual to help identify the problem, but they were unable to repair the machine. so I raised complains again & again..but they have stopped addressing them.
When I call the customer service desk, they tell me the enggineer will reach shortly.. but they never come. Its been 2 months, the machine is beeping while operating the aqua-guard. Its annoying!!!
I am very dissapointed with this product and so I would not reccomend the model to anyone. !! !! !!

till now almost daily I called same sales person, but he doesn't pickup the phone and no reply to call.

Kavi Services has taken the water purifier for rectification & have not returned yet. I am calling them daily, they give lame excuses...and their receptionist and the ones who pick the call are so rude ...they don't know anything abt customer service...

This has reference to the Eureka forbes water purifier reverse osmosis system installed at my house. I am constraint to write this mail due to the poor services of the Eureka forbes Limited. This Water purifier was installed at my home 2 year back and we have to repeatedly call the technical support for the proper functioning of the machine. Last year when the warranty was about to expire, we, as advised by your officials, went ahead and took an AMC. After that again the machine started malfunctioning and we had to run for the technical support. When the concern person came to check the same, we repeatedly told him that the water is flowing from the tab even when it is closed. And this complaint was conveyed orally as well as in writing on the AMC slip he carries for three times. However the officials of Eureka Forbes turned a blind eye towards the same. Recently again the technical person of Eureka forbes limited visited my house and we again brought this to his notice that there is “FUNGUS” developing below the tab due to regular dripping of water. However to our astonishment, the person told us that he cannot do any thing about it. The same is not his concern. Which means that we purchased a machine worth Rs. 17000 which does not function properly, thereafter we pay another 3300 for AMC which cover only washing of water tank by the officials.
With this I a m left with the following:
• Firtly, water which consist of FUNGUS
• Secondly, bad taste in my mouth due to so called customer support services of the Eureka Forbes limited
• And lastly empty pocket as the our hard earned money is gone to the deep pockets of a organization which does not care for its own customers.
What I am supposed to do in this scenario as I am left with very few option of either sit quietly and watch this organization getting fat on our money; or break my head with repeatedly calling their customer care and technical staff for repair of my machine; or approach media to let the people of India know about the mal-practices adopted by Eureka forbes; or to approach police and file a criminal complaint against the managing director and other officials of the company for cheating on my money and time, for criminal conspiracy of attempting to killing my family with their so called water purifier machine which gives fungus (which in all possible case is not good for health); and to approach the politicians because of whom these companies think that nothing can be done to then, no matter how bad services they provide.
I fail to understand that whether there is a race going on for bad customer care in which Eureka Forbes limited is contemplating first award as they work only when a complaint is made to them (as last year also, the services were provided to me only after I filed a customer grievance). And I should remind you that I don’t want to waste my time calling the officials of Eureka forbes every day to get my machine repaired as I am a professional and every minute I waste talking to eureka forbes non-customer friendly officials or writing mails to them means a lot of damage for my profession.
In case Eureka forbes limited is following the corporate philosophy of sell the goods and forget the customers or avoid the customer as his AMC is getting over, then I must remind you that this neglect of customer or the liability avoidance tactics of Eureka forbes limited will cost them a lot before consumer Forum and other similar forums. Period of my AMC is lasping on June 08, 2009 however the machine is not in working condition before that i.e., within the AMC period and hence if no action is taken then I will be compelled to take consumer, civil and criminal action against the officials including MD, Head-service quality, had-customer support and other regional officials.

If your water purifier is within warranty and/or you have entered in to an annual maintenance contract then IMMEDIATELY approach the Consumer Forum in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact. Consumer forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The phone calls will not be accepted in the court as an evidence. Send a Regd. Ack. Due letter. Eureka Forbes will totally ignore your letters or phone calls till warranty or contract period is over. So act immediately because after this ignoring act they are legally free to evade any action. The Consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes for cheating and deficiency of service. Eureka Forbes will engage lawyers and do maximum to evade. The Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrants if penalty is not paid. Please claim full refund of costs of machine, the amount paid for annual maint. contract, damages to your health and family’s health, especially if you have senior citizens in you household, also please claim 18% interest on the total claim amount.
Please tell your friends, relatives, neighbours to take similar action
