My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition.
I recommand, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

    Is there anybody in Aqua Guard to watch  postings in net?  What their sales and service ( if at all one) people are doing?  In India, this is a problem in most of the cases.  AFTER SALE   (Dis) Service!

    I have purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier Aquaguard Compact. I Had paid for it in installements and payment was made promptly to avoid any defaults in payment. Now that the installment is over and full payment is being made the receipt of payment and completion has not been sent to my address. Enquiries with some of the Salesmen say that it takes almost 6 months to receive a full payment receipt.

    My Question is Eureka Forbes going backward or has it a vision to ruin and tarnish the image of the company.

    Can somebody from the top order of the company look into this matter and see that the receipt is being sent to me at the earliest.

    I have purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier Aquaguard Infiniti and it is already passed 6 month for first servicing but there is no response since 1 month after raising request for first service. I have raised service request thgough customer care no as well as online. The complain no are 66768521,67144058 (via customer care) and ae8f44847613 (via online). I would be kindly request to you please send the concern service guy as earliest. Past 3 to 4 weeks, there is problem in Aquaguard and no clear water are coming. We stay in family and drink water from Aquaguard. One time my daughter got also sick after drinking water from it. KIndly solve my problem. Regards, Bhavesh

    I have just purchased my own Forbes gold nova water purifier and the water that comes out does not taste good.  It is very very frustrating.... DO NOT EVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

    I have bought aquaguard RO purifierin 31march2010 but every 2/3 months some problem came &after complain technician came later 5/6days &replace some parts but the problem is going onso I really tells to u dont buy this product

    I have brought green RO almost a year ago but Facing technical problem which keeps in croppingup every 2-3 month I have to end paying service charges and refill charges which cost minimum 1000 rupee, last time service person suggested to installed alternate filter which can be manually clean by ourself, that guy promised me that he will installed next day but 3 months over he did not installed the filte & resulting the refilled got choked again, & best part is after registering complain no one has a courtesy to to allend the complain, i feel eureka fobes has no accountability towards the customer post sale.
    It's very unfortunate.
