My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition.
I recommand, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

    I am a defence service officer who has come on transfer to delhi. I had taken AMC for my aqua guard water purifier at my prevous station. I contacted the euroline and  lodged complaint for service and after seven times repeatedly trying I have not been successful. The callcentre staff is always courteous and they can definitely increase the patience of customer, so what the complaints are not attended. With this attitude of aquaguard, I stongly recommend all to think thrice before going for any aquaguard products and specially avoid AMC.

    Sir ,
        I have purchased 1 No. 8 litres total RO system of model REVIEVA from your agent after showing a demo at my house on 24/2/2010 . I have purchased only due to  brand name and quality . after purchasing this product I have faced lot of problems. This problems are clearly entered in a your history card. The above facts are mentioned below
    My customer no.1006761234 dated 24-2-10
    SUV replacement on 7/12/2010
    Ac Dc adapter replacement on 08/12/2010
    New membrane replacement on 21/12/10
    The above facts are happening during warranty period From this it clearly shows the quality of the product supply be your agents.
    Again I have faced the above same problem with Ro system on 04-5-11 it was noticed that membrane catridge was again failed which was replaced by new one by your service     persons on 21-12-10. Due to this I am very much up set by your worst product.

    All this while I thought that one Mr. Murali who sold us the equipment 2 months back and is yet to deliver the instrument even after REPEATED CALLS was the only person who was thick-skinned and shameless for giving false assurances about the delivery date which has made a each of the 8 members of opur family take leave every 2nd or 3rd day awaiting the delivery/installation in futile.  If Eureka Forbes, which is so popular??? isw rendering such wonderful service ??? I dont see any reason for them to continue as a manufacturer of consumer products.  If I dont receive the material within the next two days, I will sue the company before Consumers Forum as suggested by my friends above.  And the complaint will not only be against the company but also or more importantly against that shameless Murali whom I will make make to cough up all the money we loost as our daioly salary waiting for the delivery as assured by him.  Shame on you Murali!!! Dont again show your face to our family members or you will be shood away like a dog.  Beware!!!

    I think this is the same Murali who has delayed delivery of Aquaguard Total purchased by us during February.  I dont understand why Eureka Forbes wants to spoil its name by hiring such unconcerned sales boys.  I  think I should also approach Consumers Forum immediately lest I would lose the chance to irritate such a person who has made me suffer due to his false assurances

    I purchased Eureka forbes reviva ro system on 26.9.10 from one of the sales representated Mr. Manoj mob.no.9769593775 and fixed by Mr. Jeetkar ,mob No. 8097364539. From Day I, I am facing problem with my unit as it is not functioning properly. In this regard I spoke to so many people like, Mrs. Tokal No. 25895493, Ms. Seem No. 30449700 and one more no. 932853486. It is such a bad experience after spending 10,000 rupees, I am still force to buy pure water from outside as unit is not working. Ms seema gave me assurance if  you face same problem again we definately changed ur machine but all in vain.No action taken by co. and the co. representative taken one parts of the machine without givivg me any receipt. I donot know what to do. whether I have to go to consumer sevice deptt. for my help. My complaint nos. are as follows: 25827500,84377029,629002057and so many phone calls.

    I have installed Eureka`s Inova model aqua guard in Oct.10 and was told that there will be at least one visit from the company`s engineer but even after 9 months have passed since installation nobody has turned. I am complaining for the last one month but nobody came. Yesterday the aqua guard literally stopped working, I again complaint and was told that engineer will come by evening, nobody came. Just fed up with their service and feels like got cheated.

    i strongly recommend that no one should purchase aquaguard water purifier. send this message (sms) to as many of your friends as possible. let everybody know the real truth about aquaguard services and stop buying it.

    I have purchased a Aqua sure (Amrith)15 days ago. the carterage is not working properly the water in the top container was not following in the second container.

    i gave complaint for more than 7 times but there is no proper repsonse from you people.

    this is the last chance to you people to send your technicial immediately and solve my problem.

    dont test my patience if not i know how to solve through legal way.

             Aqua sure (Amrith) such a waste product. we known after purchasing it. from the day of purchase it is not working at all. due to cartraige problem.

            I complaint through (1860-266-1177) for more than 10 times our balance is loss. But there is no proper response and immediate action from your side.

            your coust. care people are going on saying that you will send technician to my residence today. but no people has come.

            Please take immediate action and solve my problem.

    Aquaguard may be a good brand, not necessarily all the products are good.
    I was using Hindustan Lever Pure-It and happy without any problems, though had some limitations. service is prefect and you know exactly what your expenses are depending upon use and obviously no electricity charges. Then comes Auqaguard sales representative and he was good to convince us with the pros and cons of Aquaguard and Pure-It and finally I bought a latest product, Gold Nova, which was my mistake. Always, always buy only a tried and tested product in the market. or you will become the victim to test their products at your cost. And when it comes to service, its 7 seven days now, i am still waiting for them. So before you choose your product, do a very good market research, especially regarding service. Mind you, operation cost wise its never cheaper than Pure-it and you dont know what you next (regular) service cost will be, of course unless you take an AMC.

    these guies will visit ur place daily till u buy their product. since then they will not bother to hand over even invoice. now since 3 rd dec i lodged a complaint sopke to their incharge Indore territory many times. nobody is giving ear to my problem.
