My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition.
I recommand, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

I have purchased 1 No. 8 litres total RO system of model REVIEVA from your agent after showing a demo at my house on 24/2/2010 . I have purchased only due to brand name and quality . after purchasing this product I have faced lot of problems. This problems are clearly entered in a your history card. The above facts are mentioned below

Ac Dc adapter replacement on 08/12/2010
New membrane replacement on 21/12/10
The above facts are happening during warranty period From this it clearly shows the quality of the product supply be your agents.
Again I have faced the above same problem with Ro system on 04-5-11 it was noticed that membrane catridge was again failed which was replaced by new one by your service persons on 21-12-10. Due to this I am very much up set by your worst product.
i gave complaint for more than 7 times but there is no proper repsonse from you people.
this is the last chance to you people to send your technicial immediately and solve my problem.
dont test my patience if not i know how to solve through legal way.
Aqua sure (Amrith) such a waste product. we known after purchasing it. from the day of purchase it is not working at all. due to cartraige problem.
I complaint through (1860-266-1177) for more than 10 times our balance is loss. But there is no proper response and immediate action from your side.
your coust. care people are going on saying that you will send technician to my residence today. but no people has come.
Please take immediate action and solve my problem.

I was using Hindustan Lever Pure-It and happy without any problems, though had some limitations. service is prefect and you know exactly what your expenses are depending upon use and obviously no electricity charges. Then comes Auqaguard sales representative and he was good to convince us with the pros and cons of Aquaguard and Pure-It and finally I bought a latest product, Gold Nova, which was my mistake. Always, always buy only a tried and tested product in the market. or you will become the victim to test their products at your cost. And when it comes to service, its 7 seven days now, i am still waiting for them. So before you choose your product, do a very good market research, especially regarding service. Mind you, operation cost wise its never cheaper than Pure-it and you dont know what you next (regular) service cost will be, of course unless you take an AMC.
