My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition.
I recommand, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

    I have brought green RO almost a year ago but Facing technical problem which keeps in croppingup every 2-3 month I have to end paying service charges and refill charges which cost minimum 1000 rupee, last time service person suggested to installed alternate filter which can be manually clean by ourself, that guy promised me that he will installed next day but 3 months over he did not installed the filte & resulting the refilled got choked again, & best part is after registering complain no one has a courtesy to to allend the complain, i feel eureka fobes has no accountability towards the customer post sale.
    It's very unfortunate.

    Same thing happened to me also. Pathetic service and I would strongly recommend new buyers not to buy any Aquaguard purifier.I am fed up with the costumer service.From last 20 days  I have been using Bislari water because till date there is no action.

    I have bought a Eureka Forbes Aquagaard water filter. However in one year, the tap started leaking. Repairing it will take 600 rupees which includes the cost of the visit.
    My advice to most people is not to buy this very fragile junk equipment; the tap is also so horribly accessible.The AMC is 4500/year!!

    my AQUA GUARD PURIFIER IS NOT WORKING , AND I AM DOUGHTFULL ABOUT THE RATE CHARGED FOR SPARE PARTS BY YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE .DO  HAVE ANY STANDARD PRICE LIST FOR THE SPARE PART???  TRANSFORMER , POWER SUPPLY ETC.

    I have aNova model Eureka Forbes water filter in which the inlet water tube has become old and has flaws in many places and water is leaking. Because of this the filter is not working. I made a complaint with the local service personal . he told the spare tube is not readily available and he can get new one a day or two and will replace. Eight days have passed and we have called him 9942626120. /everal times but the same reply the tube has not come. We are struggling without drinking water. What a pity! Even a rubber tube spare is not available with the service personal . If this type of service continues the company will be closed soon.

    I too had very very bad service from Eureka Forbes guys. what i am suggesting to people if you find  Eureka Forbes guys with product please make him to damage otherwise we will do damage and give warning to them don't come to this area.
    and we will take to put into nearest office not working product and call to media and explain about problems and request to Govt please make shutdown the  Eureka Forbes company.

    I have purchased aquaguard compact unit in end of Dec 2013. Now the waratty is about to finish and out of 2 one servise visit is pending. I registered the request on 9th Dec but nobaody cam the I once again called customer care. today on 13th dec 1 person came and he just took the picture of the receipt and the sticker on the machine. without touching the machine he went back. He didnt stayed for a single minute untill I call his office or customer care. This the worst experience I got. after that I called several times to the sales man who sold it to me but no use at all.

    I have purchased water purifier Aqua ENHANCE 2012. For two yrs annual maintenance were done. Now it is not working. Informed the technician . he visited and informed for replacement of certain item. Even though   there is AMC they are not turning th this side in spite of multiple calls. I am feeling bad for getting this item. They are not responding to complaints.

    i purchase aqua-guard compact 9 month ago from there sales executive.but it not purified properly. i face some problem after use this machine when i call them they said it is not suitable for this water.i have to change the model and install R.O machine and its cost more then Rs 17000/-.recently 2 month ago i change the old u.v machine(compact) and install the enhance R.O but it not properly work. i call them several time they are not response.now i purchase 20 liter jar from outside.please do not buy Eureka Forbes Product.There product is totally  worst specially the U.V product are child toy. They are totally shameless.and there salesman and service technician are totally cheater.sorry to say but i am totally hopeless.

    we had purchased Aqua sure water purifier 1 month back all of sudden it is not working. we had requested to Customer care service 1 week back since they are not available to phone and we had frustrated due to your bad response.

    we had invested amount Rs. 11000/-  on your product within one month we got problem. Therefore please respond to our request on high priority.

    Complaining for last 1 month to change the candle but no response. Call centre is another [***] experience. They suggest to solve d same day but it's still dragging for 2 months.

    i have read quite a number of horror stories about the after sales service from Eureka Forbes despite having an AMC with them for their aquaguard water purifier.  i don't want to add my own story too which is equally pathetic.  is there any solution.  can we all lodge a complaint against the company in the appropriate consumer court.  anybody interested.  i am a resident of mumbai.  anyone from mumbai facing similar problem please contact me.  my cell no.9769419757
