My Aqua Guard - Water purifier - GOLD NOVA is not working since 2 weeks, i have registered a complaint against this, and till this no action. Hopeless customer service i have ever seen. I have been using Bislari water since two weeks. their people are not well trained, and not even well educated. I was about a buy a Philips and based on the voice on Customer service, i have choosen Eureka Forbes, thats my bluder. I never go for any Eureka Forbes product in my life. They say one part is not availble in India. If it is so, why they should market, they should have enough spares to give customer support. One simple answer is no spares available. Pathatic condition.
I recommand, not to buy Eureka Forbes products.

My advice to most people is not to buy this very fragile junk equipment; the tap is also so horribly accessible.The AMC is 4500/year!!
and we will take to put into nearest office not working product and call to media and explain about problems and request to Govt please make shutdown the Eureka Forbes company.
we had purchased Aqua sure water purifier 1 month back all of sudden it is not working. we had requested to Customer care service 1 week back since they are not available to phone and we had frustrated due to your bad response.
we had invested amount Rs. 11000/- on your product within one month we got problem. Therefore please respond to our request on high priority.

You guys were only interested in selling the products and not bothered for the services at all..
Its been more than 2 days I have raised a complaint that my water purifier is not working and none of them haven't attended for the service till date....
INTERESTING FACT IS THAT YOUR OFFICE IS LOCATED JUST A FORLONG TO MY HOME.

This is to update about my brand new Aayush Aquasure 22ltr non electric filter which was purchased on Sunday 10 the April 2016 the issue is the water from the top is not coming down from Day 1 even not a single drop coming Kindly do the needful as possible Below I have mention my residential address
