So by now most folks know that payday loans are never worth the time it takes to get one. Once you get them, you practically cannot get out of them. Zip19 issues payday loans without any sort of "pay-down" schedule. Instead, they will remove the entire loan amount plus the service fees in two equal amounts (basically they take the total, cut it in half and then remove them both at the same time).
The reason for this? The only answer is so that if the funds are not availabe in your account, then they can charge you TWO NSF fees instead of one. On my first time using this company, I experienced this because their website incorrectly displayed the dates on the calendar, thus making me choose an incorrect day for payback of the loan. Ultimately, they waived the fees, so I continued to use them. But my story actually gets better.
On the 17th of June at approximately 11am, I submitted a request to zip19 for a payday loan. I have been using this company for close to 9 months now and they have gotten a substantial amount of money from me. Per their own contract, if you cancel within 24 hours, they are supposed to cancel the contract and that should be that.
On the 18th of June, at 9:36am I submitted a request for cancellation. The date and time stamp on the fax confirms this. Even on their own website, they verified that the date and time stamp exist on the form. However their supervisor stated to me that they did not receive it until after 5pm that night. She stated that even though the fax "may" have come through at 9:30am, that they have to use the date and time that "THEY" (meaning the supervisors) got it. So it was posted to their website at 5:06pm.
Thier customer service is horrible. When waiting for a "supervisor" you are placed on hold for an inordinate amount of time. And even then, once you've spoken to them you are given no recourse of a higher entity.
Basically your only recourse with these companies, once they bare their teeth and show their true colors is to close your bank account and hope for a day in court. Otherwise you're stuck paying for something you didn't need.

PLEASE!!!!
YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
I actually laughed out loud at the following statement you made in your comment:
"I think there should be a law against thais procedure. If you put money in my account without permission the company should be held responsibe for repaying their self back".
Do you even know what you're saying? Why would the company pay themselves back? They just wouldn't issue the loan to you in the first place, UNLESS YOU REQUESTED IT, WHICH YOU OBVIOUSLY DID!
People like you are making Americans look stupid. I'd appreciate it if you start taking accountability for your own actions, and use your common sense. If you're going to bad-mouth a company, at least make reasonable insinuations about them.
first of all, you've gotta go directly to zip19.com. there was a news articles that if you're applying thru a generic site, you might have your info stolen.
and also, it's a payday lender people. it's not supposed to provide you long-term relief from your debt. if you're looking for free money, look elsewhere. it's just a two week loan, they don't do rollovers or extension. i konw this because i asked. i ended up in collections once because half my loan didn't lcear on time. i paid the remaining balance of like 200 bucks on my next payday, and all was well
DURING MY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH ZIP19, THEY HAVE ALWAYS FOLLOWED THEIR CONTRACT. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS. YES, THE COMPANY DOES DEBIT U TWICE, BUT IF U HAVE THE FULL PAYMENT AVAILABLE, IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE. MY ONLY ADVICE IS TO NOT TAKE A PAYDAY LOAN UNLESS YOU'RE 200% SURE U CAN PAY IT BACK.
by the way, i paid my bill thru MoneyGram (which is a wire transfer service). hope this helps
Oh, and learn how to speak English properly. Then you might be able to read your contracts and know what you're agreeing to.
Also, you said "When signing the loan documents online, nothing is said and when it is due they leave rude messages and harrass their customers because they want their money right then and there".
You should realize that when signing the loan documents online, EVERYTHING is said. They outline when the loan is due back, all broker and interest fees that will be included at the time of the dbit, and they tell you that if your loan is returned insufficient funds you will be charged fees for that.
Maybe you should learn how to read.
It seems most of the people on this site are idiots who can't maintain control over their finances.
You're giving Americans a bad name, people!!
ive never had to be in collections because i've not a moron. i always ensure that i'll have the funds available on payday. if you don't you're a loser and you get collection calls. pretty simple in my opinion.
if you're getting calls, that means you're in collections. and that means you're a deadbeat who is running from your obligations. grow up!!
i'm having some financial difficulties stemming from being unemployed until 3 months ago. i got back to work, and zip19 has helped me out considerably. they're not a long-term financial fix, though. lots of u people are asking for long-term extensions, and they simply don't do it. so don't get pissed off because they won't accomodate you; they have no obligation to accept your offer.
in my situation, they let me have an extension to my next payday, and i could reloan the same day. obviously reloaning all the time is a bad idea, but at least it keeps my teletrack credit rating good and i can keep a creditor for the future.
additional info:
- i've loaned with zip19 about 8 times and i've never had problems with unauthorized transactions
-zip19 is the only payday lender i use.
-i've only defaulted on a loan once.
although i don't recommend using payday loans at all, if you're in a very tight situation and have no other choice, i'd say this is a good lender. they don't offer rollovers or extensions which is a good thing in my opinion, because it's harder to pay lenders off when they're adding fees all the time.
And just because they treated you kindly you risk your personal identity?
my advice, call 877 947 1947, that's zip19's customer service line.
ive been using zip for a couple years on and off. i hate using payday lenders, but they've never let me down, nor have they sold my personal info.
just be careful about where you're putting your personal info i guess. there's lots of scammers out there, but i can guarantee you zip19 isn't a scam (because like i said, i use them regularly).
also i found their collections department ok
i think most poeple are just expecting too much from this company, its a 2 week lender and most of u people are trying to get ridiculous extensions (these are the words of one of their collectors)
they told me they don't charge extra interest so they won't extend it very far
