So by now most folks know that payday loans are never worth the time it takes to get one. Once you get them, you practically cannot get out of them. Zip19 issues payday loans without any sort of "pay-down" schedule. Instead, they will remove the entire loan amount plus the service fees in two equal amounts (basically they take the total, cut it in half and then remove them both at the same time).
The reason for this? The only answer is so that if the funds are not availabe in your account, then they can charge you TWO NSF fees instead of one. On my first time using this company, I experienced this because their website incorrectly displayed the dates on the calendar, thus making me choose an incorrect day for payback of the loan. Ultimately, they waived the fees, so I continued to use them. But my story actually gets better.
On the 17th of June at approximately 11am, I submitted a request to zip19 for a payday loan. I have been using this company for close to 9 months now and they have gotten a substantial amount of money from me. Per their own contract, if you cancel within 24 hours, they are supposed to cancel the contract and that should be that.
On the 18th of June, at 9:36am I submitted a request for cancellation. The date and time stamp on the fax confirms this. Even on their own website, they verified that the date and time stamp exist on the form. However their supervisor stated to me that they did not receive it until after 5pm that night. She stated that even though the fax "may" have come through at 9:30am, that they have to use the date and time that "THEY" (meaning the supervisors) got it. So it was posted to their website at 5:06pm.
Thier customer service is horrible. When waiting for a "supervisor" you are placed on hold for an inordinate amount of time. And even then, once you've spoken to them you are given no recourse of a higher entity.
Basically your only recourse with these companies, once they bare their teeth and show their true colors is to close your bank account and hope for a day in court. Otherwise you're stuck paying for something you didn't need.

I ran into some finanical difficulties and was not able to make my loan,
Since they farm out their collections to a company called e-care, if you did not know zip.19 is a fiancial company out of Italty. I tried unsuccessfully to work out an arrangement for repayment as I fully accept the finanical obligation.
They were unwilling to work with me, they threated me that they would tarnish my credit and when I was told that that I could make the payment the final date that was allowed, the representative from e-care
told me that I no longer had that option.
I spoke to a supervisor who was just as rude here's the kicker, all three of the representatives from e-care
told me not to pay my mortage, pay them back and I could reloan.
If this is good business than I am completely from another planet. I know that all of us espeically during these times, need cash. Please don't use Zip19, they are friendly on the outside but evil inside.
I sent a email, fax, and message thru there website revoking wage assignment. The [***] immediately locked me out of my account.
All the postiive reviews have to be from employees.
EXTREMELY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL, ILLEGAL PRACTICES
First and foremost. For any company wanting to give loans out other than a bank, then they need a DFI number. This number confirms if they are legally allowed to give loans out in the first place. You will need to check each state. If they do not have a DFI number then they CANNOT get a collection against you as they are not legal. It does not matter if they are with a tribe or if they are out of state. They need to file in the state of your residence.
Do not let them scare you. If you need more info let me know on here and I will send you a letter that you can email to them and end this hell you are in. Don't let them scare you.
I faxed it and emailed it and they said they will get back to me in 5 days
I will let you know what happens
when you log onto a website, there is no guarantee that website is based in your country.
Many people are not aware that online poker sites and gambling sites are not based from US. It is cheaper to operate outside of USA.
as does Northway, they are licensed in Malta and follow federal law. Not state law.
Yes the US government is making it difficult for their citizens to have a payday lender option. Sadly you may all have to go stand in a brick and mortar company, you will loose your privacy and loaning will no longer be discreet.
Also, Northway is located over seas, but ecare is in Canada.
many of us are friendly, but when I have a person yelling and swearing at me, like anyone I will terminate the conversation.
A lot of the time we have to hold certain customers accountable. Make an arragement, stick to them. if you know you will not be able to pay, don't loan.
Also do your research and read your contract. In everything.
