I ordered samples of green tea pills for $4.97, was charged that on my charge card and a few months later I noticed a charge of $99.97 from the same company.  I called and the service rep said did you read the policy.  I said I didn't see it.  (The reason I didn't see it was because I didn't scroll all the way down to the bottom of the web page, I went right to the ordering part and didn't see it there).  He said if I sent the package back and called withe the package Id number, I would be reimbursed.  I called today to tell them I sent the package out a couple of weeks ago and they said they don't reimburse they can send my package back.  They were very rude on the phone today and a girl even hung up on me.  I called back again and got the same run around.  The story goes on........

    this company shipped me something which i did not order and i  did not open the package but marked REFUSED on it and sent it back but my debit card was charged 89.31.I have contacted the b.b.b. in Nevada and the say it is a scam.My bank is going to help me recover the money.I have learned a valuable lesson from this company.

    same as all of you.  spoke to a gentlemen aaron, told me to send them back and he would credit my card.  sent it certified, return receipt, nobody is ever there to receive it.

    the sad thing about this is that it was posted on Oprah's website.  wonder if she is aware of the fraudulent operation of this company.

    I was charged the $3.95 for colon cure trial pills and cancelled immediately upon receiving them, which was about 3 weeks after I originally ordered them.  I even received a cancellation number from a rep named Jennifer.  This morning I find my credit card was charged $89.31 on 3/24/08 which is 10 days after I cancelled.  Something has to be done about this scam.  My bank doesn't appear to be willing to reverse this charge and I will probably have to cancel my card and have a new one reissued with a new number.  What a headache.

    esta compania es una total fraude porque tambien ami me mandaron unas pastillas y me cobraron sin autorisacion,able a mi cuenta de banco pero me dijeron que tenia que ablar yo primero con ellos de que ya abia regresado el producto.pero nunca contestaron.son una porqueria.

    Well I got caught by the same thing. I heard about a product onthe Radio and thought this was the same thing. I too ordered on their website and didn't see any cancellation notice when ordering a free sample. I was billed 4.95 for shipping of the sample, and a few days later when checking my credit card bill I was bulled 89.31 for something I didn't receive. I called the company and they gave me a cancellation number, but two weeks later no credit. I called again and got the run around and told that sinc eI didn't call to cancel I was sent and charged for a one month supply for $89.31. Tracking the shipment indicated that it arrived in my city, but not to my home. Nubodi said if you find the product and return it, they would refund my money. This is great, but how do you do that if you never received it. At this time I have the Credit Card Company and the Postal Service helping me to resolve this. BE AWARE!!!!!I would never do business with these folks ever again for any product or service....they just want your money.....

    i ordered the trial verson of the nubodi colon cleaner. it came to 3.95 shipping and handling. i had a 14 day trail period. i went over the agreement and it said nothing about a automatic renewal shipment. not my account was charged 89.31 and i never authorized. i have been trying to cancelled and get ahold of them, but to no avail. this is crazy. i never wanted the product. how they get you is by the shipping accounts. they say nothing else just charge your account.  DONT GO TO THE WEB SITE OR TRY THE PRODUCT.....

    Wow!! I can't believe That this company scammed so many people and still doing it to this day. We, the consumer, need to take a stand against this crooked company. I ordered the FREE trial of Colon Cleanse and was suppose to have two weeks to try it. Well, finding out that my trial started onthe day I ordered the FREE trial bottle. But I didn't actually receive the product until the day before my two weeks was up to try it before they charged my checking Visa card $87.31 so I called the next day to cancel. But like the rest these complaints, I could not reach anyone to cancel.But being kept on hold for the longest time, I finally spoke to someone. I told him that I didn't have no time to try the product out but I didn't have the funds to be taken out of my account so I wanted to cancel.  Then did I found out that they already charged my account the $87.31 because the two weeks was up from when I placed the order. I explained that I just received the product the day before. But more or less he said he couldn't refund me. So I was just take it as a expensive lesson. But I told him to definitely cancel and I don't want no more charges taken out.But then the following month they took another $87.31 out again. I couldn't believe it. So I'm here again put on hold time after time until I got through again. This guy on the other line said the other guy I spoke to beforehand was fired and he'll make sure take care of my problem. I was using my cell phone this whole time so I know how many times and every time I tried to call this company. Which I explained again that I called to cancel the day after I received the FREE trial. So he told me to scan then Send copies of my phone records to this bogus email address then I'll get a refund. But  after I tried to email and wouldn't go through I tried to call again. After a number times again I wanted to confirm the email address thinking I copied it wrong. But I didn't so they put me on hold for ten minutes but never came back on line. So like everyone else, I'm pretty disgusted with all this garbage. So thats when I tried do my own research on line to find their email myself. But this is when I discovered all these other consumers that been ripped off also. They and will be turned into the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. If we all do our part, we can stop this corruptive scam to fool anymore people.

    this company is crooked. I order a trial bottle for 3.95 now a bill over 55 dollars. Send it back, get tracking number etc which I saw in some of the above complaints.  I shall call my Credit card company immediately. This company should be charged for fradulent business actions.

    This company claimed . they madea mistake and sent the wrong amount. Another twist to their thievery.  Beware of buying anything from these people. NOw they want the full amount which was the sample amount sent. of They expect me to take it to the PO and do all this work, hoping that I shall let this whole thing alide.  BEWARE

    report fraud.  I had to go to my bank today.  I never ordered this and they're telling me that it was on my computer that i ordered on!  They basically called me a liar.  Well I had to leave work early to cancel all my information and stuff.  They were all so rude.  hopefully I will get my money back.

These people needs to go to HELL , please if anybody knows how to get the money back let me know because i am calling them and its 10 am and they are close and i know that if i talk to them i will get a heart attack WE GOT TO DO SOMETHING

    when I called they said I agreed to their terms. Their terms are in bold on the nubodi website. But the website I ordered from was Colon Cleanse md. There was no agree to term box to click on that website. I am going to report them to attny. gen. They are scamming an awful lot of people out the $90 - $100.

I THINK THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR WEB PAGE BECAUSE WHEN I ORDERED IT THEIR WAS NOTHING ABOUT A CHARGE OF 89.31 AND NOW THEY HAVE PUT IT TO THE LEFT OF WHERE YOU FILL IN YOUR INFORMATION. I CALLED MY CC COMPANY AND THEY ARE CREDITING IT I ALSO CALLED THE BBB IN LAS VEGAS. WHEN YOU SPEAK TO A CUTOMER REP THEY ARE FROM INDIA.

    CALL YOUR CC COMPANY AND LET THEM KNOW OF THE MANY COMPLAINTS ON THE WEB. I AGREE THE 14 DAY NOTICE WAS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL PAGE. I ALSO SENT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN LAS VEGAS AN EMAIL.

    Same here, same message...I agreed to the 3.95 charge for the trial pills of colon cleanse, but did not agree to the 89.31!!! Very bad, canceled my card and i want my money back!!!!

    I refuse to believe that all the victims together with their credit card companies aren't stronger than this disgusting company. It's a SCAM that has obviously hurt and mislead a lot of people.There must be some "lowlifes" in charge. The "take the money and run" type.I would hope that in our USA there would be some way to protect the innocent people from these crooks!

    I just went through this scam. The Credit card said I had to contact
    the merchant. They are considered to   be a reacuring merchant.
    The card will continue to bill us until they quit charging the card.
    Until they quit billing me Mastercard told me the have to charge me.
    Even if I cancled my card and got another one the charge would follow me.
    That is what Master card told me. What a scam. The credit card people allow this to happen.

    Biggest scammers I've ever heard of. Yeah i TOO GOT 89.00 DEDUCTED FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT JUST SEVEN DAYS AFTER I ordered the free trial for 3.95
    THESE [***] WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS REAL SOON. tHEY CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN BUT THEY WILL LOOSE WAY.....MORE THAN THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM US. tHATS A PROMISE!!!!!!
