I ordered samples of green tea pills for $4.97, was charged that on my charge card and a few months later I noticed a charge of $99.97 from the same company.  I called and the service rep said did you read the policy.  I said I didn't see it.  (The reason I didn't see it was because I didn't scroll all the way down to the bottom of the web page, I went right to the ordering part and didn't see it there).  He said if I sent the package back and called withe the package Id number, I would be reimbursed.  I called today to tell them I sent the package out a couple of weeks ago and they said they don't reimburse they can send my package back.  They were very rude on the phone today and a girl even hung up on me.  I called back again and got the same run around.  The story goes on........

    Same story...Order the sample colon cleanser and was charged for shipping and handling. Later found out that my account had been charged an additional 89.00 and this charge would occur monthly.  I don't know of anyone who would need to take a colon cleanser eternally.  It wasn't until they realized that my bank was with me before they ageed to cancel and refund my money.

    Just had the same thing happen to me.  Paid shipping for sample of the hoodia green tea capsules.  Was charged 89.31 from my checking account. I called immediately  and they said they cancelled it.  It's been a week the charge has not come off.  They said I called just in time and that it wasn't shipped yet.  Just got it in the mail today!!!  Will they keep billing me the 89.31?  What should I do?

    Same here I the sample but never said they could takt 89.31 out of my account. Before they should be made to shut down we all need our money refunded and they need to be turned in to the proper athuorities. I called this morning and the answering machine said they were closed

    I too received a charge on my debit card of $89.31.  The trial I rec'd sucked.  I report this charge to the fraud department at my bank and the BBB.

    Yep!  I finally got my money back.  I reported them to my bank and the police.  I am not sure how they got all my info but they did I had not ordered anything from them.  I didn't even know what they sold.  I think they didn't think I was going to report them but I did.  Hopefully you guys can get your money back.

    same thing happened to me today. Ordered the sample pack for 3.95. Something kept telling me to check my account and there it was....89.31. Has anyone had any luck getting their money back. GGGEEEZZZZ.....i thought it was to clean my colon, not my bank account. Guess i will have to go to the bank monday to cancel debit card. Tried calling the number, nothing as of yet, says they are closed. Any info on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

    Contact your bank or whoever issued your credit/check/debit card.  SWM Nubodi 's major victim is the credit card company who has paid them and then must issue a credit to you as well.  I also have initiated a complaint with my local police.

    I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" sample of the colon cleanser...pay only the shipping and handling of $4.95.  Three weeks later I received a shipment of one bottle of colon cleanser for $90.00 which I never ordered or authourized on my card.  These theiving [***] are a bunch of stealing scammers and they should be shutdown.  Once they have stolen your money after giving you something you never asked for then they're impossible to get a hold of.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE...YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!

    Well, like the rest of you, I got SCAMMED too!  My acct. was charged the 3.95 plus the 89.31 and was told that I didn't cancel "in time", blah, blah, blah......what a "Croc".....I should've known better!  What I've learned through this experience though is that the deception lies in the fact that I didn't think to scroll all the way down the page for the "terms" because it's usually right there at the place where the "check box" is......that is, if you're a legitimate company and your not trying to "hide" anything!  Next stop?....the BBB, and hopefully we can all say "Buh Bye" to this "scam" company!!!!  What a bunch of LIARS!!

    I paid $ 3.95 for shipping & handling for a 30 day FREE sample. I was not aware of the fact that after I did this I would be automaticly be sent this product and consequently charged $89.31 to my Debit account every month there after. They told me on the phone hoever that they would make sn eception. I mailed the product at my expense on 3/17/2008.At this point I have had no resoknse with thge copany, and they have not agknowledged thgat yhry have recieved my return package, (4/25/2008.

    My debit card was charged $89.31 over the weekend for a months supply of colon cure that I never ordered and have subsequently closed my bank account so they can never do it again and I will complain to the BBB advising them how big a scam operation they actually operate.

    Great, I wish I would have read this first. I just found out I got ripped off for $90.02 for the B.S. Colon Cleanse advertisment. Yep it was the free trial with you only paying shipping and handling w/ no mention of any underlying charges. If I could get my hands on those S.O.B.'s you guys wouldn't have anything more to worry about. Now I'll be going through all the crap of cancelling my debit card account and sure I'll never see my 90 bucks again. Hope those a$$holes rot in hell. I know if I had the chance, I'd be sending them there, physically.

    They e-mailed med about that product.I just ordered the sample bottle and I did not pay attention aabout charging me $89.31. I would like to have my money back.

    As above replies I authorized to take $4.95 one time only and they have charge me twice at $89.00 without authorization and no product. The authorities should be notified of this scam. I will be calling my bank to stop further transaction.

    I wish I had done a little more research on this!  I've received TWO charges of $89.97 plus the initial shipping of the free trial!  The first time I seen it on my bank account, I called my bank but they couldn't give me any more detailed info than I already had.  This latest charge has put me in the negative with my bank.  I have bills coming out and cannot afford these extra charges as I am the only one with an income for my family (my husband is disabled).

    I wish I had seen all these blogs before I agreed to their sample product. I too was charged 89.31 for something I did NOT order, which put my account into overdraft. When I called them back they said if I returned it to them they would refund my money. I have yet to see that refund. I live on very limited income and cannot afford to have money fraudulently taken from me. I will most definitely contact the BBB to report this company.
