Not getting my money back.

I ordered samples of green tea pills for $4.97, was charged that on my charge card and a few months later I noticed a charge of $99.97 from the same company.  I called and the service rep said did you read the policy.  I said I didn't see it.  (The reason I didn't see it was because I didn't scroll all the way down to the bottom of the web page, I went right to the ordering part and didn't see it there).  He said if I sent the package back and called withe the package Id number, I would be reimbursed.  I called today to tell them I sent the package out a couple of weeks ago and they said they don't reimburse they can send my package back.  They were very rude on the phone today and a girl even hung up on me.  I called back again and got the same run around.  The story goes on........

    I just got taken too, I never saw any "terms and conditions" when I ordered the "Free no obligation" offer.I did get through to their "Customer Service" which, by the way, is nothing but an answering service call center, not the company itself. The people you are talking to do not work for them, they could'nt care any less what your problem is, I know because I work for a call center myself, and know how it works for these kind of companys. I just feel like an idiot for falling for it and rest assured you will never see your money again. Hopefully the call center does its job and forwards the cancellation, but im canceling my credit card too just to be safe.

    I used to work for this company as a CSR. All you have to really do is threaten the BBB, they dont like that. If that doesnt work ask to speak with a manager. Threaten the same thing, BBB. If they are being dicks alls you have to do then is call your CC company and file a chargeback. That costs the company $35 each time, Then make sure you change your credit card number because they will try to reverse the charge back. The owners name is Brian BUG HIM!

    I received a sample that I had ordered.  The company sent me a slip with the order saying if I want to cancel my further shipment that I call 1-877-350-8480.  I have called that number and keep getting a busy signal or a voice saying that I have to try again as all operators are busy now then they give the time they are open for business.  I was not aware that my credit card will automatically be charged an additional eighty nine thirty one every 31 days for a new supply of Tri Slim Ultra.  I had 140-day period to call and cancel.  I called after day one.  The shipment arrived 10/27/08.

    wow....I felt pretty dumb falling for this but I guess Im not the only one. I just cancelled my credit card and will not charge anything on line

    Same story as the rest, did not approve the charges. Cancelled the next day after receiving sample. they had already had charge me with 89.31, 8.51. and 29.95.  They used Rachel Ray's picture to advertise. Action is being taking and people are going to be contacted.  I hope everyone will get their refunds.

    I too was a victim however...i was using the producte Acai berry extreme and colon. i canceled before it was shipped. its been two months still nothing. I reported to them to the BBB and to the ATtorney general office. i have found out there are many of the companies though. you guys are talking about NV...the customer services unit is in UTAH but they told me the corp office is in Davie FL and i have the address...however i finally got one of the customer service people to give me an email address and it was customerservice@nubodi.com....when i looked up nubodi i see it is another company with the same scam in a different area but different products.... please email me if anyone ever got their refund and how they did it. apple1278@yahoo.com

    hey how do i get this brian guy? i did report them to the BBB and the attorney Gen office. i still have nothing though. nothing seems to work

    This is a scam. I have been calling since December to get an unauthorized charge refunded to my account.  When I call, I get put on eternal hold or hung up on.  The company won't give out name or number for corporate or a person to escalate this matter to.

    When I called this company about the charge on my card they responded that I have no account with them.  They could not find my name, nor the credit card #, nor email.  The number I was able to reach them at was 866-932-6973.  They instructed me to email them document of the charge.  I was careful to block out other info and have sent my scanned document via costomerservice@nubodi.com.  My lawyer will handle this issue if not resolved within 48 hours.  I will let everyone know what my outcome is.

    I ordered a sample of Acai Berry and when it arrived, I made sure that I called to cancel before the 14 day trial period since I could "taste a scam" after taking the first candy taste like pill.  I actually managed to talk to a person on the phone after a long long wait.  I asked the agent to confirm that a bottle of pills will NOT be sent to me and that I won't incur any charge for the product.  But the Agent told me that a full bottle had been shipped to me PRIOR to the arrival of my sample!!!  Since I live in Canada, I told myself that $112 Cdn is the price for a good lesson!  But the SCAM CONTINUED.

    The company continued to charge me about $10 Cdn for 3 months after my account cancellation date (under the name Price Limbo and Price Savers).  I didn't notice the charges the first month.  The second month, I called because I thought it was all a misunderstanding and I was told that they would refund me the money.  Then the third month came, the company charged me AGAIN!  I was furious.  I called them, I called my credit card company too to dispute the charges.  I was told by the company that cancelling my account with Acai Berry doesn't mean I cancelled my account with Price Savers (what the F)!  Therefore, Price Savers continued to charge me for NOTHING!  My credit card company could not protect me either because according to Price Savers, I cancelled my account the day AFTER the last transaction date.  I asked Visa to issue me a new credit card but Visa can't guarantee that I won't be charged again because Price Savers is viewed as a "regular monthly" transaction.  

    MY ADVICE: CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD

    Also made the mistake of ordering a sample over the internet....Ordered a 30 supply of Natra pure and recieved a 7 day sample of something else.  Ended up with a charge of 89.31 for a new order.  After 4 calls to the company - 3 reps hung up on me... one even said they are not allowed to give out the name of the parent company, I got a supervisor that canceled the order and refunded my money.  Thought it was resolved until a week later another charge for $87.31 was on my debit card along with an international change of $2.68.  Tried the company again but hung up after speaking to the next rep.  Called my bank, filed a complaint and canceled my debit card to prevent another change.  Also filed a claim with the Federal Trade commission..
