Edward Singleton / Mobile Business Solutions / Carnivals Eatery out of Jasper, Georgia is a lying, scamming, thieving, con artist!! He has stolen and conned out of me and my family $3084.50!!! Do NOT do business with this low life of a thief!! He will steal your money!! He is a fast smooth talker! He will tell you everything he thinks "you" want to hear! He lies so much he doesn't even know where one lie ends and another lie begins! I wired $3,084.50 to him in January 2010, for him to build me a hot dog cart. For over four months I have waited for him to give me the schematics to submit to the health department for approval. In those four months I have received 27 emails from him that say the schematics are finished and that he will fax and mail them to me tomorrow!Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes and it never did.
I have already demanded that he return my money back to me but he refuses to. But I am not one to let things go. I have already filed claims and complaints against him with numerous authorities and agencies asking for an investigation of his illegal activities involving "Internet Fraud and non-delivery of goods." I have also filed a criminal complaint against him with my local sheriff's department for "Fraud by False Pretenses". I don't know all of the legal procedures except that the detective told me they will be contacting and working with the Jasper police department to get an investigation started on Edward "Rip Off" Singleton! Hopefully then he will be charged and put away for good!
Also, on April 22nd, I decided to call the Jasper City Hall to verify that he has a valid business license and he does not. It expired December 31, 2009. So that tells me he must be having some serious financial troubles if he cannot even afford a cheap business license. But I guess as long as he is able to find unsuspecting people to con and steal money from he is not worried about a business license! He has no intentions of operating a business! Just stealing money from hard working people who have a desire to start a hot dog vending business! You will "Reap what YOU Sow, Edward "Rip Off" Singleton"!!!!!
I have also discovered that the Better Business Bureau has issued Edward "Rip Off" Singleton and his phony business an "F" RATING!!!
If he returns my money back to me, I will happily come back and report that Edward has done the right thing by returning my money back to me. Until then, I will not stop and I will not cancel any open claims or complaints that I have filed against him. He needs to be stopped and put away so he cannot con anyone else again! Lying con artist like Edward "Rip Off" Singleton does not deserve to be a part of our society!!

Although I am devastated after my CFB nightmare, I in no way wish to smear mud- or speak for any other work they have provided to others.
My account (only basic details) is only of our families experience, with no other motivation or influence from the large number of other victims CFB, and the owners/partners Larry Lowman, "Zach" Singleton (that's all I know him as, but can confirm that the "Edward" his is also known as is THIS Zach- admitted my Zach himself when I questioned him about the dozens of Internet aligations) hace claimed. I in no way claim that any other aligations made regarding CFB and the above mentioned partners are true, or part of my nightmare (or has even influenced of my evaluation in any way). My brief account here is just the facts, in no way opinion- and any technical judgments that have been made here, have been made by certified technicians.
We regret the fateful day we where invited to Georgia to meet with the CFB crew, where we thought our mobile catering hopes and dreams could be accommodated. Our hopes and dreams have been smashed, and are now left to try and conduct our startup catering business with faulty equipment provided by CFB. As of today, dec. 16 (about 6 months after we placed our $75k deposit)- we are still unable to conduct business due to disfunctional equipment.
After countless setbacks, we where delivered a trailer my wife and I designed (2 weeks ago) and a 30 foot food truck (arrived a few days ago). The over $130k we invested in these two pieces equipment came with high expectations (of course)! Although my personal opinion is that their workmanship is that of what high school students might produce in shop class (based on what I recieved)- what REALLY UPSETS ME is that the two pieces of equipment are completely unable to function as designed. At this point, I have speant over 80 hours, and over $8k in expenses attempting to get my investment operational- in hopes my family and I can start out business. Today- my two pieces of expensive equipment sit in my parking totally useless due to following, but not limited to:
Trailer came WITHOUT the essential generator it was designed with (and paid for). At this point, I still have not recieved the generator we paid for, and is absolutly essential to our business. Upon inspecting the work and equipment provided, we found (and confirmed by 3 seperate certified technicians) the walk in Refridgeration to be "used and installed improperly" and the smaller than agreed upon ice machine was used equipment as well. The roof leaks, the plumbing leaks almost everywhere, and several other design features (office, closet, and hose down station) where not completed as discussed. I am totally disappointed with the product delivered. CFB was unable to provide the product my family and I designed and paid for- period.
Food truck- arrived with a generator that was "rebuilt" (although we would have expected something other than used in a $90k+ food truck). The generator would not function properly for over 2 minutes at a time, so I hired a certified generator technician to help- seeing as without an operational generator in the food truck... We have NO WAY OF OPERATING our mobile food business! The generator was found to have copper "plugs" in the two fuse recepticals, instead of fuses! What this does is allows the machine to run, without blowing a fuse. Who ever "rebuilt" the old tired generator (over 2200 hours run time)- Jerry rigged it to run despite a severe electrical issue. At this moment, we have no operational generator, and still out of work/business- while I continue to spend money trying to fix our equipment- equipment I relied on showing up in working order. I am currently working to get it operational, and our food truck on the road.
Although their EBAY site claims "all trucks built in 2012 come with... New engine and new transmission"- our transmission is NOT NEW and motor is NOT NEW". PERIOD.
I purchased a total of 4 vehicles in total. 2 of them where paid in full in August, and at the time of this post- have not recieved either one, despite countless attempts to get our purchased product shipped to us. (Shipping was a documented part of our contract, and was not satisfied).
I could write for hours, documenting my horrible experience my family and I experienced (and are currently experiencing). It's not my mission to disclose all of the details, nor express opinions. I will add that we have provided ALL of our unsatisfaction in GREAT DETAIL to CFB- and hope there is a chance of reconciliation. We will seek refunds for the shortcomings, and will keep this report updated as to the response of CFB, and their attempts to make our project even a partial success.

I did meet his wife, who was nice enough. Her parents are in Lumpkin County she said. So, I can see why he would actually be in the area in business. He probably got chased out of Ellijay.
Yet he wants everyone to give him the benefit of the

His wife is just as complicit in deceiving people as
he is, maybe more so!
Let me rephrase my response:
GREAT! Possibly being spared a poor CFB and/or Zack Edward Singleton/Larry Lowman experience-makes your research worth while!!
