Edward Singleton / Mobile Business Solutions / Carnivals Eatery out of Jasper, Georgia is a lying, scamming, thieving, con artist!! He has stolen and conned out of me and my family $3084.50!!! Do NOT do business with this low life of a thief!! He will steal your money!! He is a fast smooth talker! He will tell you everything he thinks "you" want to hear! He lies so much he doesn't even know where one lie ends and another lie begins! I wired $3,084.50 to him in January 2010, for him to build me a hot dog cart. For over four months I have waited for him to give me the schematics to submit to the health department for approval. In those four months I have received 27 emails from him that say the schematics are finished and that he will fax and mail them to me tomorrow!Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes and it never did.
I have already demanded that he return my money back to me but he refuses to. But I am not one to let things go. I have already filed claims and complaints against him with numerous authorities and agencies asking for an investigation of his illegal activities involving "Internet Fraud and non-delivery of goods." I have also filed a criminal complaint against him with my local sheriff's department for "Fraud by False Pretenses". I don't know all of the legal procedures except that the detective told me they will be contacting and working with the Jasper police department to get an investigation started on Edward "Rip Off" Singleton! Hopefully then he will be charged and put away for good!
Also, on April 22nd, I decided to call the Jasper City Hall to verify that he has a valid business license and he does not. It expired December 31, 2009. So that tells me he must be having some serious financial troubles if he cannot even afford a cheap business license. But I guess as long as he is able to find unsuspecting people to con and steal money from he is not worried about a business license! He has no intentions of operating a business! Just stealing money from hard working people who have a desire to start a hot dog vending business! You will "Reap what YOU Sow, Edward "Rip Off" Singleton"!!!!!
I have also discovered that the Better Business Bureau has issued Edward "Rip Off" Singleton and his phony business an "F" RATING!!!
If he returns my money back to me, I will happily come back and report that Edward has done the right thing by returning my money back to me. Until then, I will not stop and I will not cancel any open claims or complaints that I have filed against him. He needs to be stopped and put away so he cannot con anyone else again! Lying con artist like Edward "Rip Off" Singleton does not deserve to be a part of our society!!

Admittingly, it frustrated me SO MUCH to have the hour long conversation we had about the PIECE OF [***] ZACH EDWARD SINGLETON- but after nearly a year of frustration... I'm getting used to it, and just adding fuel to the fire.
Speaking of fuel on the fire- THANK YOU as I have now contacted my close friends in st thomas, who are in charge of the corruption division of the FBI. They are excited to review yours (and mine) drama, as well as the COUNTLESS innocent victims this [***] has screwed. I HAD NO IDEA it was as bad as it was, until we talked today! WOWOWOWOW!!! Personally, I have spoke to now over 10 victims. I can't believe there are so many more. Thank goodnes they are willing to now come (back) forward and share their drama to bring this latest chapter (CFB MANUFACTURING as his ripoff shelter) to justice!
I felt so bad for owner LARRY LOWMAN, for so long. After today, I am holding HIM just as responsible for this mess as the king crap Zack himself. He is enabling [***] to stay sheltered, and with a vehicle to harm the puic. LARRY, CFB and ANYONE even aware of this piece of garbage's track record will be reported on my FBI case!!!

I did have a serious lapse in judgment several years ago and the misfortune of doing "business" with him in another state, under another business name. In a nutshell, I contracted with him for a product, I sent him the money, I never received the product or my money back. After months of listening to his promises (translated lies) I did post a true and accurate account of my experience with him which can hardly be construed as cyber stalking. During that time I realized I was not the only one and have personally talked to numerous people with similar experiences with that "business" and others.
BTW, it was nice chatting with you Greg. I have filed several complaints with various law enforcement /fraud agencies, including and up to the FBI, which I assume would be public record. Good luck to you, you have my number if you need further details.
BTW- I am offering a substantial REWARD, to the person who brings this man to justice!

You have tried to damage my standing in my community and you have tried to hurt my businesses. Your intentions are clear and are documented. You will be served. Your not next in line though, unless you just ramp up your efforts your in the back of the pack. Sharon is next, then Greg, then you. If you think I'm bluffing have your attorney call my law firm. We will happily move you up.

I would say if I had to guess Francisco Samual Mannix. Is FBIx2 he is called curious on another posting and Sam etc. More importantly he has a restraining order and a law suit filed against him.
OK America here's the real deal- I don't care!! I have long been done worrying about some guy who post himself as FBIx2 or Sam etc. I mean the guy called innocent children names and my character is in question?
I do care about people who have a legit issue America. So my personal cell phone is 706-299-4489 and I will right any wrong I have ever done. i have offered this for over a year on my blog and only one person has ever called! That person was a gentleman named Mike and we got square within 10 mins over the phone.
Another person I don't know how to contact is a guy named Caleb he's from GA. If by any chance you read this Caleb I would LOVE the chance to right the wrong that occurred 4 years ago. It was out of my hands but I can fix it now and I pray God uses this pointless website for some good.

What I do know for a FACT is Zack and Becky are PERSONALLY responsible for the judgements that I OWN against them. No LLC or corporate filings to hide behind. It is time for me to get PAID!
