Edward Singleton / Mobile Business Solutions / Carnivals Eatery out of Jasper, Georgia is a lying, scamming, thieving, con artist!! He has stolen and conned out of me and my family $3084.50!!! Do NOT do business with this low life of a thief!! He will steal your money!! He is a fast smooth talker! He will tell you everything he thinks "you" want to hear! He lies so much he doesn't even know where one lie ends and another lie begins! I wired $3,084.50 to him in January 2010, for him to build me a hot dog cart. For over four months I have waited for him to give me the schematics to submit to the health department for approval. In those four months I have received 27 emails from him that say the schematics are finished and that he will fax and mail them to me tomorrow!Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes and it never did.
I have already demanded that he return my money back to me but he refuses to. But I am not one to let things go. I have already filed claims and complaints against him with numerous authorities and agencies asking for an investigation of his illegal activities involving "Internet Fraud and non-delivery of goods." I have also filed a criminal complaint against him with my local sheriff's department for "Fraud by False Pretenses". I don't know all of the legal procedures except that the detective told me they will be contacting and working with the Jasper police department to get an investigation started on Edward "Rip Off" Singleton! Hopefully then he will be charged and put away for good!
Also, on April 22nd, I decided to call the Jasper City Hall to verify that he has a valid business license and he does not. It expired December 31, 2009. So that tells me he must be having some serious financial troubles if he cannot even afford a cheap business license. But I guess as long as he is able to find unsuspecting people to con and steal money from he is not worried about a business license! He has no intentions of operating a business! Just stealing money from hard working people who have a desire to start a hot dog vending business! You will "Reap what YOU Sow, Edward "Rip Off" Singleton"!!!!!
I have also discovered that the Better Business Bureau has issued Edward "Rip Off" Singleton and his phony business an "F" RATING!!!
If he returns my money back to me, I will happily come back and report that Edward has done the right thing by returning my money back to me. Until then, I will not stop and I will not cancel any open claims or complaints that I have filed against him. He needs to be stopped and put away so he cannot con anyone else again! Lying con artist like Edward "Rip Off" Singleton does not deserve to be a part of our society!!

The man served posted on this site using a few different names, one of which was frank. Others reported this guy was the real deal? He reported he was an attorney out of TX. He also stated on this site he was coming for Zach? On the blog I just read Frank is Fransico Mannix AKA Frank Mannix and he just got served a law suit by the Dallas Co Sheriffs office. Cyber stalking, liable, slander, etc. On the Blog Zach does not seem to be in hiding. He shows his family, pics, owns several businesses, full back ground check, his attorneys phone numbers, names, addresses etc. It also turns out Frank is not an attorney and was practicing law without a license. So he was claiming fraud by Zach while defrauding Zach???
One poster on this site claims his truck he bought was junk? On his face book he is seen in photo's all smiles, bragging about the truck? Others who have seen the truck in his area claim its "Amazing", Super Cool, nice, etc. I learned that by simply looking it up? One lady on here posted Zach has a sex crime? Again basic research proves that folly and is one of the people to be served next.
Apparently Zach is done with this and has hired one of the top attorneys in the nation specializing in internet liable and cyber stalking. When you google this attorney he seems to have won massive cases and helped with other massive cases all over the US. one of which was in the millions another 500k. From what I can tell those cases were minor compared to this character slaughter.
Others on here talk about Zach's family, houses, how many bath rooms :) his phone number, etc. Which in many states is considered cyber stalking, at least it appears that way and law suits have been filed. The court docs are online and the man behind many of these attacks has been "Outed". Apparently with a court order your IP address can be pulled and with some basic legal help track the posters exact location. Which is how Frank was served court docs. I would say if someone is looking for this guy using these sites you will not have to look much further because he's looking for you.
A man by the name of Larry has also been mentioned on here "running a scam with Zach" Larry seems to be in business for over 25 years in the same town? No Criminal history or bad business history, owns several businesses and also has a large real estate holding? It also appears Larry has hired a legal team. Again this is online and easy to fact check. Also Larry and Zach have a Massive plant with jobs pouring out of it? If you drive by it, it looks like a large factory of sorts. Some 15 cars parked out front, I can only assume workers. It seems to me if this Frank guy was legit he would have taken Zach to court or called the police? When its just the opposite Zach called the police a report was filed, Again its online and he went after Frank with a eight hundred lbs gorilla for an attorney.
On the site I just read over 400 trailers and trucks were built there this year alone? I'm seeing maybe 2-3 people complaining? It seems perhaps some of you have a different agenda. I will watch to see how many of you are "outed" in the months to follow. Perhaps it will shed some light on this story. It's very clear who that one poster was, its all over the net.
It's easy to pick on someone who does not fight back. According to a blog Zach has not fought back for 5 years trying to let it go? But now he claims he forgives the people attacking his name but its time to put a end to it. He is actively pursing law suits now and claims he will not stop until every person who has posted lies and liable are brought to a court room. He then backs that up by going after the master mind as he claims. That master mind or ring leader just got served. Copies of the court docs are online.

against zach and his wife totaling about $75000! Zach even paid some on those judgements. One of
those judgments came out of a dallas district court, the other out of a colorado court.
His "800 lb gorilla of an attorney" is so timid he hasn't returned calls for the past 6 months, so zach
has sure talked a good game but that is it--TALKED!
Regarding larry jr., his own father-larry sr. is who labeled him a scammer. I doubt you know larry jr.
better than his own father, who by the way, said he chased zach out of his shop with a pipe!
So don't we afraid of zach, he hasn't served me with anything except for a couple of postal money orders
that didn't put a dent in his family's debt! Zach has my cell number as well, so I guess I'm
hiding in the center of dallas! Outed?doubtful! Post the website where the court docs are for all to see.
I'll be able to devote some time to zach and larry again after the holidays, so I havn't forgotten about
ya'll just busy with bigger fish! So the only shocking thing is that zach monitors these sites to see
who is talking about him. Zach just pay what you owe, because I am pursuing my collection
efforts right in your back yard and that court won't have choice on whether to enforce those judgments.

in Dallas; but I'm now going to Georgia later this summer to file
collection papers against zach and becky in both lumpkin and dawson
counties.

Also I saw framed letters with phone numbers from commercial customers in there conference room with letters from there suppliers. I about fell out of my chair when I read this blog. When you google the company this site pops up first. I read and even called one reference and I talked to the owners.
They said to me your going to feel good about doing business here or simply walk away. I saved 6k on my trailer compared to other places and there plant is big and the work is super. I felt good. This is not a fly by night business [***] it would take 5 months to clean out the shop. They had 6 trucks and 3 trailers being built all sold to other customers. I gave a 16k deposit for my trailer signed all the paper work and I'm happy.
Its supposed be be finished in 3-5 weeks so I'll write again.

I mainly spoke to Zach on my job and I never once felt underhanded. Larry also spoke with me a couple of times and always was always upfront. A few times I called and had a hard time getting anyone to return calls. But that was it. On the ebay site they also have 128 positive feed back. Which is where I found them.

This is some sort of bull [***] though and the true is somewhere in the middle i am sure. All I know is my trailer is top of the line and it cooks amazing. Does that piss you off Pork Chop? The boys at CFB did a great job for me. Thats it bottom line end of subject. I dont know about your job but I would guess the bull [***] in your letters is deeper than your boots.

I ask where you are established, so that you may share your praise with the community, and your business model. I can only assume your trailer is providing your locals a great fare, and I'd like to come visit/eat- that's all. I'll be in Georgia for the next few months...
So... Where are you located? If your proud of your trailer, I'm sure you won't mind sharing the quality food that it produces. That's what you do right? You serve BBQ?
Something doesn't add up, if "customers" are getting huffy when the truth is told about one product/experience, don't you agree?

CFB has built about 16 of these BBQ trailers for others in my franchise not one problem.
I have 2 trailers and I am very happy. This is wrong on so many levels and I hope the good over powers the bad. This company builds by far the best trailers for the best price you could ever hope to find. I am a Franchise owner and have 3 stores two of them now have trailers.
I would give this company a 98% rating. The only thing they could approve on and they know it is there communication. They are a manufacturing plant so they don't have a massive customer service line. But for what they do it is great.
Anyone buying from this company should feel good about the products.

Love my truck and these guys stand behind their work as well. I had a AC go out and they fixed it within 5 days. I'm 1000 miles away from them but they got it fixed.

Andy, We are all expecting a report of your satisfaction level when you get your trailer. Again- I hope you make out ok. Our project is still left unfinished, with tens of thousands of dollars of unsettled disputes. Besides the quality of our product being way below expectations- CFB failed to manage our project properly, and has forced our case into court.
I too, will continue to update our report, as it is our right to make an accurate and 100% true account of what turned out to be the worst business experience in my life. I swear everything I post here, or anywhere is 100% accurate, and only intended to provide an accurate review of my experience. If there was a forum for "food truck/concession reviews"- I'd b there, just as diners go to tripadvisor to share their dining experiences. I am an unsatisfied customer, sharing my accurate account of my experience. You can find my reviews on other major mobile concession forums, food truck newsletters, Facebook, etc.
Speaking of google. If you would like to use my name, background, or company as reference- GOOGLE my name, "chef greg engelhardt" and my company "OffTheGRiD". I've been in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. This is by far the worst and most damaging experience I have encountered in my career. This business is tough enough, without getting slammed by the inexperienced.
PS- it would be nice if the "satisfied customers" CFB had post on the site share their business names. If they have $40k, $60k, and $80k food trucks (?)- then try surely have websites, Facebook and Twitter. I am all for clearing up CFB's poor reputation. I think some supportive (business) evidence would be great :). I'll look forward to supporting your efforts

We have never intended to get involved (wasting our time) in such a negative display of reality, but the truth will be told! I will continue my reports until my project is DONE IN FULL.
Lets do it right here in front of America. This company is 100% professional and no one scammed you or otherwise. In fact anyone who wants to see it I will send the the weekly emails asking you to call us so this company could have a chance to fix it. Mistakes can be made and corrected. However some people either make up the mistakes trying to get cash some attention. America I don't know about you but if things were not right and the company was offering to address them. Why would you not? Greg's whole attention is based on hurting the company. Greg also asked for 13-19k cash or he would post???? America listen I have a blog. Google Zach Singleton Blog and you will find it. You will also find my attorney, legal docs that have been served one of which is a cyber stalking case. Google cyber stalking Greg. When you repeat the same harassment using the internet in order to cause someone stress or otherwise you quickly fall into that. I am a straight up guy and you know it.
Ask the Lady from SC, she is one example I use on my blog. People read this bull and jump into it without thinking. We took care of her. She ordered a sway bar system for $760.00 and it was on back ordered. We sent her out VIA UPS a refund for 760.00. She jumped the gun posting thinking the worst. We also are working to get a tech to fix her fan. Again mistakes happen. This company builds 10 units per week which is allot more than most. 100% we are here for our customers.
Lets use this site right now to work out your issues Greg? Me and you no body else chime in. Then allow America using full names and contact info as the jury to how this is going. Be fair America. What's right and whats wrong.

Facts only no bull. You are entitled to your opinion but not to your own facts.
Lets examine the entire deal, all your delays, change orders, etc. Also lets dive into any mistakes and our warranty, then lets dive into your agreement and contract. I will post the docs on my blog since you cannot upload pics or docs on this site.
I want to be helpful to you Greg always have wanted that. In no way does CFB, Larry, or me Zach screw people. Between Larry and I we own 6 businesses. None of them have issues until people read they should. That's the whole point. If you had not read I was a scum bag you would very likely handle this entire deal differently.
Lets start by getting out the delays. I want to peel one layer off this onion at a time. Some parts Greg I know you will be proven wrong whether you are man enough to admit it is up to you. Other Parts CFB will be at fault. But we are more than willing to admit there could be some issues and we are more than willing to address them in front of America.
We are not perfect, but we build a fine truck and trailer. Last year we built over 356 trailers and over 63 trucks. I'd say the 1-3 issues are a small number. But we are not above mistakes OK. Admitted things go wrong. But when the company emails you for 3 weeks begging you to call so we have a chance to work it out and you ignore it. That's not fair.
You have stated the following best I can tell.
1. CFB caused you massive delays? Are you going to own that or not? If not lets up load all the emails, change orders, money delays on your part, contract payment delays, your emails thanking us and at the time taking responsibility etc. The let America Vote who right who wrong. But only mark voters willing to state there names and phone numbers that's fair.
2. Missing equipment etc. You have stated many things about this and frankly we are confused on some and we have the answers to the others.
3. Missing Mini truck- Its not missing it is sitting here. Per your contract we agreed to pay to transport 2 items. We have paid for 1 food truck and one Duce military truck I can up load the doc fees and shipping records. You paid for your fish fab trailer and????? You need to pay for the mini truck shipping. But we could likely work that out.
4. Warranty and Damage? Your fish fab trailer left here unharmed we have the photos I can up load them if needed. Warranty- We have a warranty and it expresses you must work with us follow it and we will pay for repair. Is it fair the company had no idea of something and you hire who knows who to fix it, for who knows what price??? NO its not fair. Per your warranty it voids it.
Let resolve this Greg. You claim CFB will not help you.

If you want things fixed or need help lets dive into it right now in front of America. I felt like you just wanted cash since you clearly refused to go over the issues and make since of your demands.
CFB is not going to hand over a check based on threats. No company would.
I also don't blame people for posting good without full info. They likely do not wan to be dragged into a mess. Its funny you just posted "You understand about no ID info on bad remarks, but not on the positive".

Your so quick to relate to the nice lady in SC is strange. Since she picked up her phone and worked it out. Ask her? It took 5 mins. By Thursday she will be a happy lady!

1.1 trailers a day?
Sorry- wherever that "fact" came from- we are calling BS!
They have dozens of trucks and trailers (of all sorts) IN STOCK and can customize truck or trailer to business needs.
They do back up cams, custom lighting, stereo, etc. ALL there trucks come with NEW generators, among other things. Genuine NEW motors can me ordered (crate motors from factory). Who would build a new truck and attempt to pawn off USED (or claim rebuilt) equipment inside? (Believe me, it can happen. Beware).
This place is legit! I'm not naming any names, but one look at product done right REALLY drives home how bad others out there trying to get into the business (without the experience level) can do.
I can't turn back time, but I've sure learned from my mistake/regrets.
