Edward Singleton / Mobile Business Solutions / Carnivals Eatery out of Jasper, Georgia is a lying, scamming, thieving, con artist!! He has stolen and conned out of me and my family $3084.50!!! Do NOT do business with this low life of a thief!! He will steal your money!! He is a fast smooth talker! He will tell you everything he thinks "you" want to hear! He lies so much he doesn't even know where one lie ends and another lie begins! I wired $3,084.50 to him in January 2010, for him to build me a hot dog cart. For over four months I have waited for him to give me the schematics to submit to the health department for approval. In those four months I have received 27 emails from him that say the schematics are finished and that he will fax and mail them to me tomorrow!Unfortunately, tomorrow never comes and it never did.
I have already demanded that he return my money back to me but he refuses to. But I am not one to let things go. I have already filed claims and complaints against him with numerous authorities and agencies asking for an investigation of his illegal activities involving "Internet Fraud and non-delivery of goods." I have also filed a criminal complaint against him with my local sheriff's department for "Fraud by False Pretenses". I don't know all of the legal procedures except that the detective told me they will be contacting and working with the Jasper police department to get an investigation started on Edward "Rip Off" Singleton! Hopefully then he will be charged and put away for good!
Also, on April 22nd, I decided to call the Jasper City Hall to verify that he has a valid business license and he does not. It expired December 31, 2009. So that tells me he must be having some serious financial troubles if he cannot even afford a cheap business license. But I guess as long as he is able to find unsuspecting people to con and steal money from he is not worried about a business license! He has no intentions of operating a business! Just stealing money from hard working people who have a desire to start a hot dog vending business! You will "Reap what YOU Sow, Edward "Rip Off" Singleton"!!!!!
I have also discovered that the Better Business Bureau has issued Edward "Rip Off" Singleton and his phony business an "F" RATING!!!
If he returns my money back to me, I will happily come back and report that Edward has done the right thing by returning my money back to me. Until then, I will not stop and I will not cancel any open claims or complaints that I have filed against him. He needs to be stopped and put away so he cannot con anyone else again! Lying con artist like Edward "Rip Off" Singleton does not deserve to be a part of our society!!

Cyber stalkers use the internet to harass, extort, and stalk there victims. Its a real crime and you can Google it.
I would be right in saying "James" is harassing me on the net. I would also bet he has done it before with other names. You can read his words and clearly see he/she is very troubled. I'm a MOSTER! BOO AHH. Are you kidding.
"James" claims my site is all lies? OK- My name is Zach, I do have 5 girls, I have been married for 14 years, I do own several businesses and a couple larger corps, I do have law suits against these people, and clearly I am being cyber stalked by a few crazy people. Where are the lies?

Lawsuit update:
My company, OfftheGRiD mobile catering is suing CFB (in the usvi) after almost a year of painful and damaging business experiences with the company (CFB) and the owners- Zack (Edward) Singleton and Larry Lowman Jr. We have unsuccessfully resolved 10's of thousands of dollars worth of products withheld by CFB including, but not limited to:
-A used, but contracted to refurbish "mini truck" valued (and paid in full on 8/06/12) at $6500. CFB did not complete project as promised, did not refund money, and failed to deliver our product any any capacity whatsoever.
- a bran new propane powered 6500 kw generator, valued at (and paid for in full 10/12) $5000. No attempts where made to ship the generator, even though it was promised countless times and was known by CFB to be a critical component of a faulty 36 foot concession trailer our company purchased from CFB.
- our 36 foot trailer was unable to be completed and shipped properly, from their small north Georgia garage. Our company, in desperation, had to hire a third party to go on property and retrieve our product, paid in full over a month before pickup- and weeks past a tight time budget. CFB's inabilities to ship product on their own cost us (offthegrid) thousands of dollars.
- Walk in cooler (Refridgeration unit) was inoperable and needed thousands of dollars (money we spent) of maintenance to bring back to operational. Unit they installed
Was found to be used, improperly outfitted and rigged from 3 phase to one phase (vitrified report from certified tech).
- after our food truck project became disastrous, amongst other shortcomings was a missing deep fryer- one we paid in full ($2000) and where promised "would be delivered in mini truck".
Food truck ran poorly (was not "new motor, new transmission" as stated on CFB Internet sites including Craigslist and eBay. Major safety features did not pass inspection (propane rand mounting, lack of GFI outlets)- and the "rebuilt generator" we paid over $5000 for- failed to run properly, and led to a fire under the belly of the truck- destroying our $97k investment in the middle of the night. We lost tens of thousands of dollars in inventory (food, beverage, retail, and paper products)... And not to mention loss of business due to faulty workmanship (official fire
Marshals ruling). Thank god, no one was hurt in our unsafe, poorly built CFB food truck disaster!
After several failed attempts to reconcile, settle out of court, and even just get our failed to deliver equipment- we are suing CFB Manufacturing, for the losses our small company suffered. No reasonable attempts have been made whatsoever by anyone at CFB to put this to rest (minus sad internet blog attempts). The experience was exhausting, frustrating, and without my families dedication, focus, and over 22 years of professional f&b experience behind us- this tragic experience would have put us under.
We rebuilt our company with new equipment, and a lot of elbow grease- and today are the USVI's most visited bbq venue.
Collusion:
No progress has been made regarding our nightmare of a CFB experience- and our company is suing. Our lawsuit will be followed closely on Facebook- and supported by our followers.
CFB Manufacturing owes us tens of thousands of dollars and /or tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment that we spent our hard earned money on.
We do not recommend CFB and any of their products/services to anyone in the food service industry, and continue to promote community awareness of companies with a history of unsuccessful business.
Weve been patient, professional and understanding. we've given CFB all the Time and evidence a company with integrity needs to do the right thing.
In my 22 years of culinary experience- this is by far the most disappointing and disabling experience. All my family and I want is a refund and closure. Period.

Greg's Story is just that a story.
No law suit has been filed and his attorney was not shown any of the emails or truth behind Greg's story. Greg lied, miss handled his affairs and failed to pay bills.
CFB puts out allot of trucks and trailers we are not above a mistake here or there. On the same hand CFB will stand up and take care of any problem ASAP.

different courts have awarded? You may not realize this, but

Post your address if you are not in hiding. Also you should read about IP addresses. They are not for sale of course. However with court orders they are released. Frank Mannix out of TX is indeed on my radar and indeed is being served. We have hired a PI to track him down. Its only a matter of time. I have attorneys so if frank wishes to have discussions he may and he can give his address. If frank shows up in GA near or around my home or business he will be arrested on the spot. Court Ordered Judgments Against Zach Singleton and Becky Singleton
1. Bruce Strum's judgment out of Colorado, that he released to the
law firm there, that represented him against you. That same law
firm that had you jailed there for several days--oh fond memories.
That law firm then sold that judgment to me. Today it is worth
approximately $48,000.
2. Samantha Staub's judgment out of Texas. Today it is worth
approximately $30,000
None of these judgments go away. As I said in my previous post--You and your
family are personally responsible for every dime. I, Francisco Samuel Mannix,
intend on collecting it ALL.
The Jig is up for old frank. I will not continue writing back with him or commenting on his crazy speeches. No one believes his creative stories anyway. nobody really believes my attorneys work with frank and don't look after my best interest. Frank REAL attorneys work for there clients. You are not nor have ever been an attorney like you claim so you would not know this.
Frank will be found and served, then sued and maybe even jailed.

America you can also google Russel Stooky out of GA and see if indeed you can get IP addresses. This is one of my attorneys and he won a 400k plus law suit doing just that.

or better yet check with Bruce Strum.
The only person jailed over any of this has been YOU-in Colorado. That law firm then sold me

Is it a Dawson County court or a Lumpkin County court where I should file the collection papers?!
Since you say business is so good for you at CFB, why not limit the "pain and hurt financially"
to your family and pay these court ordered judgments off before another court order gives me
the right to seize and sell your junk to settle these debts. Is a garage sale on your front lawn
the way to deal with this?
Finally, notice that you haven't denied that any of these judgments exist against BOTH
you--zachary edward singleton and becky elizabeth singleton. One way or another, it's time
that both of you deal with this.
