I spoke with a B***** M****** who assured me that I could lock in a 3.25% interest rate along with a substantially reduced payment. I made $2,500 in payments to Roosevelt Law firm who was supposed to furnish Chase Bank with information and documentation on my behalf. I cancelled final payment ($1,000) when I discovered I was not eligible for the interest rate quoted "off the record." I spoke with N**** E******* at Roosevelt and she was dismayed to learn what i had told her and promised a refund of my $2,500 less any billable hours they needed to charge. i received nothing and my subsequent voice messages for N**** E******* have gone unreturned.

Its a fraud beware! I paid them upfront and never spoke to an attorney. They will string you along! I lost my house and I'm typing this from a library as I am now homeless along with my 10 year old.

Yes, Jolene you are so right, I am doing that also.  But have you people read this on the FTC website:
"Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Rule: A Compliance Guide for Business"

        Here is the web address:
        https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-cent ... ompliance-guide

Sue them for your money back.  Small claims is usually up to $10,000.  Six years to sue for FRAUD!
Most of us that have lost our homes probably qualify for no cost legal assistance.  There are definitely the "good guy" lawyers that will guide and help you go up against the crooks!

      This is a fake complaint.
Our law firm has NEVER EVER had a client or consumer by the first name of Dillon, or the last name of Rakovich, or both.
Our law firm has a 99% success and positive rating, and my department Compliance makes sure the 1% who are not are still given time and care.
This fake complaint is either from a past employee we terminated due to work ethic or an employee of the many mortgage companies we go after on behalf of homeowners. Any wise reviewer will notice this.

These people scammed me out of almost 6K, very ill and they new it and I trusted them.  Well still not too late for me to sue for fraud!  The money (I so STUPIDLY wired to them from Wisconsin!) I found out was supposed to be deposited into a trust, it was not.  They never worked with my bank, the bank told me they had called twice and did nothing, gave no info, did no negotiations.  They work with this "Save your Home" group that refer people to them that are nothing but scammers also.  Have all the info at home and will be posting it here and letting everyone know all their names.  Also, will post what I know they fraudently did so others can sue, or hopefully see this before they are taken in.
They also work with others cons - will post all that info also.  I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU CRAIG!  Also have info about a former lawsuit which involved you before you moved to California to scam!

I spoke to Anthony Fierry and everything he promised us was a lie. All he did was constantly send us fake videos of people saying they got help. With further research I see this is one big scam and a boiler room operation. HPA and roosevelt LAW CENTER must be shut down and will be.

Again, this is a fake complaint. It takes 1 minutes to attempt to hurt the good reputation of a professional who has spent years and decades building his great reputation.
Our law firm does not employee Mr. Fierri. Mr. Fierri is an advocate at HPA who has helped hundreds of homeowners, some of them referred to our law firm. The videos are posted by HOMEOWNERS themselves on youtube as evidence of the great work he does as well as the results our firm provides. It is a shame but understandable that these fake complaints are done by past employees who have either been terminated due to work ethic or employees of the mortgage companies we go after to protect homeowners.

I called HPA and I spoke to a guy name GLENN you sounded like a fat truck driver who was barely literate...after he was rude to me he referred to some guy named Anthony who threatened to me look at videos to prove he was legit. I went through their process and ended up with a retainer from some SHAM law firm for 4500 ROOSEVELT LAW CENTER. Dont put your home in their hands and dont fall for their videos.

I was just notified of this comment. We have NEVER received a call from a Tanya Rosenbaum.
Our website, and over 1000 satisfied homeowners speak volumes.
BTW, we are a free service. We do not charge any fees, and simply help people. It is sad that companies who we shut down for fraud and illegal activities have to attack us with slander and libel accusations.

Mr. Gordon, i do appreciate your kind words here about our law firm as well as your positive review on the BBB.
Since this post we have already spoken on the phone and you addressed your concerns and we agreed they were due to the miscommunication between the non profit that was helping you at first, and that our law firm was not at fault.
We are proud to have helped you protect your family from foreclosure and achieve such a great modification.
          God bless,

            Hi Craig
I am currently working with Kory at HPA and just wanted to say I have nothing but positive things to say about him and Jessie, who originally took my call.  I found out today that y'all are going to assist me and my mom, who is going thru stage 4 bladder cancer, to try and save our home.  All of the assistance we have received, thus far, has been extremely wonderful.  Before contacting HPA my ulcers had ulcers and I can truly say, with Kory and Jessie's help, I feel as if I can breathe again.  While we have a way to go, I look forward to working with y'all and HPA and trust the results will be positive.  Much gratitude is given to all!!! God bless y'all!!!

Hey Carole Parker, it is not too late (or is it?)  How much money have they sucked out of you?
They are not legit nor is the HPA group (have you gotten more than one letter from those people with new "deadlines".  They are BOGUS!  Look that HPA group up online.  Unfortunately for me, I was too ill at the time to help myself so I was sucked in, but going to get sucked out and sue for my money back.  Don't wire them money - what a SCAM!

I recieved a notice from this company and was advised they were FREE of charge and they claim to be HPA...I knew it was too good to be true, after I sent them all the paperwork and they called my bank....I was hit with an illegal upfront fee from Roosevelt law center. Of course I have provided their retainer to our attorney general and hope that they are pursued to the fullest extent possible victimizing people in need of help

Craig @ roosevelt replies to Micheal Danish
      Dear Mr. Danish,
i appreciate your input. Please also note that the Volunteers at HPA as well as my staff here at the law firm worked on your case for almost 3 weeks organizing, preparing your case for submission. Our law firm does not charge anything upfront.
You decided against retaining our services and paying for the nearly 20 days of work we had performed, and we decided as we do usually to not pursue you for the work done. I am not sure why this would offend you!

I am sure the Attorney General in your area reviewed our honest and honorable retainer and since it has been over 19 months since your submission, they agreed that we had done and have never done anything wrong.

Either way we appreciate you considering to use our help. And using the free of the advocates at HPA

      Regards,
