I spoke with a B***** M****** who assured me that I could lock in a 3.25% interest rate along with a substantially reduced payment. I made $2,500 in payments to Roosevelt Law firm who was supposed to furnish Chase Bank with information and documentation on my behalf. I cancelled final payment ($1,000) when I discovered I was not eligible for the interest rate quoted "off the record." I spoke with N**** E******* at Roosevelt and she was dismayed to learn what i had told her and promised a refund of my $2,500 less any billable hours they needed to charge. i received nothing and my subsequent voice messages for N**** E******* have gone unreturned.

I am writing this statement to talk about FACTS!.
In today's world, it take years of hard work to build a professional legal reputation. Thousands of real people and families protected and saved means hundreds of positive reviews and videos and a great reputation.
However it also allows a disgruntled past employee, or a current employee of a mortgage company angry at our law firm to hide behind a fake name, fake username, a computer in attempts to hurt our reputation in minutes.
I personally make sure my department is available for any and all ACTUAL real past clients, and any homeowners that are speaking with an advocacy group, community church leader, or non profit who are referring them to our law firm for help.
First and foremost, Our law firm Is honorable ethical and motivated to help you protect your home.
I have reviewed every single complaint on this forum. only 3, yes ONLY 3 were actual clients of our law firm. And each of the three clients were successfully modified. Due to client confidentiality I cannot discuss the details, but underneath each complaint I responded to the past client. Mr. Orr the gentleman who began this threat in 2015, he was actually also successfully modified. Because the federal government program we secured for him DID NOT ALLOW his already low interest rate any lower, he decided to blame us instead of coming to the realization that having an interest rate lower than most of the nation should be satisfactory. In his complaint he did not mention that he contacted us for help with a foreclosure sales date, and months later our firm secured him a loan modification and allowed him to make payments again. Because his interest rate was not lowered like the commercials he saw on tv from other companies (which were impossible) he blamed our firm.

Fourth, and most powerful, we have over 100+ SELF MADE, meaning our past clients took their phones, and made a video of themselves and families so that future homeowners researching us could decipher between real reviews and fake complaints. Think about it, random anonymous complaint, that talks 100% negative, about a company that has a 99% success rating and hundreds of positive reviews and videos on mainstream websites.

This company is a good organization. Hired them in April and they got the job done. Funny thing was I read through this site back than, n decided 2 believe google n bbb n facebook users n the overwhelming positive reviews n videos over a few idiotic people who obviously are not all there in the head. For god sake even jesus has one crazy nut who hated him for being too good. Only a simpleton would actually believe the bs on here. You can hire them and do your part n send the paperwork needed and be involved. They will get the job done. Don be like the crazies in this post. Thats my 2 cents. A real homeowner n consumer from the state of new york
